FIrst time customer coupon was not valid for my purchase - when I called was told some vendors don't honor coupon. Shouldn't this be listed on the coupon? Very little interest on the rep's part to try and retain me as a customer. Quite disappointed. Bye

I oder online frequently and I have had no issues at all. My orders are shipped super fast and the customer service is great, I like the constant updates about my order location and delivery time. This is my favorite site for all my angling needs.

Blatant disregard of data privacy laws.Made my first order with the company, and made sure the check box to subscribe for marketing emails was left blank. Immediately received a marketing email, even before my order confirmation email. Have received multiple since then as well, despite hitting ubsubscibe on each.

Mail order supply incomplete in parts . They sell goods that they do not have in stock and waiting for the parcel extends to an indefinite date. Avoid replying to emails. Suggest caution when shopping. In the picture a rod that should have 4 parts.

UPDATE: after talking with customer service on Friday (1-8), they sent out my replacement rod along with the two that were missing from my original order and I received them Sunday (1-10) via FedEx. Rods were not damaged as they were in the box delivered via UPS. Looking forward to adding reels to them and trying them out.UPDATE: just received a call from customer service. Jim is working to correct my order. Once I receive the replacement rod and two rods that were not originally included, I will update my rating.Terrible customer service! I ordered 4 ice rods and only received 2. One of which is broken. Tried calling, emailing, messaging through the website and via Facebook messenger. No response at all.

Update: im still very loyal to these guys and the service, as well as the level of professionalism they display. Shout out to Josh today, for helping us in the showroom.These folks bend over backwards to make sure you are fully equipped to slay the fish. Always busy in the showroom- I think this place would be a great place for a Food Truck!

This place is horrible. Don’t order online! Idk how the store is but it’s probably better. The store hours are longer than the customer service hrs. So from my purchase online and experience it sucked. Didn’t come on time for express shipping. And they sent it to the wrong place so it got returned to sender. I had fast contact about the express delivery. But as I am writing this review. I have not had a response from them about the package being sent to the wrong place. I’m asking for my money back to and haven’t got a response. I am from Oregon also and my experience was nothing like the other Oregonians who had his arrive a day early

A few weeks ago I ordered around $200 worth of fly fishing gear from FishUSA. After the first day I stopped getting notifications about my package. I emailed them stating that prior this year I had problems with their shipping with an order of a rod and reel and I was worried the same thing happened. They said they couldn’t do anything since it was before 6 days which was fine. But after that was when it got fishy. They stated that I received it from USPS that week. That is completely false and impossible because it showed up at my neighbors door via ups down the road a few weeks later. I told them this and they basically blamed me or a family member for picking it up and did not ask for proof until I had to say it was unacceptable that the company was not worried about a lost order and would not do an internal investigation. I usually order online a month before a trip or before specific fishing seasons. Last order was for the walleye season which was missed and this order was for a fly fishing trip with my father up north. I had to buy a cheaper alternative on my trip. It’s discouraging because I have a few friends that are sponsored through fishusa. I have a few stickers on my vehicle, but I will be taking him off. If you need items before a specific date do not order.

FISHUSA: Wow, I had ordered from them before, but always online and delivered to my home. On Saturday 11/24 I decided to go to Erie and do some night fishing on the south pier. Since FISHUSA is in the neighborhood, I figured I would check the retail store out…Well I was beyond impressed. The two gentlemen working the counter were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, friendly, and exactly the kind of people you want dealing face to face with customers of all fishing level. Do not be turned off by how little is one the retail store shelves, they are stacked to the brim in the attached warehouse. I picked out one heck of an assortment of ice jigs and sinkers. Not only are the staff members friendly and helpful, and the selection is staggering, but also their prices are incredible. Although it is about a 90 minute drive for me, I would rather go somewhere that stocks and assists in finding everything you need. FISHUSA is now my first choice for gear.

I'm new to fishing with lures after fly and live bait only for years. I asked the store associate what I should use at a certain depth and water clarity for smallmouth in the local gravel pits. 3 lures and 30 minutes later I caught one. Will visit again.

I'm a new customer at FishUSA.. I ordered online $200.00 in brand new Bandit Deep Walleye Lures.. They arrived in perfect condition & on time.. The customer service was awesome.. They went above & beyond for me.. I'm a for life customer now & wear my FishUSA Tshirt or hat everytime I'm out fishing.. Looking forward to visiting the store for the 1st time soon.. Great selection but if you have to return anything they deduct the shipping.Therefore you will not receive a full refund and pay the cost of shipping both ways. Greedy company.I don’t agree with that so I’m in no hurry to make any further purchases with Fish U.S.A.!

Awesome place to get fishing all types of fishing gear! A variety of quality top brands and plenty to choose from. Staff were helpful and friendly for selecting gear and fishing recommendations in the area. They took time to help select equipment and setups and explained some of the local stream conditions. Some things out of stock in store but had a good clearance selection primarily for lake fishing.

This place is an absolute joke. My order has been sitting un-shipped for 5 days and today they decide to call and verify a bunch of info, including items that are truly none of their business. I get fraud protection but everything was already explained that this was a gift and they kept asking how I know the person I am sending to. SLOW service and avoid these jokers.

I’ve put a few orders through now. A rod, reel, and tackle. Everything is well packaged, and accurate. For me in Oregon, it generally arrives a day early compared to tracking info. Great company, thanks folks.
