They had several selections for outdoor drain covers in the correct size available. I went to 3 stores before Home Depot and the other stores didn't have ANY in the correct size or they stood proud and could be a trip hazzard.

Had a really terrible experience here tonight. We arrived just before 8:30 - I know because a "we're closing in 30 minutes" announcement came on, already making us feel rushed before we even started. Why such an early warning? 15 minutes is plenty, and that's what most stores do.We did our shopping, bought several hundred dollars' worth of supplies. We also needed 8 bags of salt for our water softener - the lady just scanned the one bag and said we could get the others on our way out (they're in the foyer). It took awhile to load the other 7 because every other one my boyfriend picked up had a hole in it and was dropping pellets all over the place. Several employees stood at the door watching us.One of those employees then followed us all the way through the parking lot to the truck and said he needed the carts so that he could go home. It was 9:03. He wanted to load the 40# bags into the brand new truck - as in just-got-it-last-week-and-it's-pristine new truck. It was clear he was in a rush and would have likely tossed them in like hay bales. We said no thanks, we'll load them. He was visibly annoyed with having to wait for us, so my boyfriend took the salt off of the flat cart and laid it in the parking lot. The employee said, "I need that one, too" and pointed to the regular cart that had our other purchases in it. As in, "hurry up and get your **** out of there and give it to me."I have worked in the service industry my entire life: retail, restaurant, veterinary. NEVER, EVER would I so rudely rush a customer like that. And never in any of those jobs did the business close at x:xx and everyone went home right then. There are drawers to count, things to clean and lock up...your closing time is supposed to be when you stop letting customers IN, not when you chase everyone out of the store and out of the parking lot! Who does that?!

Bonnie (BJM6001) was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She was very equitable in giving us the pros and cons of all the different brands, styles, and colors for appliances. Remodeling any kitchen can be stressful, but Bonnie truly made our process so much simpler. We’re excited for them to arrive!

This rating is not for this particular store but Home Depot in general. I've never had any issues buying or returning items at this store and products are good. The issue I have is with the military discount program and online orders. Home Depot only offers a max discount/savings of $400 a year whereas Lowes has no annual max savings. I guess that's all vets are worth to HD is an annual savings of $400.I also placed numerous online orders for delivery over the last month. 2 items were damaged and I only received half of one my orders (came in 2 boxes and only received 1 box). The only way to fix this is to cancel the order, have the shipping company come back out to the house, pick up the product and then you get reimbursed. Although this HD location is more convenient, I'm fed up with HD and will take my business elsewhere.

DO NOT buy a Hot Water Tank here! We bought a Rheem here 6 years ago with a 9 year warranty and it started leaking. We call the number from Rheem and the person on the phone basically says good luck because the local Rheem providers won’t honor the warranty for the replacement. We were told that we have to take it out ourselves and take it back to Home Depot or go find a regular plumber to return it to Home Depot for you.

This Home Depot location was my saving grace! I needed to purchase an impact, which usually at most stores, requires an associate to help you. But they must have good amount of people working, because even though they had a lot of customers that night, I still had no problem getting someone to help! The associates were super friendly, and I was in and out of there within five minutes! Absolutely WILL be coming back!

I'll make this story short...after THREE trips to the store, for botched online orders, these girls made it right, with professionalism, and smiles! Thank you ladies for taking care of my issue with TRUE customer service! The hinges I brought home, were perfect!

Looked at lighting and then to paint area. I was greeted by an employee and was asked if they could help me. I asked some questions on paint. The employee showed me different paints that match my project. We chose a paint and they mixed it. We were checking out and I was using my military discount from their app on my phone. I had a little trouble and they helped me through that and I was on my way.

I went to home depot this morning to get some materials for a job and there was not one cashier when they opened. Commercial sales doors were locked and the Commercial sales registers were blocked off. They didn't have any regular cashiers anywhere. They had 2 employees in self check out. If you can't properly staff a store then maybe you shouldn't open until you have enough employees.I had to pay for my wood at the customer service desk and have it picked it up tomorrow. My business still runs on Sundays so I guess I'll make the trip to lowes from now on. They seem to staff a store properly.

It’s hard to find decent customer service these days and we had to hand it to Dave and to Carla with this specific store. They went above and beyond to make our view of going to this Home Depot a pleasant one.We went during a snow storm looking for a specific vanity that was showing 6 in-stock. After scouring the aisles top to bottom, we couldn’t find the one we were looking for. Dave asked us what we needed help with and point us to Carla, who helped us with a smile. She not only walked us to the aisle we needed but found the pallet in the way back of the store that housed the vanity we were looking for. She stayed with us the entire time to ensure we got the product we wanted. We had 2 guys unload the vanity and put it on our cart.We went to check out and Dave asked us if we got everything we needed. He was happy to hear that Carla was able to help and assisted us with the self check out. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and were so thankful for their help! Outstanding job to Carla and Dave - keep up the great work!! :)

VERBALLY DENIGRATED BY AN UNHAPPY OLD WORKER who I suppose felt I was wasting his precious time.I love home Depot... usually. part of the reason is that I can go in and browse looking for materials I need for various projects, without being constantly hounded and watched over. the Beaver falls home Depot is the exception. one of the workers, a white male about my age which means about 50, was one of those very talkative workers and I dreaded that he might come over to me and try to start up the conversations he did with other people. so when he did that, I decided I would tell him what I'm doing, which is looking for some cylindrical parts that I can use as an alternative to an extinct seal driver for my aged car. lo and behold he was rolling his eyes and couldn't wait to get out of that. all cool no big deal.... until we walked away and I realized he's one of those people who talks to himself out loud and he had a lot of rude things to say about me and my intelligence, and something about my bedroom activities he decided to throw in with that phrase along with a body part.home Depot really needs to hire a better ilk of employee. for instance, later on another employee over help, but did so in a brief kind manually and pleasant way, and went on her way pleasantly. sure, I prefer for them to wait until I ask, and it is an improvement that employees at home Depot tend to run away if you look like you have a question.... that's all a matter of preference.BUT, VERBALLY DENIGRATING A CUSTOMER IS UNACCEPTABLE IN ANY SITUATION... PERIOD

I've never been to a home imp store that all the employees are as friendly and help as these people. Everything is stocked, and organized and if you do need help with something, there's willing employees at every section. I really liked that we didn't need to chase an employee down for help like in some places.

This store is great. Bought a walk-in shower kit had four employees helping to load it. Everyone was friendly and willing to help! I even called the store and spoke with Manager Matt. Who was just as pleasant as could be. Even before he knew why I was calling. I would suggest this store versus Lowes everyday of the week. I live in Center and will travel to Chippewa for my needs..

This Home Depot is one of the worse ones I’ve dealt with, instead of just exchanging a part they want you to bring back the whole appliance. The manager shouldn’t even be a boss in a home improvement store, she doesn’t have a clue how appliances work. I will never step foot in this store again. Want to do yourself a favor get away from big box stores and go to the smaller family owned stores.

Be ready for no cell service…. Other than that this is such a great store. Amazing staff and the lumber is always good quality. Every time I go in I’ve always been assisted and if I’ve ever needed any assistance it’s always been there. I am always excited to look at the new 40 V Ryobi tools kind of feel like a big kid when the new one comes out. All projects start and finish with the phrase you can do it we can help and every employee there strives to continue with that value.Love you miss Deb and team.May you all be well.

Super friendly and helpful. They always have what I need for all of my projects. The gentlemen at the paint counter helped me pick out everything on my list and suggested products for me. There was a very nice young lady working in the outdoor area who was helpful and super friendly. I never feel like im interrupting the workers when I have a question and everyone knows where everything is!! Def suggest this store, and the flowers and beautiful!!!

So I go to Home Depot to buy a zero turn mower. John Deer. Gave them a large amount on a check! And all was good. But soon later found out the Mower was Broke! Now trying to get my money back. They wanted to give me in store credit.? Like I want to spend thousands in there store. So they then said I will have to check back with them next few days. To see about my money back... Like WHAT?. I ask them the manager to give me a discount on another mower. For there is not another one like the one I was purchasing. Just even more expensive ones. Manager said NO! One would think a Manager would do whatever it took to turn this huge problem around. To make customer happy. Stay away from this store!!!!!!!!!!

Getting harder to find things Home Depot use to carry. Tried getting vacuum cleaner belt, HD no longer has them in store? Plumbing parts were also not there, shelf space was empty.

While I couldn't find the exact plumbing component I needed for my project, the staff were very helpful and did everything they could to help me get what I needed, even going so far as to suggest other stores where I might find this part. A+ on customer service, with the understanding that they won't have everything.
