I took my dog to Paw Spa at the appointment time and returned 45 minutes later. They had put my dog in kennel for that entire time and were working on another dog. They hadn't even started my dog and she was back in the kennel crying. They said she'd been crying the whole time. And they did a horrible job after I was upset. Never again

My dog is not necessarily keen on anyone except for family. The Jen has made shadow feel at home. I don't trust him with anyone else. She listens to what I asked for and she always delivers. Great service! Good and timely service.

They told me to never bring my dog back again because she wasnt well behaved. When i got home i discovered one of her front teeth hanging from her mouth. She was obviously injured while being groomed and was scared. I groomed her for many years with no problem. I decided to have her groomed professionally because i wanted a breed specific groom which i did not have the ability to do on my own.

We take our 1.5 year & 4.5 month old Irish-Doodles to Katie on a regular basis! She has groomed both of them since they were 16 weeks of age and treats/cares for them as if they are her own! She has been great with them each time and continues to build a good relationship with them. Katie is also great at reaching out to me personally if anything is wrong or has questions for how I would like their hair cut/other details for their appointments. They get excited to hear “we’re going to see Miss Katie!”
