This is my neighborhood store so this means that I visit here quite often. I have never had a unpleasant experience when I go in here, everyone is always polite and respectful.Because of my profession I am in and out of many 7-Eleven stores on a regular basis and all of them aren’t always as professional so it’s nice to be able to say something good about an establishment when you get an opportunity.

Poor attitude especially Helen very rude. I will never give them another dollar of my money I will drive to the wawa, I know first hand how important it is to keep your customer base. They also claim to follow rules but I seen them first hand sell tobacco to an underage person

They're too expensive, I was about to get one candy bar and I asked the woman that worked there how much it was and she said 3 dollars, 3 dollars for one candy bar?! That's ridiculous and their wings are good here but they're expensive too, for 5 wings its 8 dollars plus tax and for 10 wings its 16 dollars plus tax, I bought chicken wings at the market that were cheaper than that... their prices here are really ridiculous smh

Wanted to price check hats and gloves for our kids and guy with slight accent catches an attitude asking "do you want them or not I have other people to wait on" very rude and loud. I haven't been back since but even before that the woman there usually never speaks but the older woman is usually always polite. I mean their customer service overall just lacks as a whole. I prefer Wawa any day.

I used to love the convenience of this 7-11. I could walk there any time of day or night and they are open but lately the person who works there is sooo miserable, unfriendly, does NOT like or want to help the customers and I am not the only person that has noticed this. It's actually so uncomfortable for me that I purposely go out of my way to the other 7-11 on Chester Pike in Sharon Hill. At least there the ppl who work there are super friendly and helpful, it makes me feel much better and I always leave with a smile 😁. I wouldn't complain if it was just once or twice, everyone has bad days but the fact that I want to avoid this store completely says enough.

I like 7-Eleven. For the most part, they've come a long way. For a while back a few years ago they weren't doing too well they were dirty and weren't really keeping up with the Wawa's in the other convenience stores but now I kind of prefer 7-Eleven sometimes this one's a good one like I recommend it.

It's a 7-11. Owner sometimes doesn't want to cash your winning lottery ticket...claims to not have the money in the drawer. .shouldn't sell the tickets then. Rest of employees speak English, friendly and helpful and from the neighborhood.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I only gave 1 star because no stars wasn't an option. Employees are unpleasant aggressive and at times down right rude everytime I have gone in this location. I will now be driving over to the 7 eleven on Chester pike.

Convenient, always nice employees ok.selection of sandwiches,fruit,hit dogs,pizza etc.more junk food n snacks than anything thou. .lil bit high on prices thou. ..coffee is good too
