This place is truly a landmark in Farrell. Formerly known as Basilones, to the new owners at Farrell Hilltop Tavern. Their lunch specials are all great and priced is right. The iconic Margie Dog, what can you say, the best hot dog around.

Iconic staple of Farrell and the Shenango Valley. Formerly known as Basilone's but now back to the original name "Farrell Hilltop Tavern." Food is second to none. Owners are wonderful. Can't go wrong with a pizza or the iconic Margie Dog.

I eat here very regularly for lunch. The prices are great. I love their chili and my co-workers get the margie dog almost every time. The waitress is great, she's fast and friendly. They only take cash, fyi.
