Pharmacy staff friendly and helpful. Store associates need more customer service training. I'm not acknowledged whenever I come in the store and I'm of color. They never ask me if I need help when I'm looking around. They don't talk to me when I'm checking out as well. Unless I start a conversation. If not for convenience I would not shop this location. I gave 3 stars for the friendly pharmacy team!

This store is great. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and polite. Other store staff is also polite. I am glad I switched to this pharmacy. The experiences I have had here are much better and pharmacy is quicker, more knowledgeable, and more polite and thorough.

Former customer....For years I shopped at Rite Aid until they closed my local store. Even still I would stop at one to pick up pain reliever, or whatever we needed on a trip, and usually use the bathroom.Hopping off the motorcycle, urgently needed the facilities, I stopped at this one and was told "we don't have public bathrooms!" She was a bit condescending and seemed put out an "old man" would ask such a question. I went next door.Subway (next door) was kind and gracious, after I became embarrassed. I gave them a $5 tip, thanking them.Hard lesson leaned, Rite Aid isn't reliable anymore, find another national brand.Followup, I now see this store has a years long reputation. Must be the management and/or inability to find good staffing. IDK. I do now the brand suffers from this store.

I would like to give 0 stars. By far the worst experience I have ever had. I have to get a vaccine, and the short blonde haired “pharmacist” was very rude to me and a few other patrons that came into the facility. She was definitely trying to display some kind of “power trip”.Her and the assistant kept making people wait even though there was no one else to be helped. She made me wait an additional 10 minutes past my appointment. She made me go get a mask, but was not wearing one herself. Once I was finally called back to get my vaccine, she tried to use a previously opened alcohol pad that was laying in a plastic tray. She even made me raise my shirt up to my neck, even after I had removed my arm out of the shirt.STAY AWAY FROM THIS RITE-AID in Frackville PA.

I did not know that rite aid does not honor va prescriptions. I am scheduled for surgery and have to be on 2 meds prior to the surgery and couldn't drive the 47 miles to pick them up at the va. I have to pay out of pocket. I will not have any future prescriptions sent there.

Great store with nice workers and I was even able to get some help with my health insurance. They had a health insurance professional in the store to help their Rite Aid customers.

Ok I understand employees cannot stop people from coming in during the time when it’s senior Time but when a 30 something walks in looked homeless walks in with a cough that was really really bad And coughs all over your order when the cashier said I hold your articles here, I turn to find credit card , he cuts in front was so sick I said please move my order ,She did not , I should have walked out , to cashier I thought I could come in here As she tried to clean where he was standing , it was like an emergency room ,, they cannot ask anyone to leave , why have a senior time , never again
