I love the care that I get at Choice Vets the nurses and receptionists are exceptional. And Dr Ben there are no words. He cares about your pet and their emotional experience. He goes above and beyond. He takes his time with each and every visit and wants you to understand all your options. Lilly is having issues having her nails done Dr Ben just spent an 1 1/2 with her to be sure her experience was not a bad one. Dr Ben also looked at Shadow and prescribed him meds for his yeast infection when he didn't have an appointment. Dr Ben is a wonderful Dr he cares about the animals. Shadow and Lilly and my past Akitas Love Dr Ben! Thank you for all you do!

We are new to the area and this was our first visit to the office. After researching area vets, we chose Choice Care. Dr. Watts and his team were very friendly and took a lot of time to answer my questions and examine 2 of my dogs. He was very knowledgeable . I liked that Dr. Watts took a few minutes to meet the dogs and make them comfortable before the exam. Sammy took time to read through the doctor’s notes before we left to make sure I did not have anymore questions. She was also great with the pups. This was a really good first impression for Bear and Bruno. I can’t say they are looking forward to going back because well …vet, right? However, it was as pleasant as possible for them. Thanks again to everyone for a great first experience.

My dogs have been going here since they opened! We love Dr. Ben and Dr. Watts. The staff is second to none. Yesterday I was in with my dog Lucy. Dr. Watts carefully did a needle biopsy on a small bump on her head. Unfortunately, it has cancer cells. The way it was explained to me was perfect. I was naturally shocked and upset. Honestly, I'm a little over emotionally sometimes. His experience gave me the confidence to know she's going to be ok and I can handle whatever our future holds and I hardly cried until I was in my car.

We’ve been going to Vet’s Choice for 9 years now, following Dr. Watts from Animal Ark. The clincher for me was how they genuinely love & care about animal health. 🐾 ❤️‍ They take the time to listen to your concerns & explain everything until you understand. If you have ?’s afterwards the techs are awesome & knowledgeable & get back to you right away. Couldn’t ask for better care!

Sadie loves Dr Ben. He is so good with her. Any vet that gets down on the floor with a dog and loves up on them, in my eyes they are top notch. And my Sadie loves seeing him. Dr. Watts and all of the staff are welcoming, caring and courteous towards myself and my sweet corgi Lupin. I have had nothing but good things to say about this vet practice and will highly recommend them! Dr. Watts truly takes the time to explain information regarding the health of my pup and I have never felt rushed. Him and the staff truly care about my pup and it does not go unnoticed!

Best veterinarian hospital ever!!! The office is clean and the staff are delightful! Dr. Orozco is phenomenal and he is so much more than just a vet. His caring heart and compassion outpour into his care. He gives honest advice and tells you exactly what he believes needs to be done as well as if it were his pet. My cat, Storm and I felt very much welcomed. The staff there are dedicated professionals with big hearts for animals. Dr.Benjamin Orozco was skilled and passionate in his work & the time to explain my cat's health & medication was well beyond what i was expecting . He has shown definite compassion for storm he answered all my questions and gave great suggestion on how to keep her healthy he went above and beyond. the staff welcoming nurturing spirits, You can see the love and care for animals. Chaos and I came here for a second opinion after racking up over 1k at a different Veterinary Office with no diagnosis and refusal to give pain meds for his limp unless I did "more testing first."Dr. Ben walked in and was able to diagnose a torn ACL just by looking at my dog and showed me how he knew. He provided knowledge, education, a treatment plan, and medication to get my boy feeling good again! I am so thankful I finally found a vet that generally cares about the patient after years of shoddy Veterinary care in the area.

They are very rude and inconsiderate...go anywhere else but there.They treated my wife very badly and mis-diagnosed an issue we were having with our pet and cost us thousands. My wife reached out to them again after the surgery since noone from the office cared enough to do a follow up call and this is how the vet responded by email " There are multiple communications that were recorded of your outlandish and outright childish behavior by phone". btw...isnt it illegal to record conversations without notification that you are recording? first and last time there...

Every time there is anything needed with one of our pets this is the place to call. Better yet, if anyone asks about vet care in the area, without hesitation this is who we recommend. Our family hasn't experienced care for our pets like the way the staff does here! From the kind and understanding ladies at the front desk to the vets themselves, you have a great experience throughout your whole appointment. You can tell each employee is fully engaged and truly wants to help the best they can. While my cat has seen one of the other vets here, Dr. Ben is primarily who we see. Each visit I have been thoroughly educated on what was wrong and the treatment plan that will follow so that I am reassured when I walk through the door. Our family couldn't ask for a better staff to take care of our girls!

Everyone at Choice Vets are so kind, caring and compassionate! From the lovely ladies at the front desk, to the very friendly assistants, to both wonderful doctors! They make you feel like family when you walk in. Both doctors take so much time with you to explain things, answer your questions and you never feel rushed. Dr. Ben and his staff give the best care for all our animals I have EVER experienced in my life. That's including all cities and states where I have lived and worked. The staff are on top of things, competent, mature, and kind. Every one of them!The place is so peaceful, nicely decorated, modern, and very clean. Dr. Ben takes his time with my hundreds of medical questions, indetail, and he even euthanized my little pet anole once, a tiny pet lizard. We have 3 dogs who he takes very good care of as well. All during covid19 they stayed on top of things for our pet family. He cares about you cleaning your dogs' teeth to prolong their overall health and supports my making their own food. I am confident he will remain as our veterinarian of choice throughout my babies' lives and for more to come down the line. I just love all you guys!

Took our 5 month old mini dachshund to Dr Ben and it was absolutely thee best experience. Even in the midst of a pandemic the way the office handles vet visits is still a very personable and professional experience. You can just tell talking to the staff that they actually care about taking proper care of peoples animals. You absolutely cannot beat people who actually care! So long as I own any animals I will take them here! Highly recommend to anyone to take their business here!
