Decent gas station food. Individual pizza slices are pretty good. I like their chicken tenders for a quick lunch, but, you have to buy at least 3 now. I don't want 3.

Your at the counter 1st person or only person in line sometimes they greet you right away other time it takes 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge your there. I have tried to order food from here a total of 5 time and 2 time they had what I wanted but took them all most 30 minutes to get it from the warmer box to the cash register. And the other 3 times they were out of chicken 3 of the 5 times. I understand during there opening it was busy. However today is months after they have been open. 4pm on a Saturday and they are out of chicken. Poor service and reliability on weather or not they will even have what you want.

Strike 1: Enough grease in 2 pieces of chicken to fry 2 moreStrike 2: No one could ring up a gift card until a manager came in and finally figured it out, but then said she would only take cash.Strike 3: Went in and was seen by 3 different employees and totally ignored.I see no reason to ever go back, and I suggest you go elsewhere too.

Ordered food for take out, and I forgot my mask, so they wouldn’t let me in the store.EDIT: Somebody responded to my review and said masks are required. That’s great. How about you do what every store everywhere else is doing, and offer curbside, or, crazy idea here; use the drive through that your building already has in place?

I bought chicken and some side sand paid for them (mashed potatoes and gravy ,honey biskets). While waiting for the corn dogs to get done another employee came out and threw our sides away. We ended up with just chicken and corn dogs to eat. I will NEVER stop there angain..

This place! This place is hands down the best place and recommend it with out hesitation! If I could give 6 stars I would. Thier pizza is out of this world, thier chicken? finger linking! Thier attention to detail? microscopic! The staff ? Bussin 10/10 would come again.

I went there 2 times the first time I waited and hour for my food and lime 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that i was there when I got the chicken it was dry and soggy. The second time I got a chicken sandwich the bag was cold and there was paper that was stuck on the sandwich and the sandwich wasn’t cooked

My mom and stepdad prepaid for $5 worth of gas on 7/11/17 at the Franklin Crosby's. My mom had gone into the store to pay, and my stepdad didn't know how much she was putting on the pump. He did know she only had $25 on her. He waited outside while pumping, and my mom was inside talking to the cashier. At one point, the cashier looked at the pump and immediately stopped it. It had run over $16. She told my mom that the person who prepaid at that pump before they did must not have gotten the gas, and she told them they could leave. My mom went elsewhere and had spent the other $20 she had. She got a phone call later on from the store manager who said that she had to return to the store and pay the difference in gas. Now, had she had the money on her, it wouldn't have been a big deal. She did feel that if she had been responsible to pay, she should have been told to pay at the register, but at least she would have known right away. That's the cashier's fault. My mom told the manager she would be calling corporate to ask what should be done because if a previous customer already paid, and she was told she could leave, she didn't feel it was right to have to pay for either the pump malfunctioning or the cashier messing up. Literally none of this was her fault. While she was waiting for a return call from corporate, the Franklin police called her and threatened to file theft charges on her and my stepdad if they didn't pay by 10 PM that night. It was late afternoon at this point. That's where she called me to ask if I could pay because she didn't have any more money on her. She couldn't wait around for corporate to call back because now the police were involved. I paid the difference, and I contacted Crosby's to let them know of the situation. They never responded. I contacted the manager herself to ask what exactly happened, giving her an opportunity to explain some unknown policy that would explain why my mom had to pay. We had been friends on Facebook. Nobody responded. In fact, I was blocked. Maybe that was an order from corporate, but who knows.I'm very disappointed. My mom and stepdad are now banned from the store, even though they paid the difference, and Crosby's will never get business from me or anyone in my family ever again.

You will get harassed as soon as you walk in that place with no mask on , but they prepare the to go pizza with no gloves after handling money all day ... Not to mention that 3/4 of their staff are "backwards" . Kwik fill is 10 times better and 50 ft away

A friend just brought me a piece of Krispy Krunchy Chicken...and OMG. This area has been robbed of all our KFC's but I think this is EVEN BETTER!! I didn't get to try any sides yet...but I think its pretty promising...lol. Go and Get you some!!

They have a problem with debit cards for last three weeks. Don't expect yours to work. 5/16/18 They seem to have fixed there debit card problem. They now have brand name beer cheap

Don't go here for food. All sitting in heated area. Give appearance if fast food place but won't cook anything from menu. Go to sheetz or get go not worth it.

I only work a few blocks from this location I love the food the people always so friendly and I have a bunch of my co workers that's visit their location on a daily basis i remember they had some type of contest for candy bars you buy 1 and get 1 free and I remember the 1 girl that was always so nice so I bought 70 candy bars her name is Jessica best person in that place she had a real future for this company the reason I go back is the good people and good food
