Pharmacy technicians are hit or miss as to how helpful they are. If it wasn't for them, it would be five stars. However, the pharmacists are amazing. Always very helpful, and quick to call other locations if they are out and always genuinely concerned about helping you out. I've stayed with this pharmacy even though there are closer ones because of that care.

I came to the pharmacy to pick up my medicine but it was too expensive through my insurance. I asked the pharmacist if i could use a discount card instead and even though he seemed busy, he took care of it right away.

Super large store! Clean, easy to find. It's on the corner, high up on a hill; the parking lot is nice and flat though. Everything you could need from a pharmacy and convenience store. Staff was very friendly and helpful!👍if helpful, thx! 🙏

Pharmacy is ridiculous. Every time I go, there is an issue. The script was called in from the doc at 9am, pick up at 6pm, not ready!! No call, nothing that they had questions!! This is every time! The girls at the registers in the pharmacy have attitudes! I have been with rite aid for years, I will be changing.

Literally spoke with a woman just now to obtain information regarding stock of a specific medication that is completely on back order (ADHD medicine, you know the one). I asked politely if they have any in stock because I have a family member that is prescribed it. No less than 10 seconds into the call the lady said "We don't have it" and hung right up.I've always have had good service here at this Rite Aid, but after that, it severely tarnished my good thoughts of this specific pharmacy. I wish I could have gotten their name to let someone in management know. Oh well.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I thought this place was terrible before, but today I needed my prescription filled in a pinch and was told to come here b/c they could fill it in a "few minutes". Got up to the desk to drop off the prescription and the woman at the desk was less than thrilled to have someone there. She told me it would be about 20 minutes at 3:30. I have them a half-an-hour and they still don't have it done. They said I would need to wait another 10 minutes... still waiting. If you have to fill a prescription, do not go here! Absolutely terrible customer service.

I have lived 1 mile from this pharmacy and have always used them, with 2 children, then 2 dependent adults. I have always had good, friendly service. And found what I needed. There have been times I asked for manager, always with resolution. For me, this is the best pharmacy I've experienced in my life.

My daughter was just seen at the local urgent care for an infection. The doctor prescribed her antibiotics. It was late, but the pharmacist filled our script anyways so our daughter would get her first antibiotic dose without having to wait until the morning. My family is very appreciative od the pharmacist and the staff at this Rite Aid. Will definitely be back if we need any other scripts.

We live close to this Rite Aid which is why we use it. The woman who works the counter at the pharmacy has the personality of a rabid dog!She’s down right nasty. If you ask her a question she snaps your head off. My husband and I left the hospital and stopped there to have his prescriptions filled. Now mind you my husband is about the kindest man you could want to deal with. It was about 8:00 and clearly she wanted to get out of there ASAP. She said you have a lot of stuff here and I don’t know if we can get this ready, it could take an hour! Ok, we can wait. Apparently the pharmacist stepped in and it was ready in 15 minutes! There was no one else there!That was at least 3 encounters with her. Were done!

This pharmacy is a joke and lazy. We've had 3 scripts called in recently for ear infections and it's never ready. We waited at least a good 30 minutes to get the script after leaving the Dr. Once we arrive, via drive through, told it was just called in and it won't be ready for 30 minutes. It was mid day and not busy in the pharmacy but yet they can't get it ready for something that can easily be done in less than ten minutes. Waiting 30 minutes with a sick child that you just want to start their medication isn't a great option at all. Now another trip has to be made to go get the medication. After this happening 3 times it's clearly just the script not being made until you actually show up to get it which is required either way for this medication.Update: Went back 3-4 hours later and the Amox-clav still had to be mixed as it would needed to be when I was originally there. So it was mixed in less then ten minutes. Again proves this was a wasted trip as it would have needed to be mixed when I was there earlier and could have been done in less then ten minutes. What a joke.

I'm not sure what some reviewers are talking about, but I have never encountered a rude employee at this location. Everyone is very friendly and helpful!There have been one or two times that prescription refills have taken longer than expected, but I blame that on the fact they need to deal with the insanity of insurance companies.In fact, I had a problem with one of my meds a couple years ago when my employer changed insurance providers. It required many calls to insurance company and back to my GP to get it solved, but the pharmacy staff was amazing and even found a way for the script to cost me less money!!

This rite aid is so convenient. Sand extremely clean!!This morning Susan helped me out tremendously! I bought packing material to send a framed photo that has very special significance to me to a family member across the country. I bought extra packing material and then realized I probably needed newspaper. When I asked if I could take an extra flyer, Susan asked if she could help by providing me with some bubblewrap that she had behind the counter from other packaging. As I had already purchased packing tape and three padded envelopes, I was so delighted by this gesture. Susan has waited on me before and as always polite, kind, and very efficient.The only reason I don't give this Rite Aid five stars is that sometimes I wish that they carried a greater variety of products.Thank you to Susan and to everyone who works at Rite Aid for making this such an easy and pleasant place to shop.

Terribly long wait for a flu shot (nearly an hour) and when I went there for a COVID test later, the line of cars at the drive-up went around the building (at least 10 cars in line). Not being symptomatic, just wanting to know, I said to heck with that. Pharmacy is seriously understaffed - I felt so sorry for the 2 people working the pharmacy - should have been at least 4 people working, as busy at it was!!

I would leave no stars if I could. This is now at least the 5-6 th time that a med needed( to not choke due to a food allergy) has sat over 24hrs with no reach out from them.. ( they called a number for a person just under Elizabeth Christman .. makes sense since that has Drey in it right??) and only got touched after I called 16hours later to make sure it is full. Nastiest woman ever gave attitude to me when asked how long it would take. Never once apologized.Do yourself a favor and go to weis in fogelsville. Much quicker. Much better service.

Worst service at fogelsville location. Unfriendly. Slow service. Unable to multi-task. Very dissatisfied and disappointed as I have never had a problem at previous Rite Aid. This one plain sucks.

They had a health insurance professional in the store to help me enroll in a new health plan in the Affordable Care Act. I never had insurance before and was a little nervous but they took care of everything!!!
