I enjoy coming to this location. it is small but clearly marked and everything is easy to find. the staff are cheery, friendly, and helpful. There's plenty of parking. the entrance is ground level so it's easy to get into.

Wow. A guy named Rob welcomed me when I came in. He was cheerful! He was helpful. He took notice that I wS having a little trouble finding my pkg and came to help me it was heavy so he carried it to my truck for me! AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wow. Such a rare individual!

I love mac discount! You can view before bidding at the store, which is great. The store employees are always smiling and ready to greet you. They are fast a very knowledgeable on where the products are and always there to help.

I appreciate picking up packages at the Beaver location because ALL of the staff there are so welcoming. From the moment you walk in, while looking for your packages, and upon leaving everyone is so helpful. By far, the most pleasant of all locations I have picked up from.

I have purchased multiple items from this company. The experience has been pleasant each time. I have never had an issue with an item I have purchased. The process is easy, just check in with the app at the front, then locate your items from the location given in the app. There is always someone there to help, if you are having trouble locating an item. I have saved over 50% on many items I was planning on buying anyway.

I love the Beaver Falls location! It's always clean and organized. Of course there are great deals, and the employees are super friendly. Just this morning I stopped in and Taylor scanned ne in, made sure I was all set, and checked me out. She remembered my name and was super nice. She was writing and inspirational quote on the whiteboard, which is a cute little extra for customers to see

I've been doing M@C for awhile now and never had a bad experience. Other than the public rushing around like crazy. Their items aren't going anywhere but they're rushing around like they have to get to a blue light special.Today, Taylor (checking people in and out) was very friendly and professional. She treated me like a person and asked, "is there anything else we can assist you with".Thanks to Taylor with presenting M@C with a friendly smile.

This is my favorite Mac.bid location as it is easily accessible from cranberry twp right off the turnpike. The plaza is not busy at all which makes for a less chaotic parking situation and the location is run efficiently.

Went to the Beaver Falls location for the very first time and was immediately assisted. They told me exactly where to look for my item and offered assistance if I wasn’t able to find it. I have purchased MANY items that were not listed as damaged but was. The pictures were taken at angles to hide the damage. There was no way the employee did not see the damage it was VERY VERY BAD. Also they can't seem to keep the good employees.

Mac in Beaver falls is a very nice place the people are very pleasant they do get to know you when you show up almost every day like I do when I have something that I have to return I can return it no questions asked everybody in there is very helpful and I enjoy coming to the Mac in Beaver falls and yes I've been to other Mac discount places and they're not as friendly as the one here in Beaver falls thank you

I had a great experience at the Beaver Falls location. I found everything easily and everyone was very nice. In particular, Taylor recognized me and had me pulled up in the system already when I went to go check out, making it a quick in and out stop.
