This is a review of this specific Sheetz location, not the whole company. I come here nearly every day. After living in town for a year, I've observed that this location has good management and that the employees are trying their absolute best for you. Do not come here during rush hour unless you are feeling patient. It will not be the employees' fault if you must wait. As far as food quality, everything is great. There are rarely mistakes and they are negligible. Quesadillas that are occasionally too crispy and fall apart, but perfectly edible and delicious all the same. I'm impressed by this spot because Sheetz quality varies wildly by location. This location is one of the good ones and I pin it solely on the quality people who have been working here

I’ve been coming to this Sheetz for SO long!! I LOVE IT!! The food always slaps! The workers are soo nice and I always have a wonderful experience. The fries? Delectable. Their milkshakes are SOO GOOD!!! I couldn’t think of a better place to be. I highly recommend this location. 10/10. I LOVE IT!!!

For a Sheetz it is absolutely great. It is always clean, staff is kind, good beer selection. My only problem is EVERY Sheetz has food that is overpriced. Sorry but 80 cents for one slice of cheap cheese is ridiculous.

Everyone working December 25th, 2023 from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm needs to be fired. They took half an hour to make a milkshake, they messed up the food, and when I called to tell them they messed up the food it took 7 calls for them to pick up. Even after they picked up the phone, they listened to the problem then hung up. Absolutely ridiculous behavior from these employees.

One of the worst Sheetz to go to in the evening. I am avid loyal Sheetz customer never have a problem on day shift there. However, on evening shift you get accused of not paying only then to not even be given your whole order. Then when calling to let them know what the forgot to give you they put you on hold and make you wait for them. They never did come back on the phone. Customer service and pride in doing a good job is definitely a thing of the past.

I will go out of my way to go to another Sheetz before I go here. Once again I got fresh made to order food and end up really sick later that night into the next morning, husband is the same way.

Sheetz is a great place to stop, they have fast and good food. They offered good and fast service and everyone was super friendly. I would recommend you stopping by, if you are in a hurry and don't have time to mess around.

My brother and I were out together, looking for some place to get a quick lunch, and decided to stop and Sheetz. We were heavily disappointed with the food we were given. The onion rings were cold, the sauce was far too drippy, and my poor brother's sandwich had pickles on it, which he did not order, as he is allergic to pickles. I would not recommend anyone come here, since they cannot even get a simple order correct.

Out of the two this is my favorite location. All the staff are friendly and I stop in and say hi when I’m in town. I think they deliver excellent customer service even when they are busy. I miss having a Sheetz at all that you can run to day or night. I really wish we had more of them where I live now.

Was there on 12/20/16, cashier was speaking with either a customer, or a friend, waited patiently for 5 minutes and finally asked if the cashier was working, she got pretty snotty and the customer even stated they were only talking. I suggested they talk on their own tim! First time I have ever been treated soo rudely!

I go to this Sheetz almost every day... Between the amount of foot traffic these guys get, and the numerous cars in the parking lot.. if you don't know what a Sheetz is. THIS is it. These guys always seem like they are 'on the go' every time Im in there.Of course its a corporate brand, but at ours, hey,.. it doesn't feel like it.FOOD - Pretty Decent for being that 'in-between a local small-town subshop, and fast food'. They have the "MTO" Made To Order menu..Recommend: Churros for desert, new just recently I believe, tastes just like the ones on the streets of Mexico City.Don't recommend: Breakfast burritos. Not bad, just not great.CONVIENCE - Convenience store. There is everything from tv-dinners, to motor oil, to cookies, chips and soda/pop... with that comes the 'convenience' price. Quite the variety though.Food. Considering all that they do, hey.. the speed is decent, depending on how many people are waiting. Not faster than fast food, but if you want a full blown restaurant this is not your place either.Gas. Pay on the spot, don't even have to go in - if you don't want to.Convenience Cards. We don't use them all the time, but with the Sheetz card you can rack up multiple sandwiches, or drinks to acquire a free one..ATMOSPHERE - Its a gas station, its a convenience store,... no! Its,.. an MTO station!Well, what ever market they are trying to corner, looks like they got it. Tables to sit and eat, screens to tap and order your food, modern bathrooms that are clean a majority of the time at this location I would say..You stand in line to pay for your gas, food, or convenience items.. in our community, this is where you catch up with your friends or people you haven't seen since high school.. but generally its a quick-paced place.SERVICE - During a 'rush' you can tell what takes priority.. direct service from the team behind the counter. Because of a probable high turn-over - you know, life happens things get busy.. and to the new guy, your just another customer - but hey right now, I'd say they are doing alright.CLEANLINESS - Unless they are in a long-rush, I would say the building, from the floors to the food, to the facilities, are usually pretty decent, yes Im talking about the bathrooms. I gotta think how often people notice, that the gas pumps are always clean and even their semi trucks are shiny.At the end of the day, Im just glad they are in our community, as I have seen that they provide good quality jobs, and its respectable work considering all that those guys seem to do. Guessing they are hear to stay..

It's in a weird spot kinda hard to get in and out of the parking lot. And the employees need some training on how to treat costumers!! I was there in the morning around 9 a.m. it wasn't busy. I asked the last for help and she just stood there looking at me like it was a inconvenience to do her job. I said nevermind and took my business and money elsewhere.

Apparently they are out of pickles and neglected to inform me and so I called in to let someone know that there weren't any pickles on the sub to be told that they were out and apparently they think it's funny cause they said next time we're in they'll give us a couple pickles in a jar. I didn't know what to say

If I could give no star and rate I would. Always dirty inside, pumps never have paper and have to go in for a receipt. I try to avoid this location. Reno location is always good.
