Hired these guys for a four season room. We could not be more happier with our porch. Start to finish, these guys were great. The porch is exactly what was advertised and it looks remarkable. After living in our house for 10 years, we had been looking to repair our leaking roof and cover the deteriorating wood paneling on the outside of our house. We started our search at the 2019 Pittsburgh Home and Garden show. We met with a few roofing companies and decided to go HomePro Remodelers. Roberto met with my wife and I and explained the process of replacing the roof. After signing with them, they got started quickly. The crew that replaced the roof were very professional and courteous. They did a good job with the roof and cleaned up the area before they left. The crew leader Marvin was very easy to talk too and answered any questions as they came up.This year we went through the process of meeting with different companies to get quotes to put vinyl siding on the house. After meeting with Roberto, we decided to go with HomePro Remodelers again since they did a good job on the roof. The day after signing up with them, they were already bringing over equipment. Once again it was Marvin’s crew who did siding, and they did not disappoint. They were courteous and entertained any of our questions. They cleaned up the worksite and the house looks great. After 2 separate jobs with Roberto and Marvin’s crew I would highly recommend HomePro Remodelers.

Talked to a rep at the remodeling expo and set up an in-home consultation. I was also given a $500 off and up to 40% off coupon if I chose to hire them for a deck roof.... Their rep came and evaluated everything very professionally and kindly. He pitched me on an aluminum roof. My wife and I were thinking more traditional. He gave us a reasonable quote on the spot. However, he wouldn't honor the coupon. He claimed it was only for the aluminum roof. I called and left a message with the woman who offered the coupon and set up the visit asking about it and questioning the conditions. I never heard back and therefore never hired them.I'm sure their work is exceptional but the service (and honesty) was a bit lacking. If you're going to offer a coupon, don't include "fine print" details just because you can and because the potential customer didn't opt for your more expensive style.

I called to get an estimate and set up a time with Roberto to come to my home. After being about an hour late I called their number and left a message. I've never received a call back and Roberto never came. I understand he's busy but there is this item in 2020 called the cell phone. My time is as precious as his and I would have at least appreciated a phone call, especially after I called back and left a message.Update: I'm revising my review. Roberto did get back to me and we set up an appointment. He came and we went over what I want to get done. He gave me a number of options and we worked up an estimate. The estimate is a good price for the work to be done. I am currently in the process of taking another estimate and then I will decide what contractor to go with for my work. I appreciate Roberto's time and efforts and will let him know next week of my decision. Thanks!

Roberto and Mike from Home Pro did a great job installing my pergola a couple years ago. They came back repeatedly when requested when it was not working by replacing motor and control box. I would highly recommend this company and we really enjoy our pergola on our deck.

Covered Patio with Masonry FireplaceIf we could give a no star rating we wouldDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Here is a 100% accurate reason why.COVID-19 is not the reason, although it was used as an excuse.The main reason is they do poor work and have ZERO craftsmanship. Roberto has zero vision or knowledge of what it takes to complete a custom project on time correctly.We signed a contract with Roberto on December 23, 2019. The project was started on May 13, 2020 and completed on December 11, 2020 (212 days). The whole project should have taken at the most 10–12 weeks, and that is being generous. Every step of the project from the concrete forming to the truss and beam framing had to be done twice because it was done incorrectly the first time. One of his subs even had the nerve to tell me “I am a lot happier how this turned out the second time”. That was after they had to tear down the entire sub-frame structure because it was done incorrectly the first time.The sub contractors that Roberto’s uses are all completely unreliable and unprofessional. One of his subs actually built the roof trusses on our brand new concrete patio and chipped the concrete in multiple places. The concrete actually cracked right down the middle because his concrete sub took 11 days to come back and cut the relief joints. (Relief joints should be cut within the first 24-48 hours at most). Every step of the way on this project was a compromise of quality and craftsmanship on our part. Our project included a lot of masonry work of which Roberto knows nothing about. The electrical portion of this project was so poorly executed that when we plugged an extension cord into the newly installed outlet, sparks shot out of the outlet. Roberto was also very unprofessional, he yelled at my wife after we refused to give him more money for work that was poorly done and unacceptable to us.We could go on an on about this entire project and how painful it was to endure.The entire project was documented with pictures and a daily journal to provide us with the necessary details.If after this review, you still use Roberto and HomePro Remodelers, (We highly recommend that you do not) make sure you watch every single step of your project and do not give him any money until the project is completely finished correctly.

We wanted to replace an old aluminum awning and expand the area that we wanted covered. The low profile of our roof made it difficult to achieve. HomePro worked closely with us to provide exactly the solution we were looking for without breaking the bank. I will make HomePro my first choice for any future projects.

The HomePro Remodelers, with their exceptional skills, helped make our project a huge success. They took extraordinary effort in cleaning up and were very considerate of our surroundings. Since our back porch enclosure has added so much to our lives, we are considering having our front porch also enclosed.

I would not recommend hiring this company. Our project included a full kitchen remodel, wall removal, and transformation of an existing porch into a 4 seasons room to be used for dining. The kitchen turned out very nice, but the new room has several areas of poor craftsmanship, including uneven floors and trim. The project was originally scheduled to last 3 weeks, but it took 9 weeks to complete. Many days no one showed up to do work, or if they did, they would only spend a few hours at our home. There were some problems with staff turnover, with a couple of electricians and kitchen experts leaving the project prior to it starting and the main builder leaving the company before our project was complete. The work and schedule suffered considerably and when we documented the things that were wrong, the owner called us angrily, yelling and stating that he would put a lien on our home if we did not pay the remaining balance. We paid them because we no longer wanted to have any interaction with their company. We are currently working with other home improvement specialists to correct the problems created in our new room.
