Overall store and employees are wonderful and pleasant. Except for cashier Donna, she has the personality of a rock and makes it known she hates her job. If you can check out with someone else, I recommend doing so but seeing how she seems to be the only cashier ever working (during the day), good luck.

DO NOT TRUST their online inventory. Drove out of our way because they supposedly had 2 items in stock. Got there and they had neither. Employee stated 'It says we have a lot of things we dont have. Not exactly what you want to hear from an employee.

Best tsc or any type of farm/hardware store around. Staff is always so friendly and helpful. The one manger there is the greatest. She always goes out of her way to help you find something or check on you now matter how busy she is. Glad to see you stopped requiring employees to wear masks. I always felt bad especially because I never wore them. I definitely will continue to go out of my way if need be to shop here.

I was there for hold down straps. Then I go to the fertilizer then the tools paint seeds. Spend $120 for a $20 planned buy. So many cool things there. Country rugged clothing. My favorite licorice and beef jerky. Tons of farming stuff pet foods. It the kind of stuff you don’t see at other general stores. Tell them Guy Ruff sent ya. Ask manager about a freebie of candy

I go here for nothing more than bird seed and other things you can't get elsewhere and typically have a good experience but today not so much. They were out of what I needed but the biggest issue was the girl at the checkout counter who continued to chat with the customer in front of me about how to make some recipe while I have a 40 pound bag on my shoulder and others waiting behind me.

The store is ok but corporate is staffed by those who don't check their web survey. It asks for the order number and the the store number. The first should populate from the email that asks for you to participate; the later should as well but it is nowhere to be found on the email (whereas the order number is if you cut and paste). So if they find a disappointing response to their survey, it's because of such lazy programing and a lack of beta testing.

Great selection of a wide variety of outdoor products and support for home or work. You can definately find unique and hard to find tools here. Fun place to just browse around for kids or adults fun vehicles for kids to look at, fun community events every once in a while. Prices are usually reasonable and fair. Employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. Good community business to have for that area.

Nice variety of products, and the store is kept clean. However, they don't take customers being injured, in their store, too seriously. A display came apart, and there was a minor head injury. No documentation from any of the employees. Just basically a shrug of the shoulders and an "Oh well". So, if you visit this store, please be extremely careful!

Love the place. People are friendly. Prices are about average. Plenty of variety for a good browse. One complaint, get rid of the load speaker calling for customer service to the outer yard etc. It's excessively loud and ruins the atmosphere. Maybe some walkie talkies instead?Otherwise no issues.Longer hrs on Sunday would be swell too but I get it.

I used to love this store. But, no cleaning being done, some employees not wearing masks at all and most wearing them had them under their chin, and when it was mentioned, it was like a joke. I will go to the tractor supply in Salem from now on.

Bought gift cards and Ordered an $1200 trailer online, that showed to be in stock. My order was cancelled as they misplaced or miscounted a 1/2 ton, 55 square foot trailer, and I was stuck with $1200 in tractor supply gift cards. Tractor supply was no help. They refused to work with me, lied, and left my only option to either spend hundreds more, or drive to an out of state store, pay higher sales tax, and pay more to register a trailer from out of state.I ordered the out of state one, was told it was ready for pickup, drove there, and my order was cancelled again. After waiting in the store over an hour, my resolution was to buy a broken trailer at a slight discount, fix it in the parking lot to make it legally towable, drive it back to my state, pay more to register it, and pay extra to fully repair it.I offered at one point to meet in the middle, and buy their next expensive trailer at a discount, and they said no, and they could not sell it at any less than $1350 because their cost was too high. THE VERY NEXT DAY, they put it on sale nationwide for $1299.They lied, and lied more, and deceived me. Then they sent me copy pasted responses that asked questions which were already very clearly answered.Steer far away from tractor supply.

I visited Tractor Supply Co. because their website stated that they carried the dog food I needed. Unfortunately the website had incorrect information but the employee who assisted me was very helpful. He confirmed that the site said they had it in store and also that they definitely didn't by checking the inventory in the computer and also perusing the shelves with me.

Helpful staff when not busy. I love going here when I need something quick for work since it is right next door. Somethings that you would expect them to have sometimes they don't. That would be the only reason for 4 stars

This place has alot of stuff. Simple hardware not found in hardware store or Lowes or Home Depot. Very helpful too. Just don't go on dog clinic day. I couldn't stand the dogs crying and screaming.

Tractor Supply have reasonable prices. I go there to buy my dog food you cannot beat the prices they are very competitive. I recommend if you're looking for dog food or anything else Tractor Supply is that place.

Quick and easy propane refills without having to go inside. They have a portable device that can accept credit/debit outside. They also sell by the gallon so you can get a full 20lb tank for less than $13 vs. paying $20 to swap your tank and only getting 15lb at Walmart or other Blue Rhino exchange.

Went there looking for a belt for my toro rider. Jessie, went the extra mile to , not only find the part , she found the toro #, so she could cross reference, and get me the part I needed. Everyone at this location are awesome!

Everytime I go to the store I shop Clarence today i bought about 6 things also found a good deal on an item an it rang up different so she said that's not right I went an grabbed another one that was same price an they wouldn't sell me them on there messup stickered clearance price

Has a lot of items that Lowe's and Home Depot do not carry. It is wonderful to have them out in Chippewa.
