We came in 15 minutes before they closed we didn't realize they were closing a tad earlier. We just came in to get a couple pieces repaired. They were still kind and accommodating. We still felt bad for coming in so close to when they were closing as we both work in customer service.

Great experience with Robert's Jewelers. Store is clean and well-organized. Staff is also very helpful and patient, giving us undivided attention during our entire visit. Prices are quite decent and they're transparent with the turnaround time for orders. Lots of parking out front. Picked out our wedding bands in about 35 minutes and were on our way home.

Robert's Jewelers are the best in the area! I have purchased many pieces of jewelry here and my experience has always been fantastic. My wife and I made the most important jewelry purchase (wedding ring and band) from Robert's and we can't say enough good things. Sarah went above and beyond when we were searching for our rings. She brought in different samples for us to look at. She was extremely knowledgeable.I also went to Robert's to purchase earrings for my wife for Christmas. She again went above and beyond again and brought in multiple samples for me to review. The entire purchase process was easy and no pressure. She made sure my wife got the RIGHT set of earrings for her. Needless to say, she loves them!Thank you to Robert's, you provide the best customer service in the area. 10/10 would recommend. We now have a family jeweler!

I've used this jeweler for repairs and sizing for about 20 years. Staff is pleasant, workmanship good and prices are fair. They have a decent selection of jewelry, watches and they have estate pieces. I recommend Robert's to friends.

I inherited my grandparents wedding rings & my grandmothers ring was missing a few stones. I took it to Roberts & they didva wonderful job. The ring looks amazing & they cleaned it up really nice - it sparkles. I am so happy with the work they did & would definitely recommend them

I went into the store to buy a new setting for my engagement diamond. My diamond fell out of its original setting and I wanted to find a local jeweler to reset it. They had nothing in store that matched my band they give me a large binder of settings to look for. The salesperson told me to pick out a few settings, they could order them in and whichever I didn’t pick they would send back. I picked 3 settings. During this visit she cleaned my band and told me my diamonds were loose and quoted me to fix the prongs. I agreed to have them do the work and she said my settings would be in the same time the band was done. Following week I get a call that my band was done so I go in and ask about the settings and same sales person says she “didn’t get a chance to order them in”. Told me she would and give me a call. That was a month ago and I still haven’t heard from them. I ended up at Bixler’s jewelers and an amazing experience. I try and spend money on local businesses but the customer service at Robert Jewelers was way below par and wouldn’t recommend anyone going there.

My engagement ring was formerly my great grandmothers ring. It is a thin yellow gold band with engraving on the sides and a cluster of diamonds in the center. After a few trips to jewelry stores to get estimates for sizing I was told because the ring is so old my prongs also need to be replaced. I was recommended Roberts by a family member and I am so happy I went there. My ring was resized 1 size down and 6 prongs were replaced. When I went to pick up the ring I could not believe how stunning it was. The size is perfect and the sparkle from the diamonds is blinding. The engraving was not compromised and it looks even better then before. All the diamonds were tested before and after the work on the ring was done and they 100% genuine. No need to worry, this is not a shady place. They are true artists at Roberts and I would trust them to restore any piece of jewelry. Thank you so much

I just found the receipt from when they sized my engagement ring. Holy mother of god they charged him 130 for what should have been at tops a 50$ job, and I wasn't there with him when he paid or I would have got that down. What a scam, I absolutely do not recommend them. They will take advantage of people who don't know what jewelry pricing should look like.

We walked in to his store with an old neckless that was in need of repair. He didn't know us from Adam but we received a friendly, first class greeting. We showed him the neckless, and walked out with it completely cleaned and repaired in mere minutes. And the cost was quite reasonable. We are well pleased. A+ dealer.

Was my go to jeweler until my last experience. On Jan 5, I took 2 sets of rings, 1 for repair, 1 for resizing. Was told 3 wks for estimate. After 7 wks, got estimate. Have ok for repair and no for cost of resizing. Was told 1-1/2 wks for repair. Called after 3 wks told not done and would be called when done. Today is Apr 15 and I still have not received call. If it was completed as promised, I would have received it before shutdown. He is small business and nonessential, I believe. So who knows when I'll get it back. I am very disappointed.
