Another disappointing experience at our local Starbucks. I thought I’d try again after many months of not going to the store because of all sorts of weird problems. I shouldn’t have bothered. I asked for an iced coffee with very very light ice and got an iced coffee full of ice. I politely asked the barista to strain the coffee out and just give me the coffee and she threw it in the trash and explained to me that she gave me the prescribed amount of ice. She made a new one this time with three pumps of sweetener and no ice. I asked if she put sweetener in it and she once again said she gave me the prescribed amount of sweetener. Whatever. I apologized, left the drink on the counter and left. At no time did she attempt to actually give me what I was asking for. And she was fine with me returning the drink and leaving. I didn’t even ask for my money or tip back.This is the kind of thing I’ve come to expect at Starbucks in general, and from our local one here too.What happened to you Starbucks? This store was once a bustling coffee shop where folks on either side of the counter actually knew each other’s names. It’s now a ghost town. You’re a shadow of what you once were.

I have visited this Starbucks multiple times, usually around 1:30pm on weekdays. There’s a minimal, if any, wait, and the staff are always very friendly and love to recommend! The interior is fairly spacey and clean, and the outside offers some seating. They also love to make the drinks as pretty as possible!

Very polite and friendly staff. Greet guests as they enter and I haven’t seen this at other Starbucks, so a much appreciated gesture. I like this location a lot. I did feel bad for the one barista who was overwhelmed one day. So hope they got more help, as it was just one employees.

A neighborhood staple that adds a personal touch. Is it a Starbucks? Yes. But, the staff is always friendly, quick, and accommodating. We live nearby and visit frequently, the service is always consistent and keeps us coming back!

There's a reason I've come to expect a 5 star experience with most every Starbucks I visit. A barista culture permiates the company from top to bottom, and I found that barista touch here at the Starbucks in Flourtown. It starts with great coffee, that is very well prepared and served by a friendly barista, in a very comfort place with charming atmosphere and patrons. That's what I expected and experienced here in Flourtown.

Editing as this has improved massively lately. This store is back to being my go-to!—-The staff is great at this location: friendly and service is fast. Unfortunately, they just can’t hire enough of them. This location has slowly decreased their hours open more and more the past few months to the point where they are only open for like 4 hours a day and not even in the prime morning hours when people want coffee. Even when they are open, they disable the order ahead for this location. Starbucks corporate, how about you offer more competitive wages and benefits so that you can actually properly staff your stores?

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations, but not any longer. The current employees are more interested in goofing around than helping customers. Today when I thanked them, I was completely ignored. Luckily, I've got other options.

This place usually makes good coffee but whoever made it today was way off. Our caramel macchiatos were on the bitter side. They were being skimpy with the ingredients and service wasn't as friendly. The cashier was great but the others weren't so friendly. Please make sure to be consistent with service. Today was a miss. Purchase made on 6.18.20.

I don’t know what happened to this store. It used to be our favorite, however, between erratic hours, staff that ignores you, drinks made incorrectly and food charged for that is not provided. Unfortunately, this store does not do Starbucks credit or reflect the franchise’s level of service or product offering.

The staff is extremely pleasant and accommodating. It's apparent they want you have a great experience there, and they will do what they can to make it happen. The restrooms are very clean, which is not always the case at fast food establishments. This is my favorite Starbucks in the area.

My order was completely wrong. I ordered a vanilla bean latte with soy. I received a coffee with little to no vanilla flavor and 5 pumps of hazelnut. The reason why I’m saying coffee is because lattes have more of a milk flavor to mask the taste of coffee. The cashier even recited my order to me and it was what I asked for. I also never got a receipt so I’m not sure if this was intentional.. will not be coming back.Please brush up on your barista skills. It’s very essential beloveds. This is not the first time my orders been messed up here.

Staff was excellent, pleasant, full of energy, the coffee you think 🤔!😁. The young lady that rang me up was the best, she allowed me to experience the vanilla bean nitro cold brew stay in my "strick diet" and that was the best. I might have to change my name again. Ant thoughts?

Called to ask if they were open because they have been closed every morning till 10 for a long time and I saw it said open today so I just called to ask, because I have an order for a company gathering I need to deliver on and the “Bree” was so offended that I asked she said check the app and hung up right away so I couldn’t order or ask anything more about making a larger order. Why so offended and nasty to be a potential customer? Now I have to go somewhere else because why would i want to trust someone so hostile to help me?

Coffee was good, but the mocha frappuccino hardly tasted like coffee, it wasn't all that blended so there were good sized ice chips in it, and to top it all off, it was $5. However overall it was good, and all the other times I've.been were good so maybe it was a new person working

There's basically no parking here. This is in a very busy shopping center on a four lane road, there's no neighboring parking lot to park in. They have a dedicated spot for mobile orders but it's always occupied. The people are friendly and they serve products to the Starbucks standard but that's useless if I can't get there.

I've stopped by this location a few times as I've been running errands up and down Bethlehem Pike. So its located nicely in the middle of everything, I order while inside though I always see their pick up orders being made! So, this location is exactly what you'd want when you want starbucks!

Terrible experience at this Starbucks. I was the only person in the store and the barista was more concerned with mobile orders rather than concentrating on my simple Americano. I asked for it upside down which she didn't do and the espresso shots sat there for at least five minutes before she got back to my drink from making orders for people that aren't even there. The shots turned and it tasted terrible so I asked for a remake. On the remake she did the same thing concentrating on other speciality drinks while my shots sat there again turning and my drink again was not good. I will never go back to this Starbucks again, I should have went out of my way to the Jenkintown Starbucks which is always dead on with the drinks.

Each time that I have gone recently, twice at 7:30 and once at 12 they were closed. I am guessing the door automatically unlocks too because I witnessed a potential customer actually walk in with no one in the store

I dunno man it's Starbucks. If you hate having money and love your coffee shaking, well look no further. Their rocket fuel/bean water will cost you an arm, leg, and propel you through time. Get a Venti and you might miss your kid's graduation.Be careful out there. All I'm sayin.

Soy is always burnt, drinks are always incorrect, lack of management and or training for staff. Someone please take away the baristas vanilla pump!!! Soy lattes do not recieve 5 to 8 pumps of vanilla per drink!!

This place has Two (2) Genderless/Pick-a-Gender restrooms, each with a toilet stool and a sink. The stools are an appropriate height for children, but NOT for adults, and NO provision for ANYONE with a Physical Incapacity. I am a disabled Male, 67 years of age. Today, 08/10/2017 at approx 1:15 pm, I went into one of the restrooms to relieve myself, and I sat down on the toilet with much difficulty because of its low seat profile. BEFORE I was able to reach a fully seated posture, my penis and testicles were immersed in the unsanitary flushing water in the bowl. Because of motion limitations related to my physical incapacity, I was not Able to stand up as quickly as I would have if Not Disabled. By the time I was able to stand up, my privates were soaked and the water from the toilet was dripping from my genitals all over the inside of my pants. It was a disgusting and humiliating experience, and I believe the bowl size and depth were selected for the specific intent of causing such a foul experience For Adult Males, as it is obvious that no child or Female patron would be subjected to that kind of PERSONAL BEFOULMENT by what Should be an uneventful use of a LAWFULLY REQUIRED TOILET FACILITY as required by any FOOD OR BEVERAGE RETAILER licensed for on-premises consumption of their PUBLICLY ADVERTISED products. I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE COUNTY of jurisdiction, and seek the advice of an Attorney.

Always super friendly staff ample room and wait is minimal. Baristas make best Caramel Macchiatos of all the Starbucks I have visited.
