One star for the store, usually has lots of items in stock. The groomers here are not honest. They will be very nice to you then you get home and realized they butchered your pet. They are not good at grooming dogs with hair. Read other reviews, please find somewhere else to groom your dog, especiallyif your dog has hair

I went to get my Beta Fish some food at this petsmart. I was horrified to see that in the cups of water( betas housing ), there were a lot that had died , they just left them in the cups on the shelves, some where on their way out, very sickly looking. Anyone walking by could see how they hadn't taken care of the fish in a while. First off they don't do well in these tiny cups of water. I don't think I will spend my money at a store that just neglects a little Beta. I own a little Beta, and I can say he is very happy and even comes to see me when I'm looking for him in the tank. They are very itelligent. This is like torture to these little fish. I will contact corporate and will call the store to speak to the head nanager. The employee I spoke to said she was a lower level manager in the fish depth. But she didn't seem to interested in my complaint. I'm very disappointed in this store.Very Unhappy,NINA C

First time getting my newly adopted long haired doxie a trim. He needed a trim, not a full haircut. They razored him. It’s not even even!!! All his fluff is gone, his behind looks skinned. I’m angry I spent 61 dollars on that.On top of that he was coated and I mean coated in tiny little hairs when they handed him to me.They got all over everything. I rinsed him and brushed him when I got home.I’ll be calling the store tomorrow, and corporate.Tianna peeled him. 12/10 do not recommend.No updates, no receipt and no answer when I asked how he was after.I should have stuck with my gut feeling, when I walked in and it looked old, and cancelled.Do not get your dog groomed here. Tianna did a horrible job.

Caitlyn is amazing. The only groomer I trust with my 8 month old puppy who is not easy to say the least. He is an anxious boy who requires a lot of patience & understanding.Caitlyn is kind, patient, and thorough. I have gone to several other groomers and worry the entire time. I know he’s in good hands when he is with Cait.10/10 recommend.

I always shop here for my pet supplies and also volunteer at the Trenton cat rescue housed here. Staff is always helpful and will carry heavy items to your car for you.

Made an appointment to have my dog groomed. The only person available at the times I wanted was Tianna. Big mistake. I dropped him off and before I even got home they called me and said I had to come back and pick him up. They were afraid he was going to “hurt himself”. He was in a cage or crate waiting and was barking and scratching the side of the crate. Keep in mind he had only been there less then 10 minutes. Or I could pay an extra $15 to have him express groomed . My dog is 8 years old and has been groomed since he was a puppy and I have never had a single problem with him anywhere else. When I picked him up Tianna said nothing! When I got him home I noticed he had been scalped under his chin! I have attached a picture.Worst experience ever! Never again. Next time I’ll wait to get an appointment with a more professional groomer who knows how to treat dogs!

A little pricey, but best and most convenient place to go for name brand dog toys, treats, and accessories. Some have the banfield pet hospital attached, and they have wonderful prices for animal plans and pet insurance for your furry family members!

Really unhappy with my visit today. They advertise buy one get one 50% off but fail to make it clear that this sale is only for “treats members.” If they had made this clear I would have signed up for a membership before checking out. Additionally, they had a very clearly ill guinea pig for sale. Petsmart, I hope you will check on your guinea pigs and treat the ones that are sick, especially since there is an animal hospital on premises.

There were not too many grooming options for me being new to the area, so I thought I would give PetSmart a try. I have taken my maltipoo there three times now for grooming and they have done a great job every time. Friendly staff and they seem to take good care of the dogs and enjoy what they are doing.

I took my two dogs to get groomed at PetsMart in Langhorne on 6/25. I received a call stating that my 9 pound miniature schnauzer yorki mix had been nicked. I rushed over to find my dog with an open wound, which was not treated for hours after the initial incident. She ended up needing 5 staples. The staff was less than apologetic and was in no hurry to tend to her. I was informed that because she was stable that she could wait, as there were actual emergencies ahead of her (actual emergencies consisting of pets with prior appointments for check ups and nail grindings). Her grooming appointment was at 10:30 am and I did not leave until after 4 pm.

I always like going here. It depends on what day of the week you go, sometimes they will be out of stuff before they get deliveries. They have a great variety of cat foods and the employees are always very helpful. This is my go-to store

I was just in the store, and was really impressed by the kindness and professionalism of the staff. A man in the store was screaming and being aggressive with the employees because he wasn’t able to return some thing that he had no proof of purchase for. I watched as all of the employees remained calm, cool, and collected in dealing with this violent and irate individual. I especially applaud the employee, Monica, who handled the entire situation like a pro and didn’t stoop to this abusive man’s level, even when he insulted her and called her names. You go, Monica!

I went this past Oct 07 Saturday for a PetSmart: Reply Y to receive Grooming appointment notifications. Msg freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Txt HELP 4 help. Reply STOP 2 quit. I took my baby Shih Tzu 4 months all 2 hours later I get phone call from the Grooming salon about the person I was cut the hair to my Milo her cut his pal and my litle baby was bleeding so we took hin to the urgent care Hospital ti make sure hi was ok finally after the doctor check then the recommended take my doggie a the or regular vet this week coming up for the following but the manager said him is not be responsible for covering the following visit cost related to see how his palm doing after hi get cut fir the girt a then avoid the responsibility for this an fortunately 😡 be careful and your next visit with your doggie 😭😭😭 is was my experience I”m very sad about course my por doggie walks very hurt

We use Petsmsrt for the day camp and overnight stays. Overall very satisfying with the staff and accommodations.My dog always comes back happy and tired. Very convenient for grooming and nails during his stay. The staff goes out of their way with any special needs or requests for your pet.

Purchase prescription dog food for my pet which I originally got from the vet but then saw it in petsmart. It’s closer to my home. So i started buying it from here. I purchased 8lb bag 4 times. On the fifth time I denied purchase bc i didn’t have prescription. I do I just was never asked to provide and don’t have on me. The cashier( heavy blonde boy) was rude and harsh. His customer service skills need to be worked on. He didn’t explain anything just said nope these are the rules. I was frustrated bc he was short and i have purchased before. He should probably stock shelves because customers spend a good amount of money in your store and shouldn’t have to interact with a rude employee. I was about to purchase $150 worth of stuff ($96 just on the food) and now I’ll go elsewhere.

We take our dog, Penelope, to visit for her hair cut a few times a year and every few weeks for nail clipping/grinding. We enjoy having Caitlin as our groomer! She is nice, efficient, and ensures that our anxious dog can get a great cut! I will say it’s a little expensive, but I’m aware she doesn’t make the prices! I’ll continue to go see Caitlin!

We used the pet hotel for our last two dogs. Our dogs were happy and well cared for. Now living in a new state we researched facilities in our area. None had what we ha been accustomed to. Each time we go away we drive 3hours to put our dog in the pet hotel. They are the best!

Shocked and ashamed! Wouldn’t have given the one star. One night, when walking past this Petsmart it smelt absolutely awful. If you know this location, you know the dumpsters are set back in kinda an alley way. I could smell it from all the way back here. So, I went to check it out and there was three deceased dogs in the dumpster! If you know Petsmart you know that deceased animals are put in a FREEZER and taken away. These dogs were just thrown in… no bag, no box. Two days later, there was another small dog deceased and right on top in the trash. Absolutely disgusted of the staff and makes me wonder what happened leading up to all those dogs dying. Made my stomach turn so much that I haven’t gone back to check for more.
