By far the best groomer around! We take 6 dogs and they are very accommodating. Prices are affordable, they carry great brands of dogfood, and the staff are helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

I have an Old England Sheepdog and have been taking her in to get her nails cut. This was he her 3rd tripFirst off, she had a bowel movement which tells me she was scared and or startled. Secondly the person came out and said it too three of us to hold her down. Lastly, when I arrived at my house her back paw was slightly bleeding and I could not touch her back leg as she yelped and tried to bite me off. To top all of that 2 of the side nails weren't even touched??1. I called Proudland and spoke to the front desk and they said a groomer would call me back... (they did not do such)2. If you have to use 3 people to hold down an animal then STOP and have the owner take her away, the trauma isn't worth it c'mon y'all use your head! What does your procedure say?3. Follow through and call the customer back it's really not that hard.4. The bad part is the first time she went there she had a perfect cut and no problems. Now, I wouldn't send my pet there ever again or would I recommend them to anyone very unprofessional.

My dog, Lily, was sick. Proud Land went out of their way (Carrie, Ken and Christina) to help find the right food for her to start eating again. Their patience, kindness and canine knowledge have saved my dog. I can't thank them enough.I have also boarded both my dog and cat with Proud Land. The kennels are clean and the staff is excellent. I had to deal w a family issue that acquired me to NOT be home. Sadly I had to travel and my ESA fur baby couldn't come with 😢. And it was hard to be away from my dog let alone try NOT to worry about 100 million things when it came to him and who was going to care for him. I desperately tried to find someone to dog sit... but found no luck w such short notice. Well w my dog being a 80 lbs. Red nosed pitbull doesnt help when it comes to alot of things.. and it's truly not fair.. ( alot of ppl, and businesses bred discriminate) so w doing research and talking w the workers there.. I boarded my baby for 1 month. And I was very NERVOUS (felt like I was separating myself from one of my human children) but I was able to call in and check upon my dog. As well as I could visit, as well as anyone else in our family could. But they def made sure he was well taken care of during my departure. When I picked him up, he looked well maintained and no injuries or bad reports where given. So I was very happy to hear he had made new friends and he mind his manners while being in doggy camp. And ever since after that I take him monthly to get his bath and nails done. They also do a great job for the price!!!! So I def recommend using them!!

Neglectful staff. Our dog had a cut on her nose from constantly rubbing it against things in the kennel. Pets aren't ever let out of their areas unless you pay extra. I brought treats when dropping off my dog and they were never given to her.
