I am all for supporting local business but today 3/19/23 the store manager basically told me she couldn’t guarantee I didn’t steal from the store after their employees didn’t pack all of my items in my bags. This store refused to replace 2 items that THEY neglected to give me. Ordinarily I would leave something like this alone and move on with life but I don’t take well to being implied to be something I’m not. Sanders, you neglected to give me items I paid for and then basically told me “not my problem, deal with it.” Essentially this store stole my money.I will never purchase another item here again!”

First time here. A gem hidden away in a backstreet.Didn't realize how much is available in the building; typical supermarket, but with a floral dept, Deli and tables to eat at.My wife finally found her much-loved Middleswarth chips in this area! 👍 Very friendly staff on the registers.

Prices are a tad high but last night went down to just get corn as quickly as possible I told my mother I was going to rush ahead so we can be in an out the store due to holiday rush but the workers there where friendly and helpful except one. He down talked my mom and followed her through the store telling only her she needs to hurry up and that they where closing soon so she better make her selection and get out. Since when do employees talk to customers like that? She walks with a slight limp due to multiple surgeries and had gloves and a hat on from the cold. I understand wanting to close to go home for holidays the next day but it's not wise or humanely to talk to people in general that way even when making sales or running a business just left a terrible view in my opinion of that one worker but thankfully the girl an other people in the store where much friendlier...

The store has decent prices. Especially compared to Giant Eagle. The ppl who work there are super friendly and helpful. The deli meat is ok and the pre-pachaged deli food is ok. 7The hot deli food is better. But the pizza in the hot deli is really good. The produce is awful! It's old and unkempt. But occasionally yt?/t%t%/buoy have decent fruit for good prices. The store is fairly clean. And the selection is ok. With all that said, I still will ONLY shop at Sanders. NOT GIANT EAGLE!

Prices are really high since they are the only supermarket in town. Produce is decent but priced higher than elsewhere. You can find some specialty ingredients and the butcher selections are great. Price of meat is fair across the board. Seafood selection is all frozen.

Wish Google gave the ability to do less than one star. I stood waiting and after 10 minutes of standing at the deli like a fool, asking for assistance twice, and then listening to the local gossip of the workers with the girl who walked up after I did I guess money isn't any good here and I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

Extremely expensive! Most items $3-4 more than what they cost at Walmart. The food they sell is old and poor quality! Not quite sure how this place stays in business! Probably because its the only "grocery store" in Franklin and people without a car have no choice but to shop here. If you can go anywhere else i definitely would! This place is more expensive than giant eagle in oilcity!

They would get more stars if they brought back gas perks. But since they are under new ownership its nice to see the shelves actually stocked new coolers are good and the pre made subs/salads are good

Ordered my sons 2nd birthday cake. It has a bubble dead center of the cake. The women who took my order took my receipt instead of the sticker, then tried to tell me they didnt have my cake ready! Then swore up and down I had to have ordered a frozen cake.... I indeed did not order a frozen cake! Then tried to blame my father for the bubble on the cake, then stated" the decorator knew about the bubble" then stated" everycake with a editable picture bubbles" she refused to refund half my money, or make a new cake. It was sons 2nd birthday party and they ruined his cake!!! I gave them a week notice when I ordered my cake.... there is no exscuse for the sloppyness.I WILL NEVeR ORDER ANOTHER CAKE FROM HERE!!!

Local grocery store. Reasonable pricing. Sander’s is the grocery store I use most often. I usually go to this store multiple times per week, since it is very close to my home. I enjoy seeing various employees of Sander’s because they are all very friendly & helpful.

Picked up my chicken special they had saved for me. Also got some other great buys while there. Mobility carts were there and running great so I could do my shopping. Will be back on the 13th

Good grocery store. Their prices are good. Especially the sales. Some stuff is pretty pricey when it's not on sale. But have never had a problem with staff.

Some customers are loud stinky belligerent begging for change so I wouldn't recommend it staff is nice speci Debbie there was a woman named Debbie that worked at my register she was a fresh breath their kind courteous answered all my questions yeah about the other staff I'm not sure but the clientele the come through there and say a good percentage 25% are riff Raff Sanders does have some good deals lunch meat good price but if you don't want to get hit up in the parking lot for your change don't go there

It's in better shape than Shop and Save. The shelves are also stocked with more. I do miss the 2 for a $1 cookies and chips. The pricing is a little higher also.

I typically go to Sander's Market because Astorino's Family Pharmacy is located there. When I shop at this location, I'm typically able to get about 70-75% of my list, then I have to go elsewhere to finish shopping.

Flies everywhere. Produce molding inside of its packaging. Nothing looks fresh. Walked into the store once and there was a giant blood smear in the meat aisle. Shopped for an hour, it was still there when I left. Prices are outrageous. Had groceries worth 15$ ring up as 30$. Meat aisle occasionally smells rancid. I could go on

This place is horrible since it has changed. The prices are outrageous what they call meat sales are ridiculous. The new staff is not very friendly. The shelves are still not stocked. I could go on and on. Just absolutely horrible.

I have mixed feelings. I've encountered some terrible customer service but other times it's great. It's pretty hit and miss.It's the only place I can find certain things though so I have no choice but to go there.
