Way too many instances of a medication being “out of stock”. No communication until I call. A very “oh well” attitude about it. Hubby and I have had to call around too many times to find medications we needed and take care of getting the prescription transferred. Once I called after about 4 days of my son’s monthly med being out of stock and they told me they had it in, but were “really behind” that day, even though that med was due to be filled days before. I finally switched to a new pharmacy once and for all.

I went here because they were reliable, though they no longer have any integrity to me. I had dropped off a prescription that was not able to be filled due to insurance reasons, but after being in contact with my insurance provider, that was untrue. It turns out that this location was temporarily out of stock of the medication. They lied to me. Plain and simple. Had they to me they did not have the medication at their location, it would not be this Google review, but I was personally lied to buy the pharmacist resulting in a five day delay of obtaining my prescription. I hope this helps someone out there because this is unjustified and cruel in my eyes.

Talked to a worker asking for small condoms, waited on call for 20 minutes with no response. She said she was going to look for them and left me on hold. I slept on the couch that night

I bought shaving razors and refills last week. That store had good selection, the cashier that worked last sunday is a hard worker and she does a great job checking out her customers thanking and greeting me. If you need drug store without leaving the city of Beaver Falls then Rite Aid is the best business for you.

The best, and ONLY pharmacy, that I, or any of my family use!! They have the greatest employees! The pharmacists actually try to get to know everyone, and they actually care, and they give great, honest advice on all medications you either are taking, have taken, or ones that you may take in the future. They will suggest medications, both otc, and prescription medications. They do all that they can to help each and every person who comes into their store!! They've helped me a time or 2, on discount codes, so that I could afford my prescription medications. They are also wonderful, at making sure that you get all of your medications on time, and exactly when you need them. If they don't have something in stock, they will call other pharmacies to find the medication for you, and ask you if you'd like for them to transfer your script to that store for you too!! Which is wonderful! They deserve more than 5 stars!!

They lost our 6 month old daughters insurance card. Each and every time we have gone to this location for prescriptions it takes ridiculously long to get it filled, the pharmacy staff is elderly and forgetful, as was our case, the kind old woman misplaced our insurance card then tried to blame us reassuring us that she gave it back. We waited there refusing to leave until they found it, with my crying infant and whiny toddler. 30 minutes of waiting there they finally found it “oops it was on the counter over there I don’t know how that happened!” It happened because your staff at this location is incompetent.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru. Woman who finally helped me was rude for no reason. No apology for my wait either. I'm sure it's not always this way but this particular day they were rude and extremely slow. Not convenient with a baby in the van with me.

Rite aid in beaver falls is terrible. Been trying for 2 days now to get ahold of their pharmacy and no one answers the calls. Have a problem with a prescription and can't get ahold of anyone to talk about it and can't get down there either cause of taking care of both parents that can't be left alone

Rite Aid seldom has enough cash to fulfill the slightest Western Union transfer. They definately do not need to be carrying the Western Union flag.

I have shopped here for yrs and also got meds here as well as other places and they are alot faster filling scripts than other pharms in Chippewa area. Shopping here is good and the staff are all nice.

Takes forever to get perscriptions!!! Store hours changed with out posting anywhere!!!! Would have been nice to know they changed.
