Evertime I go in it feels like no one works there, none of the shelves are stocked and there are piles of boxes everywhere. Everyone who works there (if you could call it work) is not only lazy but acts like their extremely easy job is such a burden on them. Whoever owns the store is wasting their money because it takes 4 of their current employees to do the job of 1 OK employee.

Aside from decently low prices, these stores are always unorganized and dirty. I have been to 10 of these in my area and only 2 were decent. 1 was new, lol. Also, out of 25 employees, I may have met 8-10 who have decent attitudes and treat you with respect. People have bad days and different personalities but that's no reason to treat others with contempt. Do like the store as a whole

They had 99% of what I went there to buy! Only, they no longer have my deodorant so I had to go elsewhere. My cashier was proficient and friendly! He appeared to love his job, unlike other cashiers. He even wished me a happy New year! :)

I do a lot of my shopping here, pretty much everything but groceries. Very convenient.!!

Prices are low and staff is always courteous, but they need to work on stocking the shelves after hours when the store is closed. Everytime I shop there the merchandise is blocked by carts, if the customer cant get to the merchandise to shop, there will be no sale made, if no sale is made, the store doesn't make money. I have never had that problem at any of the other locations, this is definitely a problem, the store is missing out on too many sales because customers cant get to the merchandise.

It's ok. Seems to be dirty everytime I go in there. It just seems messy and always out of items. I waited over 20 mins in line. I just put my stuff back and left. I went to the Dollar General in Hermitage on Rt. 62 by my house.Very clean, always looks nice inside and out. The staff is amazing. Always friendly, will walk with you to help you find what you are looking for instead of just pointing in the general direction.This is the Dollar General to go to and the one on Rt. 18. All the other ones in the area do not compare to these 2.

The older female manager is rude. The place usually only has one person working during the afternoon (busiest time) and they are stuck checking people out so don't expect any help. I've watched people rob this place blind. Surprised it's still in business.

Regular DG just like all the others except it is a very very small store. But the store is clean and shelves are well maintained. Because store is small they dont have a large selection of stuff. Prices are to be expected for DG - some things higher priced than grocery store next door.

This dollar store usually has whatever you need. I only give them 4 stars, because they wouldn't fill balloons for me after I had just bought them! They told me to do it myself. I returned the balloons, and I refuse to buy them there as a result.

Love Farrell Dollar General. It's always clean and most the employees are nice and so helpful!! The Manager is my favorite person ever! She don't play around. Lol all around the best DG in the area 😊-- in MY opinion!

Love the location and product selections but I have grievances with the checkout setup and understaffing cashiers. There should not be only one register open when there are better than 25 people in line going back to the back wall.

What can I say, it's a paint-by-numbers DG store. Great business, associates are usually very friendly, and it's a perfect place to pick up things for cheap, especially if, say, you forgot something important for dinner.

I have my "Favorite " locations as we have a few different ones in our area.. but I love them .. not only Alot of bargains, but great selection. Nice staff as well.

THE WORST STORE MANAGER GENERAL DOLLAR HAS EVER HIRED, SHE'S VERY RUDE AND YELLS AT HER OWN CO-WORKERS, NOT A PEOPLE'S PERSON, NOT HELPFUL TO THE HANDICAPPED, I WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE EVER AGAIN AND IT'S ONLY A COUPLE OF BLOCKS AWAY! I WILL SPREAD MY EXPERIENCES WITH MY CLOSE FRIENDS WHO SHOP THERE! Sometimes this place looks closed due to the vending machines are in the front windows. Posters or stickers on the windows would minimize the closed feeling
