Affordable Vet Care Doctors and techs are always gentle with my Penny. The prices are reasonable and everyone on the staff that I've come in contact with are always nice. I've called with questions about my pup and they always call back with answers for me in a timely manner.

I switched to this practice a few years ago after leaving my previous Vet of many years. I couldn't be happier with the care they’ve provided, from routine care to dentals and even surgery. It really is affordable care from really nice people.

I'd rate this place as average. I've been a customer for 20 years. I also feel their prices are on the high end based on my recent experience. I tried to have my dog seen due to an injury with pain and was told they didn't feel this was an emergency, and the soonest they would see my dog was a week later. They did refer me to another facility if i felt my dog needed to be seen sooner. I have recently transferred to a new place that saw him within 2 days. The new place was very caring, accommodating and priced reasonably.

Was a solid expirence til today.Had a scheduled time, followed there instructions.To be told time was given elsewhere bc I had to confirm availability due to evening based appointment time.Manager lied about structured agreement between myself and the individual to my wife, vrs seeing an error was made on staffs end and discussing with the D.r. due to circumstances.Was scheduling full surgery and treatment...The management showed 0 responsibility for what I as the customer was told.Sometimes that's all we can do is what we are advised when we are the one with a need.The fact there management showed 0 professionalism due to not realizing the situation they now put my dying cat into a complicated predicament.No where local is available except the 900$ emergency vet er.When I attempted to explain myself, humbling and pleading for my animals life, she chose to hang the phone up from the call.My wife called back in to get a better understanding of the situation , the manager blatentely lied about speaking with me prior to today.Upon attempting to call the dr, im informed my number is now blockedAs well as my wifes....So now no treatment due to 1 ladies issue???0 profanity0 loud voiceAnd this is there professionalism shown ???Until there manager is addressed for her actions, this place will for ever be known for her attitude and not there care....They do have amazing employeesAnd im sure there d.r. Is worth every penny.Please dont let my expiremce play any factor on a choice to go there..Above is my own personal expirence , thats all..

Horrible!! Took my cat here last week due to her not eating, i told the vet it was something in her mouth due to the symptoms she was having! No mouth examination happened. Instead blood work and meds sent for an unknown diagnosis?? Still no improvement, took her to another vet, opened her mouth and there we have it! A huge cancerous tumor the size of a grape under her tongue. Had to put her to sleep because of the poor prognosis and untreatable condition. Let’s rewind to a few years back, took my cat here for not eating they sent her home saying she was fine. Ended up the next day in the ER for a bowel obstruction! This place is a joke, same thing happens time after time! I won’t ever step foot back in this place!

These people are so nice. The facility is beautifully decorated and warm. I have a rescue who is fear-aggressive and I felt he needed me to be in the examining room with him, they allow that and I was given a muzzle for him. The last vet clinic gave me meds and a wrong timeline for them to work so he was still in a bad mood. They wouldn't allow me inside and they wouldn't muzzle him so he nipped the doctor. I explained all that to Affordable Care and it was an easy fix. We were able to have his exam with no issues. Smart, professional people. And they really are affordable.

This place is amazing, in some of the most painful moments/hour's of my life/my pet's lives this clinic and the people who work here got me and them through.As well vet's can be very very expensive and I've had others be somewhat predatory, not affordable care, they cant work for free but they will work with you quite beyond what other's in my experience will.I really can't say enough good things, I had to put a pet down as well and even there somehow they went above and beyond, twice.After some time had passed they also helped me adopt a pair of kittens and spay/neuter them for a more then fair price on top of shots and vaccination's basically being included. I am very lucky to know these people/this vet.I can never truly convey my gratitude for taking care of me and mine.

This place is just amazing. We had a not so good experience at another vet and decided to try here on the recommendation of the South Hills Pet Rescue. And it didn’t disappoint. The staff was amazing and I don’t think I would have made it thru the appt without the tech Christine. Thank you guys so much for making Mater calm thru the whole appt and for making it a great experience. 🐶🐶🐶

Very caring & compassionate. Affordable is an appropriate name. After our Vet let us down once again by not seeing our Sheba on an urgent basis we headed to a local 24hr Vet Clinic when it grew into an Emergency. $1600. later and still no diagnosis. We were referred to Affordable & Dr. Greg Novelli. A single 7min test was positive for Lyme's Disease. Unfortunately, Sheba had long term exposure that was undetected and untreated. Dr. Greg worked with us to save Sheba but she had too much damage and we had to make a very difficult decision to let our beautiful girl go. The euthanasia process was so heartbreaking to lose our long time companion. The staff & Dr. Greg were compassionate and patient. I had time to say goodbye and never felt pressured to hurry our last moments together. The experience was horrible but everyone at Affordable Vet did their best from beginning to end... and did not take financial advantage of a grieving family. All they did, was accomplished at an affordable price. Book an appointment for your fur friend in our Sheba's memory.

I took Lexie here today. My first impression was this place looks beautiful. Very accommodating, plenty of parking and a dog walk area with scoopers and a trash cans. They even put little Imitation fire hydrants in the dog park, just goes to show they really care about the environment for our furry friends. As I approached the front door my little girl was skiddish, this was a new place for her, so I carried her in. We were both greeted with a welcome and a friendly smile. They have a nice seating area very roomy. We waited for about 30 minutes, which I think is very reasonable with an appointment. They were pretty busy they seemed to manage it well, very organized and professional. Lexie and I then decided to explore the little dog walking area while we waited to be seen, very clean and nice I might add. I was impressed! I also began to wonder around the waiting area, and noticed an information area, with pictures of previous clients' pets, figurines, business cards and other nick naks that really give the place its own look and personality. I also noticed the big awesome looking wooden beams that really gives the place its unique look. Again, impressed!When we met with the veterinarian, she was very friendly, kind, compassionate, professional and knowledgeable. She took the time to suggest some medication for Lexie and explained what she believed Lexies health could benefit with an antibiotic to improve her dental hygiene and mobility.It was a pleasant visit; Lexie and I will surely be back to visit again.Price was very reasonable, I was worried about how much the medications would cost and was surprised to learn they were not expensive at all, I hope these meds help Lexie. I am so happy I found this place for her.Thank you, Affordable Care Vet Clinic

This has been a blessed experience for us. Our senior dog has been ill for a 6 month period. We switched to this vet practice about 3 month ago. The staff is fantastic and so responsive of all your pets needs ❤️. I met 2 of the vets there and 2 vet techs they were so kind and caring to ours and our pets needs. We did have to our pet down and once again everyone was so compassionate and caring to our needs ❤️ Thank you Affordable Vet
