I have gone to this location for over a decade for food. Boneless wings used to be amazing now they are literally just chicken nuggets they are calling wings. Today was even worse as the cut salad size in half without informing and then try to say it's always been that size. Sorry but a 9x9 clamshell and the 6" bowl they use for pasta are very much not the same size. Joe I have always been a fan and recommend your store. After today when you blatantly lied to my face about them always been the much smaller size knowing I order that same salad for years. I will never return for anything at your store. It could have been fixed easy. Seems like since the new owners red express has been on a straight to the gutter drop.

Nothing works since new ownership. Both bays in car wash are down and the change machine that they direct you to use has been out of order for months. Will drive down town for things in the future rather than a wasted trip to car wash.

I was to order some pizza and before I even ordered they said that my order will take 45 minutes. Last time, they screwed up the pizza too! Would not recommend this place. The one in Seneca is way better.

This place is by far the worst and slowest place around to get anything they will tell you over the phone when you order food 30 to 45 minutes then you get there and you're told it will be another 20 there's been a few times I've went there and my food wasn't even started yet you can almost always expect to wait at least 2 to 3 minutes at the register for someone to come take care of you even when you're the only person in the store and there's four people behind the counter doing nothing or just sad 12 wee little slivers of onion for a whole large pizza. There are never any paper towels at the pumps nor is there any windshield cleaner you get a Dusty squeegee that's it. This place has gone downhill at a very high rate of speed since new owners and management I recommend going somewhere else highly

I have had many Italian Subs from this store. Today 4/13/22 is the worst subs I have had made. There was hardly any lettuce on the sub at all. I watched the girl make them. I thought she was new but she let me know that she was NOT new. Otherwise there food is usually pretty good.

The left hand has no clue what the right hand is doing. A store full of customers with an employee snapping about hours and then a following visit employees playing tag over whom is and isn't going to answer the phone with customers 6 deep in line. We called and placed an order, was told 30 minutes. Arrived to pick it up and the order was "forgotten." The pizza is great and if you wish to not deal with ordering, grab their frozen to bake at home!

Although sometimes certain employees aren't working as efficiently as they could, it's always a great atmosphere and I've never had mistakes made in giving proper change back and it's always been a smooth in out trip. One of the best gas station/convenience item combo locations in the area.

Used vacuum sweeper on my truck carpet and bed. Works well. I then went through the car wash . Got the 10 dollar wash and got the normal good result. I only wash my trucks here. Best car wash bays around the local area in my opinion. Best results around.

Tried to call in a delivery for pizza, instantly got put on “hold” aka sit the phone down on the counter and help the other customers. That’s fine and dandy until I’m waiting for 7 minutes and can hear no one speaking to customers in the background. Love the pizza there but whoever was working today needs to find another job

We have a friendly staff ready to help you!! You cam place orders for food either inside or over the phone. We run all sorts of specials including pizza, wings, subs and wedgies. We aldi have a 24 hour car wash that customers say is the best in town.

I went in there today and both employees were complaining loudly. Neither were wearing masks. I wasn’t the first customer in the store either. The computer crashed and I was told that it was going to be a long while before I could check out with my two items. I sighed because I was in a hurry and put them on the counter and turned to leave. I was told by the woman over my back was turned to never come back. Horrible attitudes and customer service.

Used to have the best food. Today I ordered and my husband picked it up when he came from the airport. He heard the workers say they hated to cook. Pizza was sauce-less, not cut and not cooked the whole way. Single of order of wings were complete rubber. Never again

Ordered subs for the first time today. Joe was very helpful and kind on the phone. Subs were VERY GOOD!!! Fries and onion rings well.... I will stick to the subs and try more food in the future for sure!!! Ty :)

They use to have one of the better car washes in the area, now under new ownership it was awful. $10 for second tier wash, it skipped processes and didn't clean the car.

Placed a order got home found out the order had the wrong noodles then looked a little harder and it was the wrong order ..So to get refunded I have to take the order all the way back and wait another 20 minutes and they made sure I had that receipt. They could of just took my name down and owed me a dinner ...Just a inconvenience and they are usually pretty good down here...

TERRIBLE, please use caution when ordering and picking up orders. Verify before leaving store. The when u do call store back, spoke to Joe told cannot get credit back just drive back here and we will try to do something. Please do you know how many other places we can order pizza from??? Very disappointed if you want anything off their kitchen menu you have to weigh to 10 AM unfortunately I worked a night shift. And that’s the time when I’m usually asleep. And then the time now I go to work it’s when they’re close. 8/21/21

Asked blonde girl if I could get a breakfast sandwich.at 9.00 am she turned her back on me never answered me.and walked away.tjis was on Saturday July 23 2021 we will not come back and my husband will not fill up work truck everyday with gas takes 1 employee to lose business.
