Just a note for today 4/30/2024. I stopped to get a few things and everyone was on their best behavior. Also seemed like more employees. Then I noticed…corporate was there. Why can’t you run the same way when corporate isnt there? Why can’t the store truly show what happens? Everything would run smoothly if we were simply honest with each other.

First time at that location and I notice a couple of things that are different in this Walmart! The outdoor facade is red instead of blue/ white. The second thing is that I notice and they don’t have are the self check out cashier. This is a must have in most store these days. I have t use a cashier lane at Walmart for over 3 years. And today I have to wait for the previous customer transaction to be fixed by a supervisor after waiting for 8 min.The store is clean, the staff are very helpful! On this day that we’re doing inventory I think and they have a lot, I mean a lot of items in store. We even find some stuff from the Disney movie “ Encanto”, which are sold out in most Disney store in Florida. The store was busy and clean compared to some busy Walmart.

Went to buy school supplies for my kids. Most of the shelves were empty! Nowadays Walmart is not as cool as it used to be in the past! So unfortunate to see the big box stores are collapsing! I hope they will find a way to get back on track soon!

The staff here are a joke. The front of store manger didn't know their own policies and was incredibly rude. I almost never leave negative reviews. This walmart made it so me and my family will avoid walmarts in the future. If you like being talked down to by all means this is the store for you!

The store is never very clean. It was hard to find an employee for assistance on black Friday and I thought that was crazy considering there also weren't even many customers. I found the item I wanted which was the last 6 pack of soda but someone stole one out of the pack so there were only 5. I'm giving them 2 stars because customer service was nice enough to give me a discount on the damaged goods. Shopping online for Walmart is a huge mess and would never recommend it. I ordered and paid for delivery and they changed my order to part delivery and part pick up. They insisted they couldn't fix it so I just cancelled my entire order which they also messed up until I spoke with another representative and got it fixed. In the end if possible just go to Target

I rate it 3 stars but honestly I would like to give it a 1 star. Most employees there do not greed or use proper manners like "hello, bye" i went a few times and every single time my experience was terrible. 1st time I went to buy an expensive item and asked for help to unlock the lock. The guy didn't even respond, started walking and waited for me to show him, took the item and started walking away again, I had to assume what he was doing by following him without a word.The second time, the cashier did not say hi, nor responded to my "have a good day"And other times were similar with employees being grumpy.

I was shocked at this dirty and poorly stocked location and genuine lack of customer service. It was a ghost town and I can understand why. I would have thought nestled into a complex with luxury apartments and semi-upscale shopping would have lead to a decent experience. Wrong! The empty Sam's Club next door didn't bode well. You win some, you lose some, I guess.

been going to this walmart since I was a kid, this was the first walmart in the area, so like 2000 or earlier. Hours for their vision center and pharmacy can be found online (Exton location, search by zip code). There’s a subway and auntie annes at this location. Does not have a produce wing but they do sell several produce items in the refrigerated/frozen section like bananas, tomatoes, onions etc.

It's pretty much what you expect from a Walmart. I'm not really a fan of the chain but will go there when it is necessary. On this particular trip, my main irritation was that I decided to buy a reusable bag so that I would not head home with single use plastic ones. The cashier rang everything up and then handed me 2 plastic bags. One of them containted my brand new reusable bag.

Make sure you check your items and that it has everything it says it has before you leave the parking lot. This is the 3rd time I did an online order and it was missing a piece from the box. For example I picked up a jump box to jump start a car and it was missing the charger.

I understand that liberals don't like kids but this place has nothing for kids. Very few toys. No balloons. Coming here made my kids sad. Most depressing Walmart of all time.

Nice location , great people , staffs are somewhat active. Great selection of products for the size of store. As usual large parking , variety of sections like garden center , vision care, photo center, DIY , auto center , seasonal , etc.,. Not a super Walmart though . In store subway and aunt Annie’s are located.

I am upset. Just paid $200 worth of food & I don't have all of my food. I live an hour away and don't have time to drive back up there. Wish that there's away to get a refund online since I used my card.By the way I called them 2x. The young lady basically said I will not be able to get one unless I come back.When I was at the cash register I wanted to check to if I had all of my bags and cashier was rude and said I had everything. I'm upset with myself too because I didn't listen to myself and trusted him. Missing 6 things. Double check your bags.

For the most part I don't usually have too many complaints about Walmart, besides the lines and untidiness of shelves. But this time! Oh no! I came here for one thing only and that was baby formula! The process of getting baby formula is ridiculous! The baby formula is put behind the glass which you have to push a button and wait for an Walmart associate to come assist you which never happens. So not only did you waste time with waiting but now you have to spend more time with finding a Walmart associate and when you do most of them don't have the key to open up the glass door that the baby formula is behind!!!! So you get to run around with that being Walmart employees shift the issue to the next Walmart employee. Will you do finally get someone to open up the glass door you can't even put your baby formula in your cart to finish shopping. They take the baby formula up to customer service counter for you to get in line at a regular register and then for that cashier to wait on someone to bring you your baby formula! The whole system is unorganized and chaotic! If it's such a problem like that why not put the baby formula where the customer service counter is? This way you can pay for the baby formula right there, it doesn't have to be behind a glass door because the Walmart associate can get it for you right there once you pick out the formula that you want. Now I know some may say then don't go to Walmart altogether for that item; but at this point I didn't have a choice! Some baby formulas are currently experiencing a shortage problem with that being said Walmart had this in particular formula that my baby needed medically wise. So I had to deal with them for this reason only! I just wish that their system was set up less stressful. With new parents already having to deal with the stress of this shortage problem, we shouldn't have to deal with this stress as well. It should be a smooth process!

PLEASE READ!!!A couple weeks ago, Jaanuary 2024), we purchased 4 BRAND NEW ALL SEASON tires, along with the warranty and installation services.Yesterday afternoon, we took out car to a mechanic to get the me struts done and an oil change... While we were there, the auto mechanic said that there was a bubble in the tire that needed to be addressed asap.So, we called the auto dept at the same Walmart of purchase and was told by Corey and staff, that we have to BUY another brand new tire and then we can get a rebate!!!! What???We purchased 4 brand new tires, PAID for the warranty and paid extra for the installation as well! But now Walmart is deciding NOT to honor our warranty purchase!The coverage for the tires, (which we've gotten for previous tire purchases as well), is suppose to either repair or replace the covered tire!So why do we need to purchase another?I am now suppose to dish out MORE money in order to purchase ANOTHER new tire and then possibly get a rebate??!!!!!I am a dialysis patient, on monthly disability, which means I don't have the luxury not the means, to just give money away!!!)As much as we shop in Walmart, we should have stock! But since they now want to treat us, as customers, this e way, we will not only report this to the better business bureau, but trust and believe, that if we get into an accident because this bubble in the tire causes it to pop while we are driving, we will sue the hell out of Walmart!!!Oh and now, we will make sure for groceries and such we will go to target and have the rest of our followers tell their followers and so on!!!!#veryupsetformercustomer!

2024 Update: It's a bit nicer but no employees ever to be found. The one upside ill give them is they actually have more than one cashier working like at every fricken grocery store in the area.It's no wonder Walmart has a theft problem, I think I saw 2 employees the whole time shopping.That aside, this is a pretty run down Walmart.

I did a google search for Apple Watch Series 8 and then search the same at Walmart using Walmart app it shows Apple Watch Series 8 available at this location when I went there after driving 20 miles the associate at the electronics counter told they cannot sell it as it is for future event this really pissed me off I asked for the manger who told you have to order online I said why would I order online if I am getting it in store she was absolutely rude and did even bothered to listen if anything I am getting in store why would I order online. This place is a waste of time please avoid this location and manager is absolutely dump person

It’s Walmart. Something simple like purchasing a car battery was made cumbersome and much more ghetto than necessary, not helped by the extended tirade of another customer trying to get free replacement tires for “road hazard” when his tires were already bald.

Today my experience with photo center was frustrating. I was trying to print out some greeting card in the store, used the kiosk service, and provided my cell phone to receive the message. The 1st message told me that the order was received, 2nd message saying that there is some delay, and the 3rd one saying the order is ready for pick up. It was just past 11 AM. So far so good, right? I showed up at the store around 3:10 PM. The order was not ready, far from ready. My order was not even printed. While I was waiting there, the person tried and tried. The printer kept jamming. So I asked the person what was going on with the message, and the reply was "the message was sent out automatically by the system". Unbelievable!!! Spending half hour waiting, I left without my order. What system was Walmart using?

Went Sunday morning 12/17 around 9 am and they had two cashiers, so I had to wait 9 minutes in line to pay. I believe this store stopped using self checkout due to theft.Chester County is the most affluent in PA and this store sits at the crossroad (Routes 100 and 30) yet this place doesn’t do near the business it should. The store is not clean, the price check scanners never work, there are always long lines to check out and the cashiers are in perpetual slow motion. Meanwhile, there are 3 Target stores within 10 miles and soon to be a 4th in West Goshen. The Sam’s Club next door closed about 10 years ago and the store has sat empty ever since. I just don’t get it.

My wife broke her glasses that we had purchased through another Walmart location. We stopped into the Exton Walmart and a technician was able to fix the glasses in less than 15 minutes. She could not have been nicer or more helpful. We were not sure if they could even be repaired. Good as new now. We have always been pleased with the service we have received in the Eye Centers

The location of Walmart will dictate your customer service. Out of the Southern Chester County Walmarts, Kennett is top of the list (friendly staff willing to assist even when there is a slight language barrier) with Exton being at the bottom (staff appear miserable & that attitudes shows).In addition, Exton Walmart is NOT good for early morning shoppers. The parking lot lights aren't on. Shameful. Elderly please avoid.

Walmart at Exton is closer to.pottstown pike and nesr to the mall area. They have plenty of parking and, in general, with always people around. As you enter the place, customer service is on your left, and then on your left is the subway shop to grab something to eat after your shopping.The shop meets all your needs except veggies and fruits, unlike other locations they carry them. This place I have shopped electronics, clothing, shoes, home essentials, vessels, stationery, kids bikes, games, and toys. The price is always nice and good for the price. Their return policy is always sweet. Only going you may want to notice is your waiting time at the checkout registers during late hours. The customer service desk is good.
