Stephanie is my SHERO!!!...Our 3 year old Yellow Lab, Fancy, has always been very difficult when we tried trimming her nails. The last time we took her to the Vet...it took 3 of us to hold her down. She is a sweetheart...but became a VELOCIRAPTOR when it came to trimming her hails. Stephanie was able to do it without any problem. If your have issues when grooming your dog...you have to give Bingo's a try...You wont be disappointed

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. My Frenchie is a tough customer when it comes to grooming here toenails. My dog is almost 8 and has never had a great groomer. She told me that Maggie has long quicks and many people try to cut them down. That is very painful. Stephanie goes slow with the Dremel. Also, she is a permanent fixture in the business. Sometimes you find a groomer and then, the next time you go, they are gone. Also, the price is only $11 at the time of this review. I live in Erie, but it is worth a trip to Fairview.

This is the best groomer I have ever used. They go above and beyond ! My 10+year old German Shepherd got his teeth completely cleaned they were in bad shape when we came in. They look and smell great !

I have been buying my dog food from you for a little over 3 years now. The last 3 times I went there to grab a bag of dog food the store is closed and doors locked. ON THE DOOR ITS SAY CLOSES AT 4 PM, yes I went on days you are open! All 3 times I got there by 3:50 and the place is closed up! Don't advertise till 4 if your closing before then! I try to support local businesses but you guys really need to do better! I will be bringing my business else where as I had no choice because of your false advertisement of operating hours!DO BETTER!

Always take their time with my small dog who does not like grooming. They are very patient with her and she always leaves looking great. I love that they have treats to purchase. It’s nice to be able reward my pup with something after her grooming.

Had appointments 2 different times for my daughter's 2 dogs and today the second time I was told groomer is not there. No phone call and appointment was made 7 weeks in advance. Man told me I don't know what to tell you 🤷‍♀️

I ordered a doggie cake for my girl's 15th birthday. We have 4 dogs total and they all loved it! It came out super cute! I got a bone shaped peanut butter cake with pink frosting and it was decorated in dog treats.

We are thrilled to be clients of Pampered Pups, and have our two fur children regularly groomed here. They always leave looking and smelling fantastic! Beth pays such attention to detail in grooming our dogs, and they are always excited to see her for their appointments! She takes delicate and excellent care of both of our dogs, especially with our older dog with arthritis issues. All of the girls who work here are so professional, friendly, and genuine! Ryeisha has done a great job with both of our dogs. Our dogs always come home looking great. They offer many extra services should you choose to select them. They may have a special scented shampoo, as the first time we took our dogs they each came home smelling "extra fresh and clean" which lasted for over a week. I will be sure and check on that. It was certainly nice! Our new GO TO groomer :)

What a Great Place ! **Very Impressive.Everyone is Super Friendly and VERYKNOWLEDGEABLE is all areas. They treated us like family. :)Love all the homemade dog treats too.My dog Molly looked Awesome and the price was not expensive either. I HIGHLY Recommend to give them a try.

Hands down the best dog groomer in the area. I am originally from the greater Pittsburgh area but attend school up here with my two Goldendoodles. Once I graduate, I will continue to bring them here regardless of the two hour drive. My pups go in happy and come out looking great and even happier! Would highly recommend them. Lastly, the prices are very fair for the quality of work provided.

So happy with Stephanie 's care of Daphne, my yorkie poo! I tracked Stephanie down after she left another groomer and I am glad I did. She has amazing patience with older dogs and is a kind groomer. I would recommend her and this salon to anyone desiring the best for their pet.

After just our first visit, we were very pleased with how clean and well brushed out our dog appeared. She was groomed well without being cut overly short or trimmed. She also seemed happy and as relaxed as she is going to be around a bath.

Pampered Pups Salon is the best! They take care of all, but really reach out to those animals that are elderly, have aggression, high anxiety, or are even matted.My dog, Dodger, is elderly and has anxiety and has had seizures. He was asked to leave 2 other different grooming salons because of this. What is one to do with their pet then? I got lucky....the groomer who worked with him at a previous salon reached out and contacted me saying her and another groomer were opening their own business.PAMPERED PUPS SALON! So Dodger has been a client here since they opened and he is doing great. I can't thank Ryeisha enough for all she does for him to keep him calm so he can get groomed. He really enjoys going there and seeing her. He hasn't had any problems since going there and keeps getting better.The love they show these pets is amazing. If looking for a groomer I recommend here!!!

Best grooming salon and barkery in the area. Ryeisha and Steph are amazing especially with the stronger breeds. They treat all the fur babies like they are their own which is very special. They both do amazing work and the owners make you feel like your animal's health and nutrition is very important. Our babies love them and so do we! We are blessed my their professionalism and the quick shortening nail trims at no cost is awesome. I highly recommend this salon to everyone.You will not be disappointed.

Excellent grooming and care. Stephanie is compassionate with the timid, and great with large dogs. My dog is always so excited to go for her bath. As a dog that doesn't leave my side, that says alot.

My two Newfoundland like going to this groomer, and they come out beautiful. The groomer gives a detailed report of what was discovered, and uncovered an ear infection for us, for example.
