Pretty sure her name was Misty. But I met the most caring Vet I have ever met. She saved my Corso after being told Zeus wasn’t going to make it. Misty worked her magic and my wife and I got to take our pup home two days later 💕

All of the staff are very friendly and have a concern for my dog. I was there for a follow-up of a cough. However, he hurt his left leg and requested that be checked. Being short staffed, Dr Means still examined his leg. Michelle, very capable tech. took my information about Bentlys' leg. She also explained the prescribed dosage and when it is to be administered. Although they were short staffed, there was very little wait from arrival to departure.

I absolutely love them. They have been taking care of my dogs for years. Always upfront and honest. They do not do things that aren't necessary to rack up the bill. They are very patient and kind. They talk to my dogs like they are theirs. I'm very appreciative of the care they receive there.

Awful experience they were not very attentive with my dog spent 8 minutes with her then spent the next 25 minutes in the back room figuring out how much they could take me for, came to a care agreement however she REFUSED to give my dog vaccinations including rabies and said that would have to be done at another appointment (and another $70 visit charge) immediately after leaving this office I went to another vet because she is not trustworthy. If you love your dog this is not the place to bring them because all she's worried about is your wallet, not your pet. Her bedside manner is awful and she is very condescending and talks down to you. She shouldn't be a Vet. Because she showed no compassion for my dog at all..Take your Animals anywhere else and they will be treated better. I wish I would have read some of these reviews before I subjected my poor dog before going in for "care" hopefully my review will save someone from the same horrible experience that I had here..

Staff loved my cats and were very good with them. Upon bringing my puppy in they seemed uninterested in her and barely looked her over. I wasn’t comfortable with their lax attitude towards my pup so we started taking her somewhere else. This vet is very expensive compared to the other vet we are seeing. I continued taking my cats there because I felt decent about the care they were receiving. However, at our last visit, the office was understaffed and rude. They rushed us and took our cats back without allowing us to come back with them. Then after getting the bill I see that they gave my cats an optional vaccine that I DID NOT WANT. We had talked about the option of getting the vaccine but I never confirmed that that’s what I wanted to do. So disappointed with this vet and I will not be bringing my animals there anymore. Expensive and uninformative. I don’t want to go to a vet that I cannot trust.

Very sad times....I was forced to put my companion down and was extremely distraught. Calling and explaining my situation the Staff displayed great empathy and made time for me in their busy schedule. Once I got there they immediately came to my aid due to my pups size, being a very large German Shepherd. They permitted me to stay with him thru the entire ordeal and was very kind to both my pup and myself. Afterwards, they sent me a card which they all signed with kind words of support. The card also had my pups paw print in it....still is hard today just thinking about it, but the Staff complete deserves this write-up. The kindness they showed in such a hard time was beyond appreciated. This review is the very least I could do in return. The assistance they provided along with their kindness alone merited the cost outside of the procedure. Dont think I could find a better Vet service in the area, if not state! I give my deepest gratitude to the Staff and to let them all know their mentality of their work being personal care and NOT commercial was a God-send in a very VERY sad time. Thank You.PS: Not wanting to dwell to much on our loss I'm foregoing spell and grammar checking, and hope this rating provides at least a tad bit of credit to the Staff, its the very least they deserve!

They take really good care of our Spark. I’ve been there with our other pups as well who are now over the rainbow bridge I would highly recommend them. The girls are nice Spark adores them all. No one else I would trust to be honest! They love the animals and I can say the animals love them 💜

I Love this place, my family and I have been going here for many of year's!! They love my babies as much as I do!! They are sweet, kind, caring and attentive. A vet's job has to be the hardest and yet they are still here for us. Thank you Fayette Veterinary. Great staff, great place, and Huge heart's 💓💓💓💓💓💓💓

I just took to cats to have them fixed and declawed and got a bill for $575. Nothing was done and there excuse was they had problems with finding veins on the cats. I had to pay for a x-ray and medicine for one of them.i had lot's of cats fixed and declawed with no problem. I just found out that no one anesthesia up there. They won't see another animal from me. If you don't believe me I will post the bill for you.

Since our vet Dr. Hurley retired we have had some trouble finding a reliable vet service. Fayette veterinary Hospital has filled the void very nicely! The people and service is second to none.

I would never allow anyone to go here. We took my cat for an emergency dental visit and they charged us a lot of money and let us leave without any news about her mouth. Now my Cat is with Alpha Vets and her mouth was a mess. They have had to do major surgery. Fayette Vet let us pay a lot of money and didn't even give my poor cat anything for pain. They are neglectful and bad. Just bad.

Used to love it there, but have noticed the price increases and all the "nickel and dime" charges that you seem to get hit with every time. Don't get me wrong, the staff is amazing and I love that they are a Christian business, but if money is an issue, you may want to call for an estimate first.

Took my best buddy there through life and his final visit. Staff is beyond incredible, will be taking my little friend there for her initial treatments and look forward to dealing with them ongoing!

To say I'm disgusted, disappointed and disheartened would be a vast understatement. Yesterday, January 20, 2020 a member of Charleroi Regional Police Department crossed the rainbow bridge. He was surrounded by those who not only cared for him, but those he worked with and those he would put his life on the line protecting, like a fellow officer would. DURING his passing time, his handler, partner and the man who loved him most was told he needed to settle up with payment. Again, this was WHILE his partner was taking his last breaths. A fellow officer followed the uncouth vet tech out of the room and explained the bill would be paid through the K9 fund from the police department. As the several officers were leaving, they grabbed the Handler and instructed that he was to pay now, which he distraughtly obliged.After years of treating and caring for the K9 officer, you'd think Fayette Veterinary Hospital would have a little more compassion and sympathy. This wasn't just someone's pet, this was an officer of the law. If their lack of compassion and sympathy is how they treat a K9 Police Officer, I can't imagine how they treat others.
