They where all well-mannered, offered me a drink two different times, very friendly. Enjoyed my time at the office downtown Franklin.Would recommend to any local trying to get insurance. Might cost a tad higher than some competitors but the value of nice, people more than offsets the little extra you pay.Overall very nice office and staff.

Absolutely great service from the girls in the office. Kota has helped me get a variety of policies including life insurance, homeowners insurance, vehicle insurance and their hospital income policies; explaining my coverages and costs in a way that made the decisions simple. Amanda is always so happy and helpful any time I’ve ever called to file or ask about a claim. She’s helping us right now from a deer accident. And Sarah is my girl when it comes to filling a hospital income claim when my kiddos end up in the ER. Definitely helps reduce stress so I can focus on my little ones. Highly recommended!!!

I wanted to show my appreciation to the staff at Mike dills State Farm office in Franklin, they all do a great job serving their customers, Sarah is always quick to let me know when the have new opportunities to help my family and save me money, Amanda is always so kind and insightful when it comes to explaining any information to me about my policies or upcoming changes, And Dakota goes out of her way to provide the best service for her customers even if it takes extra time she’s very accommodating to my needs as a customer and does her job with the most class and respect for everyone one she takes care of! I highly recommend stopping to see one of those lady’s for all of your insurance needs!

I needed motorcycle insurance I went into the office on liberty street. I was surprised by how clean and organized the office was. The agent who helped me was Shaden hepler, she seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions without hesitation. She got me set up with a plan that was perfect for me at an excellent price. Would highly recommended State Farm to anyone needing coverage. Specifically Shaden because she made the experience so easy and stress free.

I recently moved my insurance over to Mike with State Farm and have been nothing but pleased. I went through Shaden Hepler and she has been a great deal of help. Answers any question I have and beyond and makes sure that I know what I am paying for and what I am getting. The whole team there is great. I recommend State Farm 10/10. Switched back to State Farm. They gave me lower rates, higher insured value on the car and the home, and reduced in half and even eliminated some of my deductibles. Can't beat that. Glad to be back with them. Even when I left for 2 other companies, and was away for several years they kindly kept in touch and offered better plans. They reinstated my accident free coverage and accident forgiveness. Very nice to work with! Very helpful to me and my family.

All of the agents and Mike himself are great to talk to and very knowledgeable about coverages available to help make your life easier. Kota Goodwill helped me get coverage for my kids when they have ER or Urgent Care visits... let's just say that is probably the best decision I have made because I have accident prone kids...they boys if that tells ya anything. She has been amazing when I have a claim and makes it super simple...I don't even have to go to the office to handle any of it, not even the initial start up. For a busy working single mom my time matters and Kota and the team at State Farm do their best to make sure that not only so you get great services and the best coverages but also they respect your time too. Give them a call for all your insurance needs. Especially if you have kids...you will thank me later.

This is the BEST place for auto insurance! The staff is amazing an welcoming an always helpful. They truly care about you there an remember all our names! Even my vans name! I give Mike, Amanda, a Dakota as well as the rest of the high praises because they earned them! They are more than an insurance company they like framily! They always look out for you! I can’t think of a better place to insure my van. Also they have other great options for you. Like (ask Dakota the real name as I never get it right) the Broken Bones policy for your kids ( a policy that helps more then you know) an for adults for those accidents that no one thinks could happen! My kids walk in there a know they are safe! I can’t rave enough about them. So call them ask them anything. They got your back!
