Most of the people who work here are great. I would give 4 stars for that. However in the past few months the food has been unacceptable. The chicken strips are no longer good. The fries are almost non existent and the prices have been raised quite a bit. Which would be fine if you get what you’re supposed to. When I looked in my bag the container was barely filled. I asked the girl where the rest of them were. She said that’s 4 oz. I weighed them when I got home on my kitchen scale. 3.1 oz. including the container. The container weighs 0.3 oz. Do the math.

They were completely out of caramel flavoring and didn't take it off of the order tablets. I ordered a extra large of sweet corn bites and they gave me the same amount they put in a medium in an extra large. Went back the next day and they are skimping out on the food. They used to be good what they charge as a regular should be classified as a small compared to what it used to be. I would have prefered they upped the price rather then give me less food.

I get breakfast and coffee here 2 or 3 times a week. It's my go-to. The people are super friendly and food/coffee is always fresh. I get the egg white and turkey sausage with cheddar on a 100cal roll. Love it! Gas is probably 20-30 cents more expensive than the closest gas stations in MD, FYI

I have been going to the Fawn Grove Rutters for years. It’s in my neighborhood and convenient to get to, or it was. This is the 3rd time in a month where they do not stock there shelves and re order products that they use to always have. Example the candy section is constantly empty with just the product label showing. Or they always are out of something in the kitchen and leave a note telling it’s out.Yet 3x’s I went back to Rutters and it continuously was out of that candy or another note stating they were out of something in the kitchen. I won’t go back a 4rd time. I’d rather drive further to another convenient store knowing they’ll have what I’m looking for. Such a shame I use to really like going to Rutters especially taking the kids to let them pick out a yummy treat. No more going back. Thank you, Deeply Saddened

Just wanted to let Rutters know how wonderful Kaitlyn is at this location. She works the kitchen and has gone above and beyond everytime I visit.See I'm a type 1 diabetic so I can't have much sugar. One of my favorite food are french toast sticks. Since the VERY FIRST TIME I asked her for no powdered sugar, and explaining why, she has made it her mission to ensure everyone in the kitchen knows not to add it to my order. I always order the same thing, when I'm at the screen ordering I hear her say "the French toast sticks about to come up doesn't get sugar".Today, I approached a sweet lady I never saw before working the kitchen and asked her for no sugar on my order which she replied "oh we all know your order. Kaitlyn made sure we all know no sugar for you". In my 20 years a diabetic I've never had someone this level of above and beyond for me.Just wanted Rutters to know they have a loyal, compassionate, hard working and very lovely employee.

Went there tonight and ordered food for me and my friends and the lady messed my entire order up. She forgot my tornado, gave me 4 mozzarella sticks instead of 6, 4 mac n cheese bites instead of 6, switched up the cheese fry and french fry wraps ingredients. Also the mozzarella sticks were not cooked fully. Very disappointed about this, just too much of the order was incorrect it’s almost like she did it on purpose. Lady doesn’t deserve a job. Would be fired on the spot if she was working for me... Absolutely unacceptable.

Good place to go for cash they have a great service free charge machine. Which is great for me since I use online banking and constantly have to pay elsewhere. Modern layout and very clean. However 4 stars only because the parking lot does need some work.

Stopped for gas and snacks... got both for a decent price. Staff seemed friendly, although they may have had some personal issues going on with another customer. Most importantly, DO NOT USE THE HAND SANITIZER!! Husband used the hand sanitizer and ended up having to wash it off in the parking lot. This is the most hillbilly, bathtub brewed hand sanitizer you will ever find. It is almost like they mixed hand sanitizer, bleach, bathtub moonshine, and febreeze together in a gallon jug to dispense. Would stop for gas, don't think I would go here for food though.

After my first food order at Stewartstown on September 12, I finally decided to try out a burger on the 23rd here at Fawn Grove. I chose a bacon cheeseburger. There are plenty of choices for bun type, toppings and spreads so I decided to experiment with different ingredients while placing my order. I also had my bun toasted. And I made sure to get fries on the side and make it a combo with a fountain soda. When I was given my burger, I could tell just by looking at it that it was fresh, delicious and of superior quality. I then bit into it and discovered that I was correct.You know, I wasn't convinced at first that Rutter's was a serious local contender in the burger business. I saw a Rutter's billboard sign along I-83 north just south of York with a picture of a burger and fries on it. It was placed right below a McDonald's billboard. I thought Rutter's was just trying to be a McDonald's wannabe. Then I finally decided to order a burger here at Fawn Grove and discovered that their burgers go above and beyond what McDonald's and Burger King simply dream of being. Rutter's even has a Route 30 burger which has slices of bread for buns. I should try that next time.

I am quite disappointed in Rutter's lately. The prices are so high and the quality is low. I just bought 3 breakfast sandwiches for 3.81 a piece. One was just ham and cheese no egg and they put 1 thin piece of ham on it and charged me 3.81 I'm gonna find a way to post this picture.

The cashier was "fake nice". She shouldn't work around the public if she is miserable. She couldn't be nice even when she was trying. She made it a point to tell me it was the end of her shift so she didn't care. I hope she gets the same treatment when she is in a line paying for her gas and items.

Their food is always skimpy and dissapointing. Go to brogue , they have fresher, better quality ingredients and they give you more than half a chicken finger on your sandwhich . Last time getting food here .

credit card info stolen AGAIN today 10 minutes ago. only get GAS from here. so the pumps are still being scammed. HORRIBLE PLACE. BUY GAS IN MARYLAND. THEY ARE WAAAAAY OVER PRICED FOR GAS AND THE GAS STATION DOWN THE STREET IS 10+ CENTS LOWER.
