We rescued a feral cat and brought him here in June. The staff was very helpful and handled him so well. Yesterday I brought all 3 of our cats in for their yearly checkups. One got sick in the carrier on the way in. They treated me so well again and even cleaned the carrier and put the towel in a bag and put a pad in the carrier, as I started the appointment. I feel our cats are really in good hands there.

We are new to Nemacolin and the area and what was meant to be a routine check-up to get my babies up to date on their shots and acclimated with their new vet, turned into my Teddy bear needing immediate surgery for bladder stones! I cannot even think about what could have happened if the vet team here was not so thorough in their testing. I am so beyond grateful for Dr. Ressler, the Caitlin’s, Maggie, Chloe, and Katie (I really hope I didn’t miss anyone)! Thank you for taking such great care of the little furry loves of my life!!!

Great place and very quick to get into. Dr. Anderson is the best and genuinely loves animals! They even have boarding, daycare, and a spa for animals right down the hill. Love it!

Came here due to emergency visit. They are very friendly and very fast at looking at my gsd. Clinic is very clean. Prices are very reasonable for the emergency visit. Dr was so awesome. She was very clear on the status of my pup and what options were and how to care for him when we got home. I cant thank you enough for being there when my Rocco and I needed you!!! I have now made you guys our family Vet!! Everyone is always so friendly to the boys and also with me. Since I can’t go in, they keep me very well informed of everything that is going on inside. I think they love my boys, Harley and Rocco, almost as much as I do!! Thank you for all you!!!

Just adopted a new dog. Took Jack to the WACC. They took an amazing amount of time and car to explain all of the results and treated Jack with gentle demeanor and kindness. Dr. Anderson and all of the great people that work there made me feel comfortable and informed.

We love this office. Good doesn't really capture how great and amazing they all are. They are always understanding of our individual pet's needs. I was worried about him being in the office alone, but they took great care of him and it was quick! Normal visits were also quick, but I was surprised by how efficient the new procedures are working for you. Thanks for genuinely caring about our pets. You've been rock stars for us from the start.

While we had been long time clients under the previous vet, the current vet/practice attempts to push expensive and unnecessary test, treatments and procedures to inflate the bill. While I believe in evidence based medicine, this vet and the staff attempt to prey on fear and emotion to upsell.

Very happy with the new Veterinarian Dr. Ressler . He spent a lot of time with my dog Duke. He is very thorough, and he also made sure of all the services Duke was receiving. The Vet techs are also wonderful. I’ve been going to WACC since 2000 and will continue to do so.

Came to Woodlands years ago because our kitty needed a test that we were unable to get at our vet at the time. They were so amazing that we just stayed with them. We drive 45 minutes one way to get to them but wouldn't go anywhere else. They are professional and have the most modern equipment. We had our kitten spayed this past week and was happy to find out that they did laser surgery. She did fantastic because of it.

Woodlands is the most pleasant vet facility I have ever visited. It was especially clean. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. The fact that the visit was inexpensive and the vet was amazing with our dog made it even better. She took her time to look him over, answered our questions and told us about a discount they offer for the services we need. I highly recommend them.

These folks went above and beyond for us. We were vacationing in the area when our dog was bit by something on her ear and had a bad allergic reaction. They took her in, gave her a shot and monitored her for 4 hours, then sent her home with meds/creams. Exceptional service, friendly staff, very clean facility, good price, and our girl came back to us nice & happy. Almost enough to make us move here. 🤗

They have always been accurate diagnosing any major illnesses with our animals. Their facilities are newer and they are always clean and inviting. They spend lots of time when giving their annual exam with our pets and make sure your pet is feeling comfortable. I never felt like they have taken advantage of us to make more money. Their prices are right in the middle which makes sense since they have such a new and advanced facility.

We have taken pets to Woodlands Animal Care Center for over 5 years. Dr. Wingfield and her staff have been very caring and understanding with our pets. I always know that my dog will receive loving attention because they truly love animals. I appreciate Dr. Wingfield's conservative approach to treating medical issues as opposed to overreacting when it is not necessary. Their knowledgeable and educated techs are awesome, too. All of the staff is great!

The Woodlands Animal Care Center Staff went above and beyond to make our family feel supported and safe. They were professional, caring, knowledgeable, and walked us through every step we had to make. I loved my experience so much, I have decided to make them my permanent Vet... even though I I have to drive 40 minutes to get there it is well worth it! I am so thankful I have found Woodlands Animal Care Center.

The Staff at Woodlands is absolutely great. I had to take my dog there, (one of the saddest days for me). He was sick, to sick to save, and had to put him down. The staff was the most feeling people. I have been to other vets, in fact I was taking my dog to another vet and I believe they just didn't care, so I changed to woodlands. I recommend them to anyone who needs routine or emergency care for the loved pets. Also, the pricing was low compared to the other vet.

Took my 10 week old puppy there for the first time and WOW I was blown away by how great everyone was! Everyone was so friendly, professional and you could tell they truly love what they are doing and the animals! The staff as well as the vet answered all my questions and were great! What I like about this business is the team of loving caring professionals. They truly care about the animals and about the pet owners too. They make you feel like family. I brought my dog Annie here to get her teeth cleaned. You all do a wonderful job and are so accommodating. About a year a half ago, Annie had to have major surgery which left her paralyzed for about 3 months. I took her here for rehabilitation and because I did, Annie is walking again today. Like most pet owners, I love Annie with all of my heart and a completely trust the Woodlands Animal Care Center. I cannot say enough about how professional and welcoming everyone there is. I would (and have) recommended Woodlands to anyone who owns a pet.

I'm new to the practice, and I'm very pleased with their helpfulness and flexibility, particularly when I accidentally brought my cat in a day early for his surgery. They also have a sign with a candle to indicate whether someone is saying goodbye to their pet, which is very considerate.

I had laser therapy at Woodlands for my 8 year old pooch. Before I did, he wasnt himself because he was in pain. He wasn't greeting me at the door because it hurt to get up. He wasn't able to jump on his favorite seat. But after 3 treatments, he was back to his old self, running and playing like a puppy. The entire staff is awesome and they are all animal lovers. They treat my dogs just like they woukd treat their own.

I ended up taking our mutt to Woodlands because she had hurt her leg and could not put weight on it. I don’t like going to the doctor and I would imagine that my dog would not like going to her doctor either so I put off making an appointment that morning and waited until my daughter arrived home. My daughter works at a vet’s office out in eastern PA and she said the dog was in a lot of pain and needed to see the vet. I call around 3:00pm that day and was able to set up an appointment for 5:30pm that day, kind of surprised that I got in. First of all the staff that met me at the reception area was not only kind to my dog but also treated me with kindness. My dog is extremely over weight [kind of likes to eat everything] and I did not get treated poorly for letting my dog get this way. When the vet got to see my dog the vet got down on the floor to do a physical exam on her (we did not have to lift this 97lb dog up on the table). The vet said that she had torn her ACL. The vet then gave me option on my dogs care which included doing surgery, in which she said that my dog would have to lose weight first before any surgery could be done, or we could leave it alone it would develop scar tissues and she would walk with a limp. We decided to let her heal on her own. The vet and staff were very patient with me going over the meds that my dog would have to take and methods to help my dog get around so she would not injure herself. I sort of expected this service, but I was very surprised at my daughter reaction (she works at a vets office), she could not believe how great this place was. The whole experience for me and my dog was very pleasant we both were treated with care, kindness and respect. So if you live up here near Farmington or traveling through and you need a Vet this is the place to go and the cost is reasonable.It is now a week into my dogs rehabilitation and she is doing very well. She is putting more weight on her bad leg and is getting around better and she seems to be in less pain. I have put her on a diet, well we both are on a diet and in a couple more weeks well go back to Woodlands for a weigh in and she if she has lost any weight.To the staff at Woodlands it is simple—you guys are AMAZING!!!!

They saved my cat's life! She was rushed in for emergency surgery after giving birth because she had a partially developed kitten still in her. She had a horrible infection in her uterus too. They fixed her up & gave her medication & my baby is good as new!

My babies are newer patients at the center. But in the few visits we have had there, they have been amazing. Mt Fudgie is doing great, I was told at a another vet she was allergic to something and allergy testing would be extremely extremely expensive. The doctor at Woodlands did a test and said she had mites under her skin. We put her meds and an antibiotic and she is doing great. We have a little way to go yet but she is on her way to being "ALL BETTER". Her skin is clearing up, she is not as stinky, not as itchy and for an elderly lady she is playing a little bit now. We have a follow up this Friday so we will she what's next.THANK YOU WOODLANDS YOU ARE THE BEST

Everyone at WACC treats me with utmost respect, and clearly demonstrate their love of animals. My baby was made to feel like a princess while she was being evaluated, and unlike some "doctor" appointments, they ensured she did not feel stress from the process.

Took my German Shepherd Emma to see this new vet today, (Dr Marcus Ressier. ) He was Very knowledgeable, and knew what he was doing... I have been to many vets, and rank him number 1 .. Highly recommended. .
