Great service. Excellent food. Fantastic prices! A trip home is not complete without a stop at Polly’s. No where else can you get a loaded hotdog, fries and a drink for $4.30. Prices you can feed your family. Three of us got dinner and a treat for under $20! Trip home complete! And we’ll be back again every trip home.

One of my all time favorite places to go to grab some ice cream. Polly's is nestled along the cutest creek with the sound of water going by and a pretty cool train track. Has areas to sit and relax. The ice cream cones are what they are known for because you get what you pay for! I can never finish a small cone!! Haha

This ice cream stand always stays busy. They offer a wide variety of ice cream products. They also have several varieties of snack foods.... Hot dogs, hamburgers, etc.

The attendant who served us was not the most welcoming, but the chocolate milk shake and mint Icecream cone were wonderful. When you are not over busy, show a bit of kindness and tips will come your way!

My car can not drive past this place with out stopping. Good car.Good selection of of soft and hard ice cream recipes. The grounds are nice with tables under trees, near a stream. Lots of room to park. I can even get my 41 foot RV in and out with no problem.

If you order food it does take a little longer for them to make, but it's worth it because the food is delicious! The ice cream is always great as well. It is extremely convenient that they now have an ATM machine right there since they still only accept cash, but if you forget you can just use the ATM that's right near the ordering window!

This last visit deserved one star, but I'll give two for past visits that were mediocre, not terrible. The vanilla ice cream is flavorless, just a cool mess on a cone. It is a dark yellow color which is odd. They have cut back on the candy portion added to their Arctic Swirl, their version of a Blizzard, so much so that you need a magnifying glass to find the few pieces, certainly not a piece in each spoonful. I ordered a fudge brownie sundae that had no fudge, no whipped cream and no brownies. NONE! It had tiny brown candy pieces that where a gross texture and odd flavor. When I questioned the lack of fudge on my Sundae I was dismissed and ignored. I paid double the cost of a cone for the same amount of ice cream and gross candy I never asked for and they refused to talk with me to resolve the issue. I will not return with my extended family of 12 people. Worst service for barely edible food.

Hot Dogs to mushy this year must not be Smiths hot dogs.If it wasn't for the mushy hot dog i would have definitely gave it a 5star everything else is wonderful 😊

Picked up ice cream for my parents they couldn't make what she requested so they recommended something similar. My mom stated it was better than she expected. This place has been around forever! I remember working there when I was in high school. Still good quality and good customer service.

I took my daughter and her friend to Polly's over the weekend. We all got ice cream and they split french fries. After we were finished, we went for a walk on the train tracks and I found 3 tiny little frogs. The girls fell in love with them so we made sure to rehome them in a softer area. I enjoy coming here, it has been a family favorite since I was a kid. My grandma used to work at Polly's and I was always so excited to see her. It makes me happy that I can now take my daughter there and sit at the picnic tables and then take a walk on the train tracks. I will continue to come here for as long as it is open. 😊❤

Been coming here since I was a kid. Good soft serve. Decent hard icecream. Been years since I had any food there, but fairly standard. Over all the years coming here, never anything to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

We love Polly's!🧡🍦This is the first place my husband took us too when he brought me to Franklin, Pa for the first time. And it's always the first place we stop whenever we come to town. 😋 The ice cream is absolutely delicious - always tastes fresh! They have a peaceful seating area next to a crystal clear stream. If you haven't been, you definitely need to go!

Good relaxing place for soft serve. The food is good but not fast. Generous portions and nice picnic tables by the creek to sit at on a sunny day.Been going to Polly's since I was a child and the service and food have been consistent the entire time. A good place.

Classic ice cream shop on the side of the road. Friendly staff, quick service. Very nice "park" behind Polly's to sit, watch whatever wildlife may be stopping by that day and enjoy your treat. Prices are consistent with other ice cream stands in the area. Just outside of Franklin PA heading towards Meadville PA.

I love pollys. Always have! Their soft serve and all the different yummy ice cream flavors are great... I rated it 2 stars because they take forever. And I mean a very, very verrrry long time.. And it was ridiculous. They take forever to take your order, and they take forever to prepare and make your food. We waited 25 minutes just for 3 chicken tenders, all for them to tell us they forgot about us. (also, they had 3 girls standing around inside not doing anything, but talking.) So we waited another 10 minutes for them to finally deep fry the chicken tenders. So it was a good half hour later until we received our food, and it wasn't even busy. Probably 5 other cars besides ours. The service isn't as good as it used to be.. If it wasn't for the entirely WAAAAY too long waits and the forgetfulness when it comes to your customers and their orders, I probably would have rated them better.Macs snax in Franklin is my #1. They blow pollys out of the water.

Ice cream is basically always good, am I right?! I remember the Polly's Parrot from my childhood, driving past and gazing up at that eye catching sign, just *hoping* we would stop no matter how much I had already eaten. /// Now I take my own kiddos there. (I guess I really am a grown up, le grand sigh.) We sometimes like to explore the creek bank and the railroad tracks while we enjoy our treats, if the mosquitoes aren't too crazy. The covered pavilion under the trees is a welcome respite from the sun, and picnic tables near the order windows are fun for people watching. /// I appreciate all the owners and employees who have worked to keep this iconic ice cream shop from my childhood in business for decades.
