A Big Delight! We went into the local store today and we’re helped by Andy & Deb! Good customer service and plenty of items to choose from. We found what we we’re looking for and Andy carried the bulky heavy items up to the register so we could keep shopping. I’m out here visiting my best friend. I’m from California. I stopped here to grab a couple little items and went to check on the price of cat litter. I found a 24.5 lb box of Fresh Step multi-cat litter for $13.00. I know other places are charging $12+ for a 10 lb box of litter, so for less than $1 more I got double that. I will be buying my litter here from now on, that's for sure. They also had my cats favorite treats and they were a good price. Every little bit helps at the moment. 😊

Good finds, great prices and excellent customer service.Last time I was here I lost my wallet in the store. The sales associate had great compassion for my situation and helped ease my anxiety. I eventually found my wallet and it all worked out.

Big Lots always has something I want at low prices. I love their sales and stock up at those times. You can always find some out of the norm foods there, too. Flower pots are nice, stylish, and reasonable. One of my favorite local stores.

my first review was for 4 stars has great stuff just kind of pricy, I'm changing my review, because of a personal interaction with an employee today. We bought a huge sectional and I thought it would fit on my 5x8ft trailer however it was to long and it hung over the front by about a foot, after we loaded it as we were walking thru the store the guy that helped us whom I wont name but his first name begins with an "A" was making comments to other customers regarding us having a trailer not big enough for our furniture, I said nothing at the time however after we got home and unpacked the sectional we realized that that particular employee shorted us a throw pillow, so I went back to get it and we were helped by another gentleman who immediately ordered us 2 new pillows and asked what the other guys name was and he told me at that time the other guy walked by and I confronted him regarding his rude comment to other customers and I did this in front of his fellow workers he said he made no such comment even though 3 of us heard him he the became confrontational and said if I have something to say to you I would say it to your face and walked off, this review will go to big lots corporate office, this guy should not be working with customers as he clearly has a terrible relationship with telling the truth.

Love the staff! All friendly employees.. they were all very helpful in my furniture purchase and were super patient while we dealt with issues with our bank, declining our purchase bcuz it was over our spending limit apparently.. was a ridiculous process, but they were steady chill with us and my wild child toddler, lol... I appreciate that and them! Great crew!!

I stopped here after work to finish my Christmas shopping and I should of just went here to begin with to buy for my toddler. He wanted Monster Jam trucks and I couldn't find them anywhere including walmart. They had them and lots of other things that I have been looking for a week. They also have GREAT prices.

I like this store. It definately could use a facelift inside and out but it's kind of like a variety store, you never know what will be in stock and that's the fun part of visiting. They also have an adjoining room at this location that has furniture on display for purchase. They carry quite a few things. The store is well organized and clean.

Not only do I feel disrespected as a customer, but also as an individual. Unaware of them closing, and the door was still unlocked to enter, the manager was very rude with her tone of voice when she informed us about the store closing. Just because of that, I will never shop at big lots again because never have I walked into a store and was humiliated because of the manager’s actions. I will take my business else where.

Sometimes when I walk in there it has a light smell almost of body odor. It's happened more then once and I've talked to a few people who has also said the same thing. Great deals though

There is a clerk name Deb, and she was very rude! I was there with a elderly neighbor who only wanted a few cases of water and she needed help to get them from the store and Deb, in a sarcastic way asked her who was going to carry it to her house. She was rude to me as well.

I almost always find something there i want. They got rid of most of the baby stuff. They use to have car seats, clothes, toys plus diapers, wipes and bath stuff so thats a big disappointment now that im a mom and all they have are diapers.

It's a discount store,but they NEED less xmas decorations and more products. They have alot of food and furniture. Their electronics leave alot to be desired this year.

If you have a little one still on baby food they usually have a huge stock at extremely low prices. Pouches jars and lilies. Also love their sales
