Never had a problem with this store in the past.. until yesterday. My 3 year old daughter needed to use the bathroom, so we asked an employee if she could use it, she told us no because it was out of order… no 5 minutes later another mom with a little girl asked a different employee and they allowed her to use the bathroom.. if it’s good for one, it should be good for all. Completely unacceptable!

$3 for books that are $0.50 is ludicrous. No other thrift stores charge that much and can get them on eBay for that price with shipping.There no good strategic decision in raising book prices that high even if they have a passed on consumer cost because of inflation, wages or infrastructure. Those books will sit.Disgusting pricing practices as of lately... $10 for a kids stuffed animal as well?Leadership is in need of a reality check and might call a few of them in their cell #s

First time at this location. Lots of clothing and color throughout the store. I'm surprise to see a small book CD area..... Found some good buys and thought the prices were good throughout the store.

First off, I shop at every Goodwill in Central and Eastern Pa as I travel through thise areas. Don't try to buy an item later in the day if it doesn't have a price on it. They will not sell it to you or price it, then it gets thrown in a big bin to get priced sometime the following day. You then have to take your chances that it may or may not be there when you come back. I recommend hiding the item and coming back the following day when the "magical" pricing person can say it costs 1 dollar or 3 dollars. Not a great business practice when the shelves are already overloaded with overpriced stuff, much of which gets sent to an outlet or sold for pennies to vendors anyway. Drop your prices, sell the volume, and cut your handling and transportation costs. Goodwill now only refers to the income made for the CEO amd Management. Stop being greedy. Oh, and stop putting garbage and broken stuff out all the time. 10-20% of the items should hit the garbage, not your shelves. Just keeping it real, and I am not a reseller looking to make a few dollars either.

Well, I have a few things I can't say that I appreciate about a place I once considered a worthwhile destination.I can't blame inflation on the store itself, but when literally anything remotely similar to something that at one time sold online for decent money, becomes so expensive, it literally becomes laughable to purchase second hand, it's time to step back and reevaluate some things.Being bagless is pretty lame. One would think they cut costs to keep prices down, not raise the prices and cut the costs.The lack of an obviously needed security camera in that place is another downfall. Anything remotely electronic and easy to steal is immediately plucked and the packaging left for the sole purpose of getting someone's hopes up for a good deal.The people try their best, and the rest of society shows them.l why it's all a waste of time. Most of us can't even afford to shop at the place dedicated to low cost, 2nd hand goods readily available for people of all income levels.This is America

The workers here will literally push you out of the way in order to restock the items you're looking at, and there is always a creepy man in the store following female customers around. Would give a negative review if I could.

different goodwill prices on 2 of my items. They charged me the hire price. when I asked to speak to the manager the clerk took my item in the back and removed the lower stickers. Then came out and said the manager was unavailable to talk to me.

Lost my business today, everything I actually liked had no price tag on it therefore they said they won't sell it to me. I was willing to buy it, just asked if they can price it and I'll wait. The management told me she doesn't know who prices back there and to me to come back and see if get lucky tomorrow. Eh, no thank you.

Very good selection and prices. Always new donations arriving also. I have never had a problem with anyone or anything at this location. I highly recommend and will return soon.

This is a pretty nice Goodwill. It's always clean and tidy. I find Goodwill prices to be a bit high at time, like a $6 used shirt same one new at Wally World for $8. So you gotta pay attention to that.

Update Jan 2021Went in around 12pm, lots of employees working, most of them very nice. The older woman was stocking shelves kept practically diving in front me when I was looking at something, and never even bothered to say excuse me. It’s not like I was right next to her or something I was just in the same aisle looking at something and she’s like reaching it right in front of me. It was rude. Also I had a bunch of small items I had picked up and many of them didn’t have price tags. I asked at the counter and was told they wouldn’t price them. It was super frustrating because I spent time shopping and picking items out and they were small things that would’ve been a dollar or two so I didn’t think it would be a big deal. Also it was extremely frustrating because those tags never come off of anything, so you can only assume they weren’t priced to begin with. For small items like that they really should have somebody that is just able to price them out. I get it you don’t want people stealing stuff, but like nobody’s trying to rip off a one or two dollar item, little items should be able to be priced. And next time put the stuff out with a price tag to begin with. You sit there and you pick items that you want and decide what you’re going to buy only get up to the register and then they basically tell you too bad. You’ve wasted my time and lost out on the sale that makes no sense. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Rt 100 location used to be a favorite of mine. When all the other Goodwill's stopped putting designer brands on the rack, I could always rely on this location for good finds. Recently stopped in after their "reopening" what a disappointment it is in there. Overpriced, generic low quality junk on every shelf and rack. SMH. RIP GOODWILL.

Place is horrible to their workers. They don't allow them to sit even if they have disabilities, but claims to be a disability/non discrimation workplace. This company needs to be investigated for foul treatment of employees.

Almost never come here and there's barely anything worth looking at when I do come. Half the times the items they're selling are broken/missing pieces. Bought a sun-visor for my car awhile ago and the box turned out to be full of someone's personal mail and junk mail. Prices could be better too.

This location typically has good finds, however, as for all "Good Wills," and in general, I start to question how good willed the company really is when they're charging people more than what things actually go for brand new from it's original retailer🤔 ... May have to reconsider and to go back to garage/ yard sailing. I'm all for helping people and boosting the economy but Good Will prices have become outrageously far fetched.

I would drive almost 2hours away to buy items here because it seemed very nice.unfortunately not so. They are passive aggressively "nice" and didnt honor discounted sticker price. The customers arent top priority but when employees want to buy things they hold it for themselves and put a very low price tags on it to which they get a discount.(witnessed this)SO IF YOU DONATE HERE PLEASE CONSIDER ANOTHER LEGIT PLACE.who cares about the people shopping there who cant otherwise afford certain things.

First time at this Goodwill and I was so thrilled with my experience!!! The selection was amazing!!! So many treasures!!! My boyfriend even found some items there. I will be frequenting this store again. The woman at the checkout was extremely nice and wrapped my items so carefully. Keep up the great work!!

An unusual Goodwill Store. Many nice items but they were priced slightly higher than other Goodwill Stores. They did not provide free plastic bags or boxes like the others. They did sell .79 cloth bags at the register. They didn't provide hand sanitizer at the front door.

Prices are not consistent. While they do have cheap stuff, they also overprice some items that they think because it's old, it's worth a lot. Whoever does their pricing needs some schooling. Bought a 700.00 camera for 15.00 , and they also have 15.00 items priced upwards of 100.00 because they don't know what's worth money and what isn't. Good on some deals for me, but when they overprice, it's also bad for me.They do have a great selection of donated items though. Always buy something from there.

What impressed me the most, was the store clerk! Very friendly, which makes your shopping experience even better :-) they had lots of merchandise to pick from. And their prices are very good.

Wanted to purchase a pair of leggings. There was no tag on it. I was told it has to go through the process. The things in your store have become too pricey for used stuff. I can buy brand new leggings on eBay for 10.00. Buyer know your prices before you shop .

This Goodwill is clean with high quality mdse. Prices are moderate. But the layout is really weird. Most Goodwills have an aisle or section for cooking items, another for dishes, another for crafts and others for picture frames or whatever. This one is laid out by color. The yellow aisle had everything from yellow yarn to yellow binders to yellow food containers. There was a bottle if shampoo in the gray aisle because the bottle was gray. I enjoyed looking through everything but I think this would be frustrating for someone looking for something specific.

The prices were ridiculous. They were selling an item for 2.99 that is sold at the dollar tree for $1.25! What a rip off. I don't recommend anyone shop here!

Prices are way too high here. Boots marked at $20-$30 and a shrunken j. Crew sweater for $8.50. I got yelled at by an employee for putting a sweater back but on the end of the rack and not where I found it. They also ring things up for the wrong item to over charge you so pay attention while they ring you up! I had 3 shirts marked as sweaters and a tunic shirt marked as a dress. When I confronted the employee while they did they, they decided to argue with me instead of fixing it. They assumed the tunic was a dress based on the length but it was a larger size shirt. I’ll probably never shop here again.

Brianna gave me sooo much attitude then upcharged me for multiple items were clearly marked (my shirt was 6.50$ then she wrote into the machine 10.50$ for a stained shirt at goodwill).. not to mention she dented my waterbottle when she threw (like seriously threw...) into my bag. So unprofessional and disapointing to see from a company like goodwill.

Purchased a thermos here, turns out it leaks badly.They do not test anything to see if it's broken, then refuse to take returns/refunds... I'll never trust anything there again.

Much of what you have come to expect from a Goodwill Store, although prices seemed a little high for the items being sold.
