This was the first time I ever left a dog at a kennel. I was a little nervous but Bruce had a great time during his stay at Darlington Paws! Craig and Kelly sent me lots of updates through out and they didn’t laugh at my crazy requests for multiple feeding methods. Drop off and pick up were a breeze as well. I will be bringing my boy back the next time I go away. I definitely recommend them.

This past week was the first time ever that we have had to board our dogs for vacation. To say the anxiety was real is an understatement. Craig and his family at Darlington Paws came highly recommended, so we decided to check them out. Craig arranged a day where we could go and check out the facility first to make sure we felt comfortable letting our babies stay there. That was so important to us! Craig was an amazing communicator with me the whole time we were away and even sent us pictures of the boys. They all truly treated our dogs as their own. It’s more than just a business to them and that makes a world of a difference to this first time boarding momma. There’s so much heart and kindness with Darlington Paws that we will definitely recommend them to you all as well! If you’re like me, and nervous about boarding your fur babies- then trust me when I say that this is the place you want to use! Clean, friendly, safe and loving environment supplied by Craig and his wonderful family and team at Darlington Paws! 10/10 would definitely use again!

Craig took excellent care of our 2 large breed pups! His facility looks and smells clean and the pups have plenty of running around room in the outdoor section attached to the kennels! It made us feel so much better boarding them for a couple days knowing that they wouldn’t just be in a small box. Craig answered all of my check in texts within a matter of SECONDS! We even got some cute play pictures from him playing around outside with them! And one of the cutest perks - you get this adorable report card so you know how your pups eating habits and temperament was during their stay.Needless to say, Darlington Paws will be our go to boarding spot! If you’re looking for a safe place for your pups to be well cared for while you’re away, look no further than Darlington Paws! Craig treats your pets just like they’re his own - with attention, care, joy, and love.

I’ll start off by saying, if you are looking for the perfect place to board your dogs, you do not need to look any further. Craig was so helpful and welcoming and took great care of my two dogs. He was extremely responsive when I would reach out to see how they were doing. This was their first time at Darlington Paws and they were there for 12 nights. When I picked them up, they smelled absolutely amazing and much to my surprise, their bedding was freshly washed as well. They were super happy and relaxed, so I know they were well cared for while I was gone. I have never had such a positive boarding experience. I can travel without worrying about my dogs now and that is worth more to me than I can express. Thank you, Craig!

I have two GSD and highly recommend Darlington Paws. Craig is very accommodating and my dogs love him. I also love that he kennels them together and lets them use the same run outside because it helps to reduce their anxiety. I hate having to kennel my dogs but glad I can trust that they are being well cared for while I'm out of town.

I had a fantastic experience with Craig and Darlington Paws. I called Craig with an unusual request. I had charges filed against my dog for getting loose from our property and the DA was pushing hard to have him put down. I needed to have my dog boarded during the court proceedings and Craig was very understanding and compassionate, even allowing my kids and I to come spend time with our dog at the kennel. Craig went above and beyond for our family and I could not recommend him highly enough. I will definitely be using him again.

Owners are very responsible, respectful and polite. We left our husky Echo there when we went on a vacation for 5 nights it was his first time ever away from us. We were sent photos and kept posted about him everyday! Echo was treated so well and was so very happy while enjoying his vacation!!! Almost as if he didn't even miss being away from home because he was so well taken care of there and had so much fun! I will never take my pup anywhere else Darlington paws has a lifelong customer!! When we got echo back he smelled wonderful as well he must have had a nice bath!! Thank you for such great service and we look forward to having you watch our pup anytime we are away!!!

Darlington Paws was absolutely awesome! I was very nervous because it was my first time boarding and they made it very easy and reassured me throughout. They really took the time to get to know your dog before you leave to drop them off and loved that they sent updates everyday. I will definitely be boarding my dog here again!

Craig took care of my 2 very different dogs. My 14yr chihuahua (grumpy old man) and my big baby 6 month old Great Pyrenees. He was great with both and you can tell he really care about the animals. His prices are very good. Highly recommend.

Craig got us in at the last minute on NYE, and our pit had a great time, even got invited back which is cool cause he’s basically a wrecking ball with knives sticking out all over haha!We’ll definitely book a stay again!!

We had a recent unforeseen situation which forced our family to find extended dog care in a very short time span. After a recommendation from a family member who is also a customer of Darlington Paws, we reached out. Within minutes, Craig (Owner of Darlington Paws), responded and began to help us, taking away any anxiety that we felt about finding care for our dog. He was clear, kind, and patient. Within one day, our doggie was boarded at Darlington Paws, after an easy and stress-free intake. Since our doggie has not been around many other dogs, we were a little concerned about her. Craig knew this and communicated with us frequently, reassuring us that our doggie was doing great, was very “curious” about the other dogs but was being a very good girl. This was a relief! Also, in the following days, Craig kept us updated with additional text messages and photos, which was a very nice touch! There are many people in this world who love animals… this is true. However, on a personal note, I do not know anyone who loves dogs more than Craig. I highly recommend Darlington Paws to anyone who wants a great experience! You will feel safe with your dog at Darlington Paws!

First time boarding our dog anywhere, we were very concerned as our German shepherd mix has major separation anxiety issues. But Craig put us at ease and had even befriended her within the first few days! (This was not expected, as she does not take well to new people). I can’t say enough good things about Darlington Paws! Our German shepherd snoop spent 4 days there and I felt like he was just with a family member, that’s how great they are! Snoop is a very active puppy and Craig said he was great during his stay (not the response we ever expected since he is a little 😜) we will definitely be contacting Darlington paws to watch the pups for any future traveling we do! The pricing is also very affordable! So thankful for Craig and his staff for taking great care of our baby!

I took my olde English bulldog and husky to darlington paws. Prior I’ve had issues with my bulldog being “to aggressive” or when he comes back from the kennel he’s all torn upOn his face and smelling like kennel. I left both my dogs with darlington paws being assured they would be taken care of regardless or breed or previous issues. THEY WERE NOT KIDDING. I got my bulldog back smelling like a fresh bath and looking like he had a great time. My husky hates baths and came to me smelling amazing and so calm. Both my dogs were treated like they were the owners pets and treated according to their breed. I got daily updates via text message with pictures and my anxiety was eased. The owners are amazing and accommodating and nicely priced. I will not go anywhere Else. Darlington paws for life !!!

i kenneled my 3 dogs here july 2-7, while i went on vacation, i ended up getting sick and came home a day early (the 6th) the owner craig was very accommodating with the last minute, day early pickup! he is very quick at responding to messages and sending pictures and it helps to put your mind at ease! this was the first time since i’ve had my dogs that they had to be kenneled, usually my dad stays at my house with them when i go on vacation, but he was also on vacation, i was having really bad anxiety about them being away from me and home at the same time, i didn’t want them to think i abandoned them, he also allows 2 dogs in the same kennel which definitely helped make them and me more comfortable, but they were actually fine while they were there! and when i picked them up they were so happy!! craig even washed the blankets i sent with them!! if i ever go on vacation again and don’t have someone i 100% trust to stay at my house and take care of them, i definitely will be using darlington paws again! ❤️🐶

My 13 yr old girl had never been kenneled. Since she was a rescue, I was afraid she would feel like I had abandoned her. She was very timid. Craig had given her the special attention that she needed, including buying "special food" to encourage her to eat. His communication with me was awesome. Including picture. Never hesitated. I can't say enough good things about this kennel. True animal lovers. Great care. So kind and thoughtful. My girl had a great experience. I highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

The staff was very responsive and the location is very convenient. The staff sent us pictures and updates while we were away which made us feel comfortable considering it was our dog's first boarding. They found our dog the perfect playmate to play with while we were away, she was very happy which made us happy. Also the pick up bath was worth the purchase! it was affordable and now our dog is so soft and smells great after her stay! We will definitely return. Thanks Darlington Paws!

This has to be absolutely "The Best" place to kennel one's fur babies in all of the world. We left our two Miniature Schnauzer's, Sophie and Sadie, with Craig and his family whilst we flew home to Texas for the Christmas holidays. Craig sent photos of our sweet lil' dogs to us while we were away. He told us to feel free to call about our girls and even when we were late coming home from the airport, (weather and road conditions) Craig waited up for us; knowing how excited we were to see our girls again. Our sheepadoodle goes to Darlington Paws twice a week for half-day day care. We bring him for play and socialization. He absolutely LOVES it there. I always know that Kelly is taking amazing care of him. She goes above and beyond, sending pictures and videos, and making sure he’s clean to come home. She even bought him treats and birthday hats for his first birthday. I feel completely comfortable leaving him, knowing that he is well taken care of!

My family is in the East Palestine evacuation zone ....less than a mile. We have a lovable dog that we were barely able to get out of the evacuation zone. We contacted several kennels in the area. The only one to actually call us back and seemed just as worried as we were about our dog was Darlington Paws/ Craig We can not thank you enough!!!

My three dogs just spent 10 days here and came home looking and acting happy and healthy! This is a family owned and operated boarding kennel and it shows--they care for your pups like family. While I was away I received pics of my pups and was alerted and consulted when one of my dogs had a small GI issue. They even consulted directly with my vet to make sure we handled it properly. I can't say enough about how happy I am with this kennel. Five stars+.
