Absolutely disgusting to be given honey mustard for dip for your 3 cinnamon pretzels order that you paid 80 cents per icing and get a mouthful of honey mustard. I get 1 honey mustard and no icing. Mind you I ordered this for doordash, paid for delivery and tip to recieve this. Manager says for me to come in for a coupon? That defeats the whole purpose of delivery. As much money as i spend here. Never again. My food wasn't even bagged. It was just thrown in a red bag.

I have spent thousands of dollar if not 10s of thousands at sheetz, all across the eastern side of united States and one thing if for sure I must say. Train your staff to NOT put the condiments under the hotdogs it makes the bun a mess in the time it takes me to walk to my truck. I am beyond disgusted with this. Ford city is my nearest sheetz to my home and this is the only one I have ran across this problem. I get chili cheese dogs they're my go to and I cannot tell you how many times they put the cheese first like some kind of menace who is unaware of the disaster this creates.

This Sheetz is the best in comparison to others in the area. The food and drinks are ok for the price if you understand this is a gas station with convenience pricing.I being a Sheets freak ate here too often so i don't have anything new to excite me, even though they have a large selection of foods, milkshakes, and coffees to choose from.

I am a reoccurring customer late at night at the Ford City Sheetz. Shout out to this sheetz and their nighttime staff. People are always nice. Food is always good. Store is always very clean! Keep up the good work!

Everytime you place an app order you get it and the order is wrong! Or missing half the stuff! You call and the manager makes it your fault their employees didn’t do their job correctly! Gas is expensive I don’t have the gas to waste to go back when I should of got it the first time

We always stop here when we're out on the road trip the store is clean and the employees are friendly. We didn't get any food this time, Sheetz food is just not what it used to be. But we did gas up and get some beverages for our adventure.

We are from here, but moved to FL many years ago, so everytime we come back to visit Sheetz Hot Dogs are a definite must-have! 2 for $1 and actually really good!

I ordered a pepperoni half sub on January 9th around 11:30pm. I normally love their food but when I woke up this morning I had a severe case of food poisoning that had me in the bathroom every 5-10 min all day today. I don’t think I’ve ever puked so much or so violently in my life. Be VERY careful what you order from this Sheetz!

We are very loyal customers of the fordcity location sheetz. Between myself, my wife and my daughter we visit this location at least 5 days a week, we buy all of our gas here spending several hundred dollars every week. We also order food regularly..but after being treated the way I was there tonight I probably won't be back. I sent an email to corporate but haven't received a response as of yet.My wife ordered food online and I went to pick it up. When I got into my car I looked in the bag and noticed the steak hogie I ordered was just loose in a container with no bun. I walked back in and waited in line. When I got to the counter at the kitchen area I said politely said excuse me to a young guy working there. When I got his attention I politely explained the mistake. He glared at me and very rudely and arrogantly said(YOU ORDERED IT WITH NO BREAD!!) Then glared at me for a few seconds before turning his back and walking away. He never looked at the receipt or offered any solution or even wanted to talk to me. Young male probably in his early twenties, slightly heavy set, blondish/brown hair . If he was having a bad day he should just go home instead of treating customers that way..fordcity sheetz just lost some very loyal customers if I don't hear back from corporate soon.

I love Sheetz, this one is just like they're supposed to be, clean, friendly, well stocked inventory, and great food and drinks. Fast too, can get gas, coffee, and food, and pay for it all in about 10 minutes.

My mocha frozen coffee is always made perfectly. Only thing is I don't always get my chocolate drizzle at the top but not enough of a reason to loose a star over😉
