I went back and forth about whether I even wanted to write a review and how negative I wanted to be versus suggesting of improvement. I will suffice it to say this: go in for yourself and pick up on the vibes and language used. Come to your own conclusion. If dollar general wants to know more, corporate can contact me so I’m not “inaccurately” depicting the store. I personally like kindness. It’s nice to be able to walk in the store, but kindness goes a longer way for me than anything else-we’ve excused a lot for years because it’s “just the dollar store”- they are a dime a dozen and I’ll give someone else our business for last minute milk and bread. I know customers can be horrible but time and again, after dozens of visits, all I can say is “decency.” I don’t like to hear people talked about by employees whether they are customers or co-workers. I’ve started using the one on black gap and Cashtown, I suggest others do the same - vote with your wallet and support business where it deserves

The Old lady with all white hair is very rude and she doesn’t even care bout customers coming back that’s what i heard from them talking bout the other customer before i got her attention to help me and then guess what she answered me i can’t help you with anything , she looked like so annoyed bcos i interrupted them that’s why i told all my friends and my followers on fb that never go to this store and don’t do their 5 off 25 here bcos of her and the bad system too

There's a older lady with white hair who works here and she is the reason i refuse to go here. She is absolutely awful. She's extremely rude to you, if you ask her questions it's usually a short response or not a response at all. I would highly recommend to just go to a different store to avoid the interaction with her.

After the heater literally spewed smoke into the store, they still would not fix the heater. Corporate micromanagement on top of a complete lack of service from the company itself. Store manager comminicates very poorly. Registers never work, prices are always wrong, and that woman on first shift is driving away customers if the rest wont already.

One of the best Dollar General stores in the area, I think. Wide, open aisles, typically not cluttered. Staff is friendly and helpful if you need them.Most of the time shelves are well stocked and stuff is easy to find. Parking lot easy to maneuver. Good store.

There are some items I like picking up here. Prices can't be beat. Their bread is always fresh as it flies off the shelf. The price is great too. The laundry soap is another item .

Love this store. Most of the employees are awesome there. They always fix any issues I have. Most issues with digital coupons. They are always nice and helpful with resolving any issues. Employees for most part have pleasant attitude. The manager is z good guy.

Looks as if either a bomb went off inside or they are closing! Shelves are empty and carts of merchandise all over the aisles, dated from July!! A disaster! This place needs a manager or a person who gives a damn to help it out!!! I was too shocked to take pics, but the sign out front says Come in see our remodel??? Seriously a mess.

Usually this Dollar General is great. The 20 year something girl and guy on night shift are very helpful and courteous. But I just came in this morning at 8:10 and just bought milk and cream cheese. My friend (who is home with Covid and can’t go out) asked me to pick up those things for them. Transaction was canceled and this cashier older woman (in my opinion who needed retired a while ago) was extremely rude. Was yelling at me to stop putting the card in when I didn’t and then told me to put it in and canceled the transaction again. Frankly, I don’t think she’s even properly trained on that register. After finishing the transaction she continued to complain about how stressful that was. Lol if you just open for ten minutes and had to redo a transaction and your life is ending then you DONT need to be working with the public. There is a LOT of other things that are stressful in this world other than milk and cream cheese 😒😡

Visited the Fayettville PA store twice in 3 days. Clerks were pleasant and helpful. The variety of food items available was considerable and as a hiker, I really appreciated the convenience and value.Thanks Dollar General

Enjoy going here. Most of the staff here are wonderful. They are helpful, kind, very customer oriented n down to earth. The store carry large variety of things n current holiday items.

I frequent this store on an average of 3x week.A couple of months ago the freezers were out of service....It took at least 3 weeks or more to have them up and running.I stopped in just yesterday and again the freezers are not working.Please would someone fix the problem or get new freezers#!!!!!The staff is always very nice.

This is the worst store I’ve ever been in. The store is in such disarray that you can’t even walk down most of the aisles. To me, that is a safety concern. The night shift employees are either leaning over the counter on their phones or outside smoking. They used to be busy putting stuff away and you had to wait on them to ring you out. Not any more, total laziness.

Another good location for Dollar General. I have bought some good products at great prices here. I give 4 stars because I am tired of seeing foreign made products in American stores.

Love the convenience by I was buying 3 cards and waited in line for 15 mins. The line was backed up around the aisles. It appeared to only have 1 person working.

Like most of them cluddered. Very messy and not very organized. Can't get threw alot of the isle and the works are busy smoking or just talking to one another.
