For those of us that underestimate this restaurant, I feel sorry for you. With the newly updated menu and friendly staff, it's a hard combo to beat. The food is tasty and they offer a different take on breakfast and lunch options. If you're visiting the Valley or local that is looking for something different in a relaxed run atmosphere. This is the place for you. P. S Don't forget to stop by their store for lots of trinkets and memorabilia.

We eat here a handful of times of year. We enjoy the food. It is very consistent and a good value. They serve home cooked type meals. They serve breakfast all day as well. The service is always good. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. We always shop the store after eating. They have interesting items. Most of which you do not usually see in other stores.

This is hands down the best Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. You can tell the management is actively engaged with quality control. Everything was spot on.This sets the standard for Cracker Barrel. Other Cracker Barrel’s, I’ve gotten everything mediocre experience including getting served cold food. Here, the food is hot and fresh. They took time to make sure our loaded hash brown casserole was assembled nicely. It’s the extra attention to detail that really matters when it comes to running a restaurant. That’s how you know the ownership, and the management staff is engaged. That’s how you know you can rely on quality. Chicken fried steak was spot on, everything was great. Server and staff were very friendly. We will definitely be back.

My server Ashley was excellent! She was very friendly and saw to it that I had everything I needed quickly and without me having to ask for it (drink refill, extra napkins, etc.) Great waitress!My dinner looked fantastic when she brought it out and everything was delicious, exactly what I was hoping for.I also got a free dessert as part of the Rewards program. Overall a great experience, I really enjoy Cracker Barrel!Dietary restrictions: I really enjoy the Lemon Trout dinner, low calories and always delicious.

Food portions were inconsistent. If two of us order the same meal, one of us shouldn't be asking ourselves why the other has a plate that looks fuller than the next. Our waitress took too long to come back to the table to check in on the quality of service. Besides that, the food was good, but not enough for me to want to come back over & over again.My favorite part was the country store! I found a candy selection that I hadn't seen since I was a kid. Of course, I had to buy some to take home for my kiddos to try. Additionally, they have a great selection of gifts; you can choose from clothes, greeting cards, toys, and souvenirs, to name a few. Everything in there was pretty cool, some retro, I like a blast from the past

We had the best waitress. She was so genuine and polite. She was very efficient and courteous. Best waitress that we had in a long time. We had a table of nine and she handled it like a pro. We asked the manager to come to the table to let him know how impressed we were. Unfortunately I can’t remember her name, don’t get old the mind is the first to go. We actually have a Cracker Barrel in Hamburg but had friends out your way. We were impressed by your full staff.Parking: We were there at 12 noon. I realize this is a busy time of day. There were very few space left. I would say it is a sign of a restaurant with good food and service.

The food is always good at Cracker Barrel. I was not a huge fan of the sauce that was on the Carolina chicken tenders.What made this a five-star visit was the person waiting on us. Thank you for your smile, your compassion, and your excellence in everything you do.Very appropriately named, Grace.

Visited this location on the way home after previewing "Ordinary Angels" on Wednesday, August 23, 2023 at the AMC Center Valley, PA, which is 2 hours from home. Will be out in theaters October 13th. Based on a true story that brought tears to my eyes several times!With arriving after 9 pm. and closing at 10 pm, some menu items were not available, including their corn muffins. Bathrooms and floors were already being cleaned, which is a good sign that the kitchen is being cleaned too.Some items were a little salty. Had a $25 gift certificate, and the bill was $28.60 + tip for 2 people plus enough leftover for my lunch tomorrow, so was well worth it to me.

As RV’ers we occasionally overnight in Cracker Barrel parking lots. We did so at this particular CB 4/24. We called ahead to confirm staying over was allowed. We pulled in and were impressed with the parking set up. Easy in/easy out with spaces for a half dozen RV’s/buses. As is our usual practice we had the fantastic dinner and equally wonderful b-fest to which we have grown accustomed!! Highly recommend Cracker Barrel’s in the whole and this one specifically!! Don’t order TAKE OUT. Last night my plain sweet potato was filled with everything and grilled chicken fingers (6) was maybe 3 if the cold pieces were all put together..and 3-4 pieces of broccoli. Lost some weight last night. Looked like it was something off someone’s plate the left behind. Gross. Eating in if we go again. We are local and it’s an ok place if you go in. Take out is just worse then ever.

We were a group of 7. Most of us showed up around 20 minutes before 12 and one was close to 12. We for early seating which we had gotten many times before this visit. We were denied and waited and finally got seated around 12. Then we waited for the server to ask us for drinks. Then we waited for the drinks and then waited for the food after the order was placed. We questioned the manager during one of the wait periods about why we could not get seated and place an order for drinks while we waited for the last group member. His reply this was a company policy which had been in place for at least 2 years. Some of the group members were not happy and recommended not to meet at this establishment again. We normally meet once a month and rotate meeting luncheon establishments. In the past we had good experiences at Cracker Barrel, now we are at a crossroads to whether we meet as a group at this location or pick a more suitable one.

Went here with my family for dinner and we absolutely loved it we went the following day for breakfast and even ordered dinner to go to have later that evening. Everything about this place is awesome the staff, the food, the store, all the decorations/antique decor is beautiful and interesting to see.The food is delicious home style fresh food and for the price it’s a decent amount of food I honestly couldn’t finish my plate but I wanted to.My daughter left her phone at the restaurant when we finally thought to call the restaurant to see if it was possibly there, they had it waiting in the office. We were so happy they held it until we got there, I truly appreciate them doing that for us.We had such a wonderful time talking with both our servers everyone one was so respectful and nice. Our first time visiting and eating at Cracker Barrel, I would definitely recommend it not just for the delicious food but for the amazing staff they have at this location. Looking forward to going back again when my family and I are in the neighborhood again on a little getaway/vacation.Vegetarian options: For dinner my family and I ate the fish for those who eat it they had 2 types with both having two options they also had fried shrimp.We also got the salad and asked to have it without the chicken. They have vegetables for side order options too.For breakfast they have the impossible sausage which was delicious as well.You can speak to you waiter they are all understanding and can help with any food suggestions and substitutions you may need depending on your preference.Parking: They have many spots available here for parking it’s not difficult to find both times I went I did not have trouble finding a spot.Kid-friendliness: The staff are all kind to children they were sweet to my daughter (2years old) and me also having an infant (1.5 months old) they worked with me with having a stroller for him. They have high chairs which we used (I believe booster seats as well not sure) and a kids menu to choose from. The size meals are big enough and they give out kid friendly menus which made my little one happy to be able to color on.Wheelchair accessibility: They have multiple handicap spots and rams to enter the doors to enter so not open with a button but it does have two doorways both having French doors to walk through. The store may have some areas hard to pass with a wheelchair it was hard with a stroller but the restaurant has a lot of room.

Went there on Friday specifically for the fish dinner , was told were out of the fish, next choice was the fried chicken, told were out of the chicken & then said also out of steak, on a Friday evening at 630 pm! Then didn't get my order of coleslaw , waitress said will be right back, never came back with it, had to ask another waitress to get it. Very disappointed , probably not coming back!

Had a party of 8 to celebrate a teens birthday. We were seated within minutes of entering the restraunt. Service was prompt and there were no mistakes on the orders. One of our party could not decide what to eat and the server graciously allowed all the time that person needed. We had a very enjoyable evening out.Parking: Many spaces with handicap parking right by the door.

A nice restaurant with a gift shop. Open all day from 6AM to 10PM, and gets real crowded during peak weekend hours. You can't reserve seats ahead of time either but the service and food was good. Their French Toast was great, along with their syrup.

We had excellent service from our server, Jacob. We had a party of six at our meal. Jacob kept us informed of the expected wait time for our food. He promptly brought out our drinks and kept them full. Everything was cooked properly and delicious. The store and dining area were spotless. Our wait time to be seated was less than 10 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

I have to say the people that work here are amazing and so polite, they all go above and beyond. Jenna was my server and she is absolutely amazing, very friendly and very attentive and made me feel at home. Tonya was also very polite and helped with any questions we had, and seated my family and I where we asked and she really is amazing alongside the rest of the team! This is the best family restaurant you can visit!Kid-friendliness: Absolutely awesome with children!
