This store came highly recommended to me so I made 2 purchases here. I did not receive good customer care after the sale. I was put on a waiting list but no one ever called me, that was a couple years ago.I will take my business elsewhere.

Very nice sporting good store . The Archery tech is Ryan. I've only dealt with him once, but he seems very knowledgeable. I dropped off my crossbow so he could send it back to Ten Point.

Trash is all over the parking lot. Employee came out of building, flicked me off and went inside. Extremely inconsiderate and rude business. Does not care about the community or their neighbors in the community as they make very loud noise starting from 5 am for another buisness involving heavy machinery and 18 wheeler trucks. They run another buisness of the property and let their 18 wheelers run for no reason. It is very rude and inconsiderate

New owners are the best thing to happen to Keystone! A bunch of knowledgable enthusiasts who use what they sell.I have been a customer for fifteen years since my move from California and know any product I purchase is backed by Keystone... be it a vintage handgun to reloading products.I recommend Keystone to any fisherman, bow hunter or gun collector/hunter, what they don't have on hand they will order in for you.Want to buy a kayak? They have plenty on hand....Reloading supplies are on the shelf, along with factory ammo too.Knowledgable folks who mount scopes, set up bows, replace fishing line in your favorite reel, stop in and see the huge inventory...

I was BLOWN away with the sheer amount of products in this store!!! If you are an outdoorsy person, get your rear end to this store!I thought this place has always looked like a little log cabin from the front. WOW, I was wrong. There are a TON of hunting and fishing items here. The back goes on forever. The staff members were friendly and engaging. None more than Jason. What a stand up guy.

Been shopping here for awhile for all my hunting and fishing needs until recently I purchased a new Hoyt rx7 at another store to only find out after a few days of shooting it was not properly tuned or set up but thanks to Ryan he got me all set up and helped me pick out the correct arrows for the set up went home and was grouping a baseball out at 40 yards cant thank him or the store enough for how well of a job they do from here out I won’t be shopping anywhere but here for any kind of hunting product

Place has a decent gun selection but you will pay top dollar. If it was just pricing I'd be okay, I'm willing to pay for quality. But customer service is some of the poorest I've seen. When they think they're selling you a gun they are your best friend over the conversation reaches that point were they realize you are not gun crazed but looking for a reasonable offer it's some of the most arrogance I've seen conveyed. In the past in total I've purchased $3,000 Worth of firearms from the store. Just prefer to spend that money elsewhere now where reality is a part of the conversation and I'm not battling a salesman's ego.

Great place to shop for all your hunting and fishing needs! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! They have an archery department, firearms department and also stock lots of hunting clothing boots and trapping supplies. Stop by and I’m sure you’ll find what you need. They are a great bunch of people that work there!

Every time we camp at Cowans Gap we make a point to stop in and visit Keystone Outdoors. This past weekend was Customer Appreciation day. They had awesome sales, an auction, and free food.

That is a very well stock sporting good store. I think they have everything. They got live bait minnows all kind of artificial bait, power bait, archery equipment, guns that store is full of everything a outdoorsman would need. If you're in the area you definitely need to stop and check them out. I don't think you will be sorry

If you join their rewards program you can earn points, 1 point for every $1 spent, and get discounts with them, the more points you save the more you get off. Worked with Don today in the Archery department setting up a new bow I just purchased. I’m experienced in bow hunting but no pro and he had answers for all my questions. Gave me honest opinions which I appreciated and I could tell he was looking out for my best interest. I look forward to coming back for my future archery related purchases.

Local business that has been open since 1970. Family owned, get treated very nicely and prices are marked fairly. NEVER had an issue with staff or their products. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and are more than willing to assist with your needs. These guys aren't afraid to talk to you even if you're just stopping in to check on their latest products or prices. They have just about anything you need for any Great Outdoorsman! Highly recommend you stop in and see for yourselves. Not to many little ma and pa stores left anymore. Would rather give my money to this business before any big box stores.

Went in for earthworms which surprisingly are not easy to find. The staff was very helpful. Didn't walk around enough to suit me but they seemed to be well stocked in a large variety of fishing, hunting, etc. supplies. This will sound funny, but the store smelled nice, not gamey, fishy, sweaty. Definitely recommended and the drive there is SO BEAUTIFUL!

This place is fantastic. It is the Amazon for outdoor sporting. If you buy a bow there it has a lifetime warranty even if you are at fault! The staff are friendly an knowledgeable. Sometimes you may spend an extra dollar on something but most of the time they are on par with wal mart prices. You are not buying groceries here you are buying sporting goods and they are specialist in this field it is all they do

My girlfriend and I were there in a Sunday morning. She had a gift card for Keystone. The guys behind the counter where awesome. They are very knowledgeable and polite. They helped her get a nice little S.W. 38. Now I have to teach her to shoot it. Really nice store!

Lots of selection for any kind of outdoor sporting that you could do. I was looking for fishing stuff and they had lots. Prices weren't bad either. Even had a chat with one of the employees about a local fishing spot and got some good information.
