<3 Amy! She was recommended to me by my former groomer who retired. Very knowledgeable about dogs and grooming.Exellent with our Yorkie.When she left her former employer I tracked her down. A good pet groomer is like a good hairstyist. Once you find a good one you stay loyal to them forever. She's about 15 minutes away but if she was an hour away I would still make the trip.

I recommend this place! Our puppy had a great day with an amazing groomer today at Pet Valu in exton. The groomer took her time and made sure our puppy was comfortable! She did a great job ! I would recommend this groomer any day! The staff was also very friendly.

Wonderfully helpful and caring staff. They were so kind to my dog and so helpful to me in finding something that I gave very vague details that I could remember AND THEY FOUND the dog to I was looking for. My dog is a SUPER power chewer so it is very hard to find the things I need for her. They took the time and effort to find it for me. So cheers to the staff and cheers to the warm welcoming store that makes you feel at home. Thank you guys again!!!

Great service today from Kyle. He greeted me warmly and when I told him I was adopting a new cat, he seemed genuinely interested in helping me find everything I needed. He grabbed a cart for me, showed me around, and even gave me help loading my car when I was finished.Great service, plenty of selection, and well-priced items. Definitely recommend!!!

We just washed our dog here for the first time and it went pretty well. The stations are clean and have everything you need. It's so much better than trying to wash our dog in our tub! Also, if you get six washes, you get one free!

Nice little shop. We used to get pet food here-dry and canned. We would continue to go here, but now we make our own dog food. The staff has always been friendly and they have a great selection of food, toys, and other pet essentials.

5 star customer service!!! My puppy Remi and I walked up to the door, asked if it was okay to come in since they are only letting 4 customers in at a time. Immediately the young lady there (Mandy? Monica?) greeted us. She asked my dogs name and if she could give her a treat. As she reached out to give her the treat, She noticed that my rescue pup is still very afraid of people. She dropped to the ground and slide my pupper treats until my pup was a little more calm. I mentioned that we came in for a new harness, and several were immediately pulled for us. I also needed a shed brush for my pups shedding issue. She got right back on the ground, and waited for my pup to come to her to get a better look at her coat.I will certainly be returning... and Remi is certainly grateful for the tasty treats!

Friendly staff and reasonable prices. They always say hello and ask if I need anything, even though I'm usually there just to coo at the rescue kitties up front :) good selection of kitty toys, and I've heard good things from coworkers about the doggy grooming amenities.

Best dog bath around! Best $10 I can spend. My senior dog also loves the small bite Performatin Ultra grain free dry foid. We are regular visitors.

Small, clean, easy to shop, nice employees. A little more expensive than other pet retailers, but they do have a selection of high quality products. *Expensive* toys!! -- I would pass on them!
