I would leave no stars if it let me ! Watch ordering from Edible Arrangements !! I ordered online a few days ago they charged my card, called said I haven’t received any thing, then woke up today to 2 more changers haven’t received anything or gotten money back !! AND THEY WONT DO A THING ABT IT !!! Girl that I talked to was named marry ! IM NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY STOLE FROM!

Lately I've been going in after work to get my smoothie and grapes and the lady that owns it is so wonderful and nice! The smoothies are really delicious and the chocolate covered fruit is so great after a long day at work I love it there!

It was okay. They were about out of everything normally stocked on display.The young lady working the counter was very apologetic. She made smoothies for us that were wonderful!

The fall themed basket was just beautiful! All the fruit was ripe and fresh, the chocolate covered Carmel apple slices were unbelievably tasty. The whole basket was a beautiful surprise ♥️

Did you know they make smoothies?! I sure didn't until I walked in there one day...I have been going every Wednesday since because it's half off smoothie day and free sample day. I've NEVER had a bad smoothie, they are all amazing!!!

I am here frequently, and the staff has been beyond wonderful. My favorite smoothie flavor is creamsicle, and although it's not on the menu, they worked with me to create it. After multiple tweaks, the recipe was written down and attached to their store notebook. Now, any of the staff can make that smoothie. Talk about personal service!!!

I recently purchased the Olaf fruit arrangement for $50.00. It was a very cute arrangement and the service was excellent. However, I had a coupon code sent to me by Edible Arrangements for $10.00 off of any purchase over $39.00. The coupon code was denied with the explanation that my purchase did not qualify for the discount. I was told at the store that this happens quite often.

If I could give 10 stars I would.... they are the definition of amazing customer service and their stuff is always fresh and ready for you! They know most customers by name and even know what they usually like to drink. I really can't say enough great things about this place..... it's my favorite!

We are so lucky to have Edible Arrangements in our area! Not only can you send a delicious bouquet of fruit but you can also stop by the shop for a sweet treat for yourself! The smoothies and fruit salads are amazing!

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Have been a customer for years of the Hermitage store without issue. In 2020, when they weren’t open, I called the Franklin location for my usual Mother’s Day delivery, which they handled without issue. Suddenly in 2021, they insist they’ve never delivered to that same address that I send to every year. The very one they delivered to in 2020. Thanks Franklin PA Edible Arrangements for ending a 10+ year tradition.

They locked their doors an hour before close time and just watched us through the window when we tried to go in. If they aren’t going to follow their hours then take the hours off the door.
