The pharmacist here the bigger heavier set guy is nothing but a judgemental arrogant person who looks down on other as if their peasants to him. He thinks that he is inferior and does not treat people with respect nor care as he should. We are all equals sir you are no better than anyone else.

*I figured a simple prescription transfer would be easy.* 1st, I attempted to contact by phone while at work, multiple times, no answer. After work, I went to pharmacy in-person and pharmacist stated "will get that transferred." 1 hour later (no exaggeration), while sitting in chair, pharmacist says, "will be ready shortly". Another hour passes by, pharmacist says "you haven't picked up your prescription yet?" At that time, my patience was wearing thin. I stood up from chair and stated, "I was NOT notified it was ready." I was about to get back in pickup line that was excessively long, and then just decided to leave. After 2 hours of wait, I was absolutely not going to get back into a long wait line. No offer of apology or offer of check-out at other available register. I am a big box Store Manager, and understand staffing issues, but this situation was out of control and could use looking into. This occurred on Wednesday, Oct. 18th. *Still haven't picked up my antibiotic yet for my ER emergency.

Filled a script here two months ago after haveing to go in, in person to discuss me and my wifes perscriptions after just moving back to the area, they finally agreed to fill it and the pick up went fine second month comes up they dont have the medication itll take 3 days to get it there, so we have it transferred to a diffent rite aid, this month, out right refussel to fill our scripts and generally just a disgusting attitude, thanks for causeing 2 parents of 4 allot of hassle .what a joke

Drive through is never open. They never answer the phone. Wait times are an hour plus every single time. Not the pharmacy to go to if you have kids or are in a hurry.

You call and they either hang up so they don't have to answer or you cycle through the phone promts and they never pick up you go and there is 7 people waiting in line waiting 45 min to pick up. they say wait and we will fill that and 90 minutes later still not filled.

Just waited for a full hour to get prescription which was called in last nite from ER... After the hour i had the nerve to ask the pharmacist if he was getting close to mine he amswered rudely. Idk riteaids policy but it seems to me that if a person is right there waiting they could get the order ready . I will not darken doorway ever again.

I was out of town and my 2 year old was sick. Made it to the pharmacy and they was closed but hadn't left yet. As a mother and no other pharmacy open I had a melt down. The pharmacist, Sam, was able to help me and get my sons medication. Very polite staff as well. Great job and you deserve to know how much a little extra goes in someone's heart. Thank you

Everyone is always very friendly but I have regularly had problems when trying pick up my prescriptions on the way to go somewhere and having to wait 20+ minutes due to mistakes. Several times things have come up and rather than calling me (as every other pharmacy I have gone to has done) they don't say anything until I get there. Or running my Meds in the wrong insurance or old insurance even when I tell them differently several times when dropping off prescriptions and then having to wait 15-20 minutes simply for them to re-run the prescriptions, or showing up after several hours and they have only filled some of the prescriptions I have requested. I'm not sure why there always seem to be so many problems, but I've never had such a difficult time getting things filled so regularly (seems like almost every time I go in).

This location offers Covid testing, which I’m grateful for. However, the lab they use took ten days to get a positive result back to me. This is not the stores fault and the young lady who assisted me at the drive through that day was extremely helpful.

Having to wait an hour to an hour an a half seems crazy to get a prescription filled. Not only that I pick up meds for someone I take care of n they're prescribed narcotics. Well they won't let you pick up ANY narcotics until 11 a.m. n not a minute before. Sometimes I need to get my work done early. Some of the pharmacy people are wonderful and the other ones I won't even say how I feel about them. Can't change pharmacy cuz of insurance reasons.

I gave two stars only because of the sales they have on occasion. But the pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Multiple times I've gotten calls to pick up a prescription only to get there and be told it isnt ready and I will have to wait twenty minutes. Or I have called to see if it's ready, they say yes, and then same thing, no prescription. Horrible.

Website is worst of all online stores and that's saying something. Why cant I easily search for a product that is actually physically in store instead of having to navigate a non user friendly site that tells u all products everywhere.

Was here at 3 pm it's now 3:37 still waiting for my vaccine and there is 4 people working and 3 more people in line behind me !! Wow 43 mins to get it . Very disappointed
