Dr. Z has been caring for my fur babies for 28 years. Recently, he saved my Pug Louie’s life. For this I will be forever indebted to him. He is not only my pups vet but also a great friend to my husband and I. I totally cried when I heard he was retiring. He will be missed. I hope to find a veterinarian that will be able to care for my pets with such expertise and professionalism. Stan, we wish you a happy retirement and thank you. The Altman’s, Ira and Marie also the fur babies Louie and Chico.

Dr. Z is the best vet in the area, hands down. He is patient, thorough, and not money driven, which is the most valuable quality these days. He takes his time to call us personally and offer best care options that are realistic for our circumstances. He cares about the wellbeing of his patients and has consistently offered what is best for them. Truly, the best, most caring veterinarian in the area

Called 6 months ago to spay a cat, vet said she is too fat and needs to be under 15lbs. We put her on a diet, she went from 22 to 14. Today called to schedule, and was told the vet is refusing to spay as “this is too risky at her age” He knew her age when we were told to put her on diet. All the efforts down the drain. Beware. His words don’t mean a thing.

Absolutely HORRIBLE clinic. I called asking for help for my dog and the vet answered, called me rude and then hung up on me. I understand I am taking my dog in a week, but being rude to a customer and treating them in this manner is not how to handle these situations. All I am trying to do is help my dog.Vets in this area are absolutely horrible and have no regard for owners OR their dogs.

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Z for 13 years. Caring, compassionate vet and team who will work with your budget while making sure your pet has the best possible care. When my previous dog got old (he lived to 17!), Dr. Z never pressured me on expensive treatments, he gave me options and advice and never made me feel bad if something was out of reach financially. Then when it was time to put him down...the sensitivity and compassion shown were beyond expectations. With our current dog, the experience has been the same. Just a fantastic office. I have used many vets, this is by far the best I've ever met. It is clear that this team is passionate about animals. Highly recommend.

Yes. The people are nice in the office. The doctor is knowledge and when I went to visit him I had tons of questions and did not give all my questions that I had to this vet. I never heard back from the vet since I was told that they are supposed to get a reminder call. My pet is over 4 and a half months and should have received her finally vaccine in 16 weeks. She is 19 weeks on Wednesday. I got another appointment with a other vet. My animal has been itchy and she has fleas and I am itchy too which I also have a different type of fleas on my body. This would have been resolved I went to the office if she was 16, 17 weeks old and if the vet called me. The surprising thing I received a letter and no response after that. I will have to take my animal to a Animal hospital due to her itchy. I also have to ask the animal hospital or the new vet about goincardiologist diolist. If this new vet does not work out a coworker gave me a name for another vet. I would originally went to twin valley since the breeder took her in the past.

This team, office in my opinion is the best around. My dog, 130 pounds, Swiss, is let’s say not an easy patient. Other vets have ‘had’ to sedate him, wrestle with him, try and strong arm him, etc etc.This Vet and his Staff simply get it done without any of that.The Dr takes the time to explain things clearly and has a very good energy about him. I would recommend this team anytime!

I rescued my dog Ziggy last year after he had endured 2 years of abuse and he was one terrified little guy. Dr. Zucek and his staff were so gentle and understanding during his first visit, offering not only wonderful and knowledgeable care for Ziggy, but advice and caring for me as well. What a rare find during this age of "get 'em in and get 'em out" mind set!! Definitely visit this clinic. They are the whole package. Happy to report Ziggy is now a happy and healthy pup!

Dr. Zucek and his whole team are just the best. We are so lucky to have them. I had a Maine Coon cat who we got when he was about three and Dr. Zucek was his vet for 11 years. When our cat finally needed to be put down, Dr. Zucek and his team were so kind to my family. We've now had an English Bulldog for 6 years and they're just as great with her. While they don't have hours 24/7, if you call and leave a voicemail, they will get back to you right away the next day and will always see you within a day or two. I highly, highly recommend this vet!!

Absolutely fantastic care and service. Stan is an amazing practitioner and if we could only get our health care system for humans as good as this vet is towards our animals.Spends ample time with our Cocker Spaniel and works up a full H & P every time. A true professional who is clearly motivated by the love and care of animals.

Took my kitty with a deeply scratched nose there for the 1st time. Everyone was very nice there, they examined her, gave my kitty some antibiotics and checked in on her a few days later. They have lots of appointment times and got me in quick. I will be taking both of my cats here from now on.

The owner is amazing which is why I provide two stars instead of one and have been coming here for over two years, although the reason for a low rating is because the receptionist is rude and ignorant if you call her out on her job with updating a client properly based on what needs to be done to your animal in regards to staying healthy and up to date on shots. Petco called me to tell me my dog is past due for shots as of May 6th. That being said it should never get to that part when today is May 26th where a grooming company calls before the vet when you are the client and if business was really important they would prioritize calling a customer rather than being told they expect the customer to call since they only send out postcards mine you address changed and I work many hours and don’t have time to call a place of business to make sure they have my correct address. If they sent postcards and never received a response, you would think they would call the client to see follow up on an update as that is usually the way to go with any other place but clearly that isn’t the case here. The person who answered the phone whom was a lady got completely ignorant when I informed her of the proper way after saying she expects the customer to call to set things up and after her rude and ignorant response I will not give a business my money if that’s how I will be treated. That being said, I will be taking my business elsewhere as I have never experienced such ignorance from an individual like I did on the phone.
