Excellent place! We went for the dog wash. I was expecting one or two little stations, not these insanely well prepped multi amenity stations. They provide it all, shampoo, towels, dryer, aprons, brushes. For $10, absolutely worth it and make sure to sign up for rewards, (10 bath is free). The rest of the store is filled to the brim with animal supplies, the dog section has everything.

We picked up everything that we needed for my daughter's fish tank at Pickering Valley. The staff were very knowledgeable and super helpful, as always.We have been coming to Pickering Valley ever since we moved to the area ~10 years ago for cat supplies, bird seed and garden stuff. Great shop.Update: July 2023 -Still a great shop! I just adopted a pair of kittens and Pickering Valley had everything that I needed!

One of the best places to get anything animal care related in the entire county. Always have all the varieties of food my animals need, amazing supply of toys and care items. Great pricing, and I always love going there to see the cute baby animals. They have fowl, bunnies, fish, kittens, and so much more, changing throughout the year, and they all are healthy and very well cared for.

Good prices, good people, good time. They have everything I need and then some, The frequent buyer club through Astro really helps out and has allowed me to upgrade on the nutrition quality for my cats and ferret. I have family that drives over an hour away for their beautiful, healthy florals from spring through fall.

Tons of inventory and comparable prices to chain stores. Some things may be a bit more expensive, but it's locally owned. I don't mind spending a dollar or two more when staples like dog and cat food are actually cheaper than Target or Tractor Supply. The older staff are knowledgeable and helpful. There is an army of teenagers that are nice, but don't always know the answers, but they free up the managers to answer questions and give advice.

This store is located on the uwchlan ave closer to Pottstown pike. They have wide range of items and my favorite time to go is during the spring and fall especially for their plant and tree varieties in spring. I have got roses from them and are very healthy and also lot of annual plants as a flat. Their pricing is very reasonable on the plants and then service is awesome. Try them during the planting season in spring and fall and you will be surprised and happy you did !!

We are able to get started with our back yard chickens. Finding chicks is becoming very difficult but Pickering Valley Feed has a great selection. We were also able to stock up on our supplies. Staff is extremely helpful!

I went for the first time and it was 15 minutes to closing... From what I saw it is very impressive! Ton of product, probably one of the best pet supply shops I've ever been to. Can't wait to go again. My husband has been there a few times and he absolutely loves it!

They have a huge selection of plants and trees. The sales associates were exceptional in their willingness to work with you on appropriate plant selections. We got our sweet bunny from there a few weeks ago. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The kids always ask to stop by to see the animals. My only complaint is that there is a very small section for small animal products, but they have so many other things that it makes sense. There are plenty of items for dogs, which was great for us when we had one.We also buy plants there--many to choose from--and once again the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

This store has quite a selection to choose from when it comes to anything related to your pet. I personally think that the prices are more than reasonable and get most if not all my needs met with this place. The staff are all friendly and are more than willing to help you out if you have any questions. Would recommend over commercial companies in the area!

Been going here for years, never had a problem. Staff seem to really enjoy their job. I always get big bags of feed and they offer to hold it at the counter for me while I take my time letting my dog sniff around, they’ll love on my dog and give her treats too, and then they’ll carry the heavy stuff out to my car for me with a smile. They always have what I need. This is my favorite local place to go!
