There very patience with you an don't mind answering a million n one question trust me I asked. Lol. I had a very good experience working with Brandy. I initially called to talk about insuring a drone and ended up switching all my insurance over including Auto, Motorcycle, Umbrella and Homeowner's insurance. Brandy listened to what I needed, compared my old plans to my new ones, and answered all my questions. In the end I saved money and got better coverage. Couldn't ask for more than that! I originally contacted this office for a homeowners insurance quote. When I called a nice gentleman named Justin answered. He was super friendly and helped me with everything. I was going to be a first time homeowner in just a few weeks and was so lost with what I needed. Not only did Justin help me with the homeowners but he helped be with auto coverage for myself as well as my boyfriend. He made sure that we had the coverage we needed on all lines to be covered fully should something happen. He also got me set up with drive safe and save which got me a pretty nice discount in my next policy renewal. Hands down the best office to work with.
