I had the most bitter none working cashier. She never looked up even though I asked how are you doing. She rung me up, did not move my purchases from where I had put them down on the belt. She then never made eye contact, shoved the receipt at me and then walked into the office. Oh and the other line had 6 people in it. The other cashier got stuck with no help.

Well, the Dollar Tree 🌳 in Flourtown Pa. needs some help stocking the shelves. Customers can't go into the back room and get the products needed. It's up to the district manager and the store manager to get those shelves stocked. I don't know how they're going to receive this week's truck. I have been visiting every week for the Bee dishes, cups, and bowls. The store manager said she was going to get things on the shelves by coming in early. I see that hasn't happened. I hope she calls the Sal the District manager to help them. He's the only one who can get people from other districts to help stock them shelves.

The store is mostly stocked and the associates are fast and friendly. The manager, on the hand, was rude. She should probably take some cues from her associates and learn how to properly address store patrons.

Lady with long gray hair has a very nasty attitude. I asked a simple question about why she said she couldn’t blow up any balloons and instead of saying, “I’m sorry, we’re out of helium. She goes “ well yeah that’s why” in a condescending tone.

Great prices. Store is always clean and neat. Staff is always professional and is the reason the store is always neat, clean and organized. They bag your items well, everything fits well in the bag and is protected against breakage and fits well in your trunk. Need to read labels for stuff in refrigerated section, but other items are very good quality for what they cost.

The rudest dollar tree I have ever been in. I needed balloons for a birthday. I spent a few minutes just looking at and picking 4 balloons only to find out at the register that they do not carry helium anymore and that “if I bothered to read the newspaper I would know about this”. I left the store angry and called later with a calmer tone to say they should put a sign up stating the balloons cannot be blown up with helium only to be told rudely they cannot put up a sign and to take it up with corporate. She then hung up on me.

They just kicked me out of the store and refused to ring me up because they said they closed at 8:50?! The door was not locked, I was in the store. The registers were not closed because the manager was on the phone with someone trying to figure out how to close them. The worst. Rude and the hours are not what is posted.

Was able to find what I needed in a relatively short period of time. However, there was only one cashier working. There were two customers in front of me and somebody being rungup.When I got in line, the line continued to grow with at least 5 people behind me when the other register was opened. Other than the wait to be rung out, no other complaints....the store was orderly, the cashier was friendly enough, and an ample paring lot.

They have a great selection of greeting cards. I was not disappointed. Mostly birthday cards. I have to adjust to the extra $.25. It's okay. It's not price gouging like other stores.

Having a well stocked, organized, dollar tree nearby is always a good thing. This location even has windshield washer fluid!Pleasant ladies at check out. Located within shopping ctr. Parking lot available.

The Flourtown Dollar tree is the absolute worst one in the area!! Totally under stocked and understaffed!! Did find a nice selection school supplies. Wasn't looking for that though😝

Good selection compared to other Dollar trees locations..Yet every time I go there, always only one checkout open, and 10 customers in line. Which leads me to turning right around and leaving. Unacceptable!

I shop at this store frequently however today was the worst example of customer service I ever experienced. As well all know hand sanitizer is a very sought after item these days. As a result the store received its shipment of items today. Myself and other customers waited about 3 hrs for them to unload the truck and put the sanitizer on the shelves. We were told by staff that it would take awhile. This was fine because we knew they had sanitizer and was not sure if we would get another opportunity to get some elsewhere. While still waiting in the isle where the shelf is for the sanitizer. The manager who knew we were there takes the sanitizer to the register without saying a word to us who have been waiting. The line is so long and the people in line are purchasing 4 at a time which meant by the time we get in line they would be gone. In addition they only put out the pocket size. Needless to say words were exchanged by customers who were inially waiting and the staff. Poor management skills at its finest. Why would the manager not tell us or give us the opportunity to purchase first.

They had so much stuff and stocked shelves. Found great cards and some miscellaneous stuff for a small wedding. It was a bit of a wait to checkout but the staff and customers were pleasant. Good trip.

This is my go to dollar tree. I’m rarely disappointed and can take when they don’t have any of my usuals in stock because of the times they so often do. They have always opened up extra lanes when they see it going down the aisle. And the cashiers have always been quick.

This is a fantastic Dollar Tree. All of the staff is very attentive and professional; they are also extremely quick and efficient when bagging and helping you check out speedily. The selection in the store of items is very good as well, with a large variety of quality goods.

For a dollar store, this is about as good as they get. It's neat and clean. Pretty easy to find what you are looking for. And they have a good assortment of things.

I go here to get my paper towels, aluminum foil, napkins, batteries toothpaste, Etc by the way the price went up $0.25. & that's cool.
