This is the kind of produce I see at the Finleyville Giant Eagle a lot! I’ve mentioned it directly to GE but it doesn’t change, so it must be acceptable to them. It’s a shame because it could be a nice store but if you can’t get decent produce, then there’s no point.

I went to purchase flowers for Easter and I was shocked how awful quality the flowers were for the price. Not much of a selection and no help either. Stores nice but wouldn't go back if I was back in the neighborhood. People just not very friendly.

Got an itaian small sandwich ring made fresh that day for an event i had. It had spicy capicolla and salami and provalone on an extremely fresh crescent bread of sorts. It did not have lettuce or tomatoe on it so i bought shredded lettuce ect. But i was surprised how good it was w the capicolla being spicy. It was by far the best itaian sub sandwich ive eaten in a very long time. I was able to share it w neighbors and will recommend it to anyone having a party of sorts

This GE is usually pretty updated on stock and it’s the least busy around since it’s located in Finleyville (population literally <400, I swear - look it up!) which is a plus because that way the aisles aren’t clogged up and the lines aren’t too long.One downside is that there’s no self-checkout (if there is, it’s 12 items or less) and some of the staff are nice but others seem kind of miserable every time we go.

Bartolatta's is the best place to shop. Real employees and helpful staff, great deli, great fish, now they have beer and wine. And no annoying self check outs. If you are a Finleyvillian is the place to shop. Keep Finleyville, Finleyville. Sincerely -the king of finleyville

It's under new ownership,so the quality has gone down and the pricing has ridiculously increased.A normal three hundred dollar trip,is now two hundred dollars more than before from price increases.I definitely will not be shopping there anymore,as it is just as bad as the McMurray one now.

This is an average sized Giant Eagle. They have a large grocerie selection but the bakery and produce areas are on the smaller side but still a decent selection of fresh produce and limited selection of baked goods. One thing about this store is it's very open and easy to shop which is nice. Shelves are stocked as well as can be expected. Rarely are they out of any product.

Expensive! Not much variety either.The people who work there are friendly and always willing to answer question.Bad reception. Make sure you have your coupons on your app, because you won’t be able to add them while there.

The folks in here are insanely nice.... I usually find fault in everything, but there was a very polite and nice young girl wh helped me and my daughter.I think she misread the situation at one point, but her offer of generosity was endearing. I'll stop back in just to extend a gesture of kindness based on what she did for us that day... I've thought about it for a week.

Store itself is clean and functional, but coupon up… the hypercapitalist price gouging is unfortunately alive and well here. Prices are wild. “$7 for one bag of plain potato chips” wild. Fault of the corporations, not the workers, obviously.

Usually not too busy. Prices high, phased out some meatless items I liked to add more expensive ones. Check out lines are short when I go early in the morning. Some check out clerks load the paid for groceries into my cart which I really appreciate. Some do not. Meat department very helpful.

This Giant Eagle location is inferior to all the others in the area. If the condition of their restrooms or the paint peeling off the roof are any indication of their sanitation and maintenance schedule, I would steer clear. It's not the staff's fault, they do very well. It's the management and ownership who seem to not care enough.Their pharmacy is the most deficient department. While the regular staff are awesome, it seems as if it is managed poorly. Even now, the pharmacy can't be bothered to update their hours online to reflect when they are open.Giant Eagle should withdraw their franchising from this location.

Why does Giant Eagle allow these scammers in their store to solicit every shopper for gift cards in exchange for details about your electric bill? Don't tell these people anything, it's simply a scam just to switch you to another Electric Company that will give you a better rate for a couple months and then your bill will skyrocket. And the worst part of it all is Giant Eagle is getting a kickback for essentially scamming their own customers! That's a great way to treat your loyal customers.

My local Giant Eagle is fantastic. The selections may be a little sparse at times but that's a sign of the times. What makes it great is the people. Always there to lend a hand cheerfully. And that includes random shoppers too. Such a nice and safe place to shop.

Very easy to shop in and employees very helpful.. It is now a corporate owned store and since they took over store improved 100 %. The produce, seafood and meat departments are fresher. There used to be alot of out of dates on shelves. Now it is being rotated and better organized. Even the employees seem happier.

The store is always clean. The shelves are well stocked. The people are always friendly and helpful. I usually run into someone I know and get to catch up. I love the total shopping experience. It is so convenient to be able to get our prescriptions when shopping.

Another Giant Eagle. Some stores are larger than others but they pretty much stock the same items. I love their bread products, and am able to find fresh baguettes every time, along with lobster bisque which makes for a good meal.

Thisis not my local Giant Eagle but I sometimes stop here if it's on my way home. I wanted a ribeye but what they had were all cut very thin, like breakfast steak thin, and they had none behind the counter. I can't say I've ever seen this at a Giant Eagle. This may be a fluke, as I said I don't frequent this location.

My wife was up early and at the store at 6 as advertised. They didn’t open the store until 7. There were others waiting also. Why did you say you’d open early for seniors if you were not? At least put a sign on the door saying you’re not joining the other giant eagles that are complying. Or, maybe do as other stores and open early seniors since there are so many in the area and this is a time of crisis. Let your employees start earlier to stock or stay later. We’re all making sacrifices right now. You’re certainly not losing money with the hoarding that has been going on. There are some that are. Be mindful. Take care of those who take care of you.

I absolutely love this Giant Eagle. I love that it is one of the more quiet, smallerish grocery stores in the area! The customer service is unmatched! Everyone that works at that store is so friendly and attentive! The store is clean. The store is rarely not up to stock on any items, even during the holiday season. They’re even starting to get more and more vegan items for people like me!

It's your run of the mill giant eagle. In fact I just changed it to 4 stars cause it's not the over the top bullcrap that is "Market District". If you don't need your grocery store to have 80 ft ceilings with a hipters themed (and priced) food court this good ol GiannEagle should be fine.

Great customer service. I absolutely love what the florist does with decorating for the holidays. She is always so sweet to the customers. It's too bad her desk isn't there anymore. I gave it 4 stars because the bathroom is absolutely disgusting and smells like old pee

Always great service and I love my personal shoppers Katrina and Cole, the first thing they ask is if there is anything else to add to the order. Everybody forgets something. I really like to get a text when something isn't available, with other options as well as pictures of a particular part of the isle where the item is out of stock. I am enjoying the app. ( for when I'm on my way and I am here). All of wonderful young men and women who bring out the order and pack the car. Thank you all for what you do. I greatly appreciate it and you!!

Certainly not perfect...but all and all a good experience. Very clean good quality produce very good beer and wine selection. Hot deli has improved since last visit. Bakery is and has always been top notch. Seafood and meat department are also very high quality...I even like the miserable meat cutters "act" that you would expect. Much better than that mad house in bethal park next to Wally World.

Came to the store one day last week. Went to deli first. It was 7:05pm and they already had the deli counter emptied out. It too a few minutes to get help and when I ordered she seem annoyed. I said, "Don't you close at 8pm?." She said yes but we have to be cleaned up and out by 8. It was 705pm and half the lights were out. I didn't get everything I needed as she made us feel like a nuisance. I walked away at 710 and they turned all lights off.Then yesterday went for burger patties. When we opened them to cook out they smelled something awful. Returning them this week! Will Not shop here again!
