The best Dunkin I have ever been to! You can order ahead while you’re turning into the Weis plaza and your food and drinks will be ready when you arrive. I have been going here since it opened probably 10 years ago and I have NEVER gotten an incorrect order once. The food is always super hot and the drinks are perfect. The customer service is wonderful too! Genuinely the best Dunkin ever.

Not a fan. Some locations are great. Had a place an order on a kiosk. I'll admit I messed up. It did not print a receipt which is where I was going to check my order and I could have fixed the problem before it was made. They kept asking me what we order number was after I said the kiosk did not print the receipt. They handed things out one at a time. I had to ask for a bag and that was inconvenience. I asked if I could trade the drink in for the one I actually wanted and I was told I could buy another one. I did not know today was going to be my first day as a cashier at DD. I hope they are more forgiving to their actual employees when a mistake is made.

This is the best Dunkin. Everyone is SO friendly, polite and helpful. I always get a good morning and have a good day other places the just give me my coffee and that’s it.

I am giving it two stars for staff only, They have the nicest most efficient staff in the lehigh valley. This used to be the best DD in lehigh valley. Now every time I get iced coffee it is burnt and bitter. I ordered a bagel today with butter and jelly on the side. They charged 1.49 for the bagel SEVENTY CENTS to put butter on it, and another 50 cents for the jelly. This is corporate greed at its worst. I got the bagel it was slightly burned, I could not even taste the butter there was so little on it. .70 to put butter on a bagel. I will not be using this DD again.

Love this Dunkin. We use the drive through...always fast service and very friendly staff. Last time the car in front secretly paid for our meal, I plan to do that next time. Yay!

I regularly stop at this location of Dunkin'. The staff is very friendly, quick, and efficient. Even when I stop in the morning and the line very long, they are able to work through it quickly and get my order correct.

By far the fastest Dunkin that I've ever been to and I go on the daily! Actually, I go to THIS ONE on the daily. Lol. It's right by my work and though I have two other Dunkin's en route I NEVER go to them because they are SLOW. THIS DD deserves all the credit!Parking: Lots of parking as this Dunkin is located within a strip mall. Separate building but shares the parking lot with one part of the strip mall. Great donut selection with manager specials. Friendly staff. The drive through is pretty quick. Easy access and plenty of parking. Aarp discount available just show card and tell them. 10 munchkins for 1.99 is a good deal. Nice clean building and restrooms

Staff seems to be overwhelmed here. They are usually backed up inside and the drive thru line. Expect to wait a little while here but, each order will be made to your request. So the service may be a little on the slow side, but it will be right the first time at least 97%of your visits.

It was around 10 am ,there was nobody behind the counter ,I stood for 5 min. Which is pretty long ,I almost left . Then a girl came out of back room . She was nice and friendly and said sorry for taking so long . Retail places like this should have quik service ,that's what people are looking for. I dont know if I will frequent this place ,its a shame bec. It just opened.

Updated reviewStarted travelling out of my way for dunkin as the service here is the worst i have ever had. Very rude people they do not talk to you, tell you your total, no thank you, no hi, nothing. Very unfriendly and very rude every time.I really wanted to update this review and say that they had changed things around since I contacted corporate for how poor the service and manners of the people working there had been, but it looks like that wont be happening. Things had seemed to have changed, but I realize now that your experience all depends on who is working. There are two people in particular who are very rude, and quite frankly somehow manage to suck at making coffee. I always greet them with a "hello how r u" and say "thank you" at least twice, but those two people just give you dirty looks, shove your stuff out of the window, and dont say a word.

My normal coffee stop on my way to work. This location is one that the drive through gets backed up a lot. Inside you now have to order on a kiosk or mobile order before you get there.
