We recently had Invisible Fence installed and it has worked great. I had the fence installed when my dog was just six months. Being a chocolate lab she has a lot of energy but has been contained extremely well with only one breakaway chasing a bunny but came back promptly.From the first meeting with Kevin to all installers and trainers to the office staff, all experiences have been exceptional. I highly recommend this company for anyone considering the fence for their pet!

Got the fence about 7 years ago. Never a problem with it. Change the batteries on the collar from time to time. Last week my red light came on. They walked me through a few steps and figured out what the problem was. I needed a new backup battery. Easy fix. Thank you I F for helping me out and continuing to keep my dogs safe

Best investment ever for our puppies, don’t have to worry about them when I let them out. The trainers did amazing training them to stay within the fence area. & you don’t need a puppy to get this, my dogs are 4 & 6 years old! They caught on very quickly

Nick, Rebecca and Rob, were exceptional! We have two German Shepherds that are about 1 1/2 years old and though great dogs, they can be very anxious. The team worked so well with our babies and educated us, along the journey. I would highly recommend Invisible Fence of Erie to my family & friends.

We had our Invisible fence installed last summer. I have a large Akita and I hated having him on a run. He loves the freedom Invisible Fence gives him and so do we. We live out in the woods and have wild life in the yard regularly. Suki does NOT even consider leaving the yard to run after them. Akitas are a hunting dog, so for him to not break that barrier to chase a deer or rabbit or fox says it all!!This is actually the third home I have had Invisible Fence at and I highly recommend it. At the first house, I also had two Akitas. A bear ran through our yard and my Akitas ran from fence line to fence line chasing it, BUT DID NOT cross it. It would have been hours of searching for them if we had not had Invisible Fence. When we moved to the second house, before we had the fence put in, we put the flags up and those two akitas trained to them without any corrections(they had no idea there was no fence installed:)). Later, we had Invisible Fence install a fence at that property. A few years later, two new Akitas came into our lives and they too learn the boundaries. Again, it was tested when two coyotes ran back and forth just outside the fence line. Those Akitas ran back and forth right with them but inside the fence line.....Never crossed it to get to the coyotes.So, I can safely say that this product has been tried and true for me!! My dogs are safe and happy! I highly recommend this product and Invisible Fence of Erie. They did all of my installs and have been professional and reliable over the years that I have been associated with them.Do yourself a favor and give your dog the freedom and safety he/she deserves. Its worth every penny to have my furbaby with me when I'm out in the yard and not have to worry about his safety.

Had a broken connection in our system and we couldn’t find where it was. They were able to fit us in and sent out a tech (mike Lewis) and he was super nice and professional and was able to troubleshoot the problem in 10 minutes on a rather large wooded property. Had our invisible fence up and running in no time. 5/5 would recommend

My family cannot say enough about Invisible Fence of Erie.From the sales team, to the instillation and trainers, every part of the process exceeded our expectations.Within the family we have two large breed dogs (White Great Dane and a Lab Pit Mix) and one smaller dog (French Bulldog) each of course with a different personality and level of stubbornness.I was actually nervous about the two larger dogs, they both have a tendency to be protective not want to follow commands. I was shocked when all three dogs were able to successfully be trained in only a few sessions.Now that we know our dogs are safe within the boundaries of our yard and cannot travel down to the busy road or in the farm land behind the house... it makes us all wonder why we didn't do this 5 years ago.Do yourself a favor and the Invisible Fence team make your life easier! Our experience has been nothing but positive! Kevin was very professional in going over all the details prior to the start of the training. Paul took the lead from there. He arrived on time and was very thorough. Paul has a great personality and easily made the whole family feel comfortable and knowledgeable of the equipment. His presence and expertise made the training process fun! We have a large yard and there was quite a bit of snow on the ground the day of the install. Paul and Rachael worked well together. They took their time to make sure the invisible fence was exactly where we wanted it to be and didn’t allow the cold weather to hurry anything along at all. Paul was here again today to finish up the training process. Just had my invisible fence installed. Big shout out to Paul. He installed the fence on a frigid day and was so pleasant and professional after being outside for a few hours. After the install we had a training class and it was quite successful. Just the other day was our last train with Paul. He has taught me so much and my dogs are SO SO happy we got the fence. We had an invisible fence installed for our two dogs. We were worried about the busy road and also wanted the dogs to have the whole yard to play. The whole process from installing the fence to training the dogs was painless. The training is done gradually and both of our dogs had no problem learning. Would like to thank Paul for making sure we knew everything about the system and making sure our dogs were good to go. Have been using the system now for a few months with no problems.

Rachel came today to install my invisible fence. It was raining and I was on crutches. I went outside to show her the boundaries where we wanted to have the wire installed. She was very good about me pointing to areas and not requiring me to walk the full yard, as I was unable to. She was able to accommodate our request to give the dogs as much space as possible by going around a flower bed. Showed me how to work the collars and adjust them to fit the dogs properly. She was very friendly to both me and my dogs as well as helpful with all my questions. Would highly recommend the company and having her doing the install! Thank you!!

We just had our installation/2nd training session today with Invisible Fence. Paul our technician was absolutely terrific. He was very down to earth, patient and extremely knowledgeable. Our dog is a Husky/Boarder Collie mix so you can imagine the energy level:). She is reacting perfectly to her visual cues(white flags). We are very excited for her and look forward to her enjoying a large free area to roam on our land(she'll have about 3 acres).Her favorite thing was to run directly to our crick that runs through our property and she us already reluctant to cross the fence boarder after only 2 training sessions.I HIGHLY recommend Paul and Invisible Fence!!

Couldn't be more happy with my experience with Invisible Fence of Erie. The training our dog and family got before we even had the fence installed really helped with the transition. Our dog was scared for the first week or so, but the training after the installation was so gentle and compassionate with our dog that very shortly after she learned that her yard is safe. Three months later, our dog is confident in our yard, and we feel safe knowing that our fast little dog won't go chasing any creatures.

Paul, the local expert from Invisible Fence of Erie responded quickly and got our system repaired and back on line in no time. We have had our invisible fence installed for about a year. Like many electronic devices a minor adjustment was required after installation, but it has worked flawlessly since then. The company was excellent to do business with and they offer an excellent product. Our shelter dog respects the boundary the fence creates and it allows him the freedom to explore without being confined to a leash. He is a happy dog.
