This place has a terrible worker that rushed out of the bathroom after using it without washing her hands i've seen her before and she works in food service it was about 10:30-10:45pm she had hair in a ponytail its short. This is awful and unsanitary even if u wear gloves if you work with my food I would be very unsatisfied with the cleanliness and germs that you could be sending to other people. I believe her name is heather but unsure because she moved fast but I recognized her from previously

I specifically asked a staff member from the kitchen if the hotdogs were beef. I asked was she sure she stated they were so I purchased them for my daughters. When I received them I was able to identify immediately that they were not! I don’t appreciate being lied and now have to find a place to purchase food for my children. Inconvenienced me totally. Terrible

Everytime I come here the old lady that runs the register always has an attitude I asked for a pack of cigarettes today an she rolled her eyes an huffed an puffed then argued with me about wat pack of cigarettes I said like I know what I said I only smoke 1 brand an nothing else then proceeds to slam the pack down on the counter an snatches the money out of my hand cutting the side of My thumb with one of her finger nails like sorry u hate ur job but don't take it out on me

Always stop here on the way to work. Food is good and the staff is great. I have never really had any issues when they made our food like others have said about. I mainly visit in the afternoon and late evening hours.

What happened to this place? It used to be so good but seems like after COVID-19 everything went completely down hill. I understand it's stressful being in the kitchen, I work in fast food but we care about our customer's satisfaction. This place honestly doesn't been there multiple times. It used to be one of my gf and I's fave places to go after work to get food, but now I'm better off going somewhere else because the kitchen staff is just horrible. Some of them cuss and swear loud as can be, so loud that us customers can hear them out in the lobby. How unprofessional is that? And seems like when I go back in there because there's an issue with the food they just give attitude. Obviously customer satisfaction ain't their priority but I will say the cashier that works the nightshift is a very nice and friendly lady. Hopefully eventually I'll want to go there again.

We waited 30 mins at this location for the people to blame our wait on us when they deleted the order off of the screen. They angrily handed us our food covered in grease and our milkshake that had been made was completely melted. We only ordered Mac and cheese bites and a milkshake (nothing about the order was complicated). I’ve been here before and the food has been made wrong and isn’t warm at all. Do better.

What’s the point of ordering food when it’s made wrong every time. It’s not a huge deal that every time something is missing or they put whipped cream on a smoothie when I didn’t want whipped cream. But I gotta wait for my smoothie to be remade. I’m not really in a big hurry. But my issue is this. It’s not difficult to read the screen and make sure you’re doing it right. The problem is you guys are always worried about it taking too long for the orders to be completed. That’s where the problem is because then your employees rush through and mess it up then it takes even longer for someone to get what they ordered. It’s pointless. Why would people waste their money on food they don’t want. Every day this week something or multiple things has been messed up. It’s astounding to me.

Been here multiple times, always have a long wait and poor food quality. They always miss about half my ingredients and/or put on ingredients I never even ordered. Once I got a simple order of chicken tenders and fries and the order took over ten minutes despite being the only person in the store.

Needs more handicap parking. Every time I come here. It's filled by people that are not a handicap. Usually, they're in their playing the games makes it very inconvenient for me with my leg being so bad and having to use a cane.

The turnover rate of staff at this particular location creates a low quality environment in the kitchen. Product availability is always on par. The food service is the reason for the low rating. My choice of 2 stars is based on the fact that 3/5 times I've ordered food, it's been wrong, burnt, or cold.

Got a regular fry and 6 pc boneless chicken! Absolutely ridiculous, they give 4 fries and the chicken had been sitting burnt! This is the second time I attempted to get a decent order. The first time I waited 30 minutes for 3 items! Incredibly sad

Getting really sick of the people who make the food at this loctation. Went in earlier this evening to get something to eat. Oredered an Apple Cider to drink. No one was making my drink at all. Turns out they were out, but was not told about it until they called my number to pick up my food. And thry didnt even offet to make me anything else to drink. Just told me to go to the counter and have them refund it for me. And before i even ordered the workers was just standing around blowing up their gloves like ballons til they popped. Very un professional. Then on another visit a few days before my son wanted a toasted cheese. I asked for YELLOW American chesse, and they put on WHITE American chesse. So i had to go back and have them remake it. They did not seem too happy about having to re make my sons sandwich, but if they would have made it right the first time then it would not have to have been remade. So they either need to train their employees better or hire people who actually work and not goof off. I am about to take my business elsewhere. Because i am sick of my food being wrong more times then it is right. In all honesty if it was not for the gas points that i get then i would most likely never come to this one again.

Got what I was wanting... but the cashier wasn't very polite... more like they were trying to just take your money and get you out of the store instead of being helpful.Not that they were rude... just think they could have been a little more friendly in general.

Always forget 30-40% of my ingredients, including noodles in my noodle bowl! Got 2 tacos with lettuce, tomato, onion, jalapeños, and taco sauce—-had no sauce or jalapeños on either. Taco beef not heated one bit. Pretty pathetic employees.

The food is always good, especially when you want something late at night, they have a very good selection of drinks that you can get, staff could use some working on, they are getting paid more now so I think the service should be better.

If you don’t know how to microwave a pre-cooked Angus burger you probably shouldn’t be working in the kitchen. I could’ve did it myself. I unfortunately had to leave and go get my money back and leave because it took you guys too long to go help the poor girl back there how to microwave an Angus burger. I would’ve been late for work if I didn’t leave. None of this would’ve happened if you had somebody back in the kitchen who knew what they were doing and none of this would’ve happened either if it didn’t take you guys so long to go back and help her.

I’m not much of a complainer, but when it comes to these tough times I have to. Just yesterday I stopped by to grab a couple of drinks and when I noticed that the girl retail worker with dark hair and glasses on wasn’t wearing a mask it upset me. She had it around her ears but pulled down off of her face. I’m just not seeing the point. It seemed like everyone on that side was not wearing it the correct way.

Hands down the worst Rutters in the 3 states, I frequent Rutters daily in Wv, Md, and Pa.This store never fails to disappoint sadly its the closest to my residemce, multiple times I have stopped going there for months and yet everytime I decide to go back for another try, I regret the decision.Thankfully there is a little old style rutters down the road so I can still get coffee and the basics, shame it's the biggest most convenient store out this way and I can't help but think that is the only reason it does so much business.Sure as hell ain't the quality of the food, preperation, or products sold there, I still love rutters but this one is terrible.

Great place always clean,they have great food it's always fresh . The people that work there are always nice
