Easily accessible location, with enough parking spot. Clean and well maintained store. Food service was fast , tasted good, except the person on POS was not pleasant enough or not friendly. We came here for breakfast and we lost of our good mood on his behavior. We ordered pick 2 for grilled cheese , chipotle avacado chicken , grilled chicken with avacaodo, egg and cheese with caffe latte. Food was on our table within 5 min , we enjoyed the food , coffee cup lid was broken and staff did not bother to change until we noticed the spill on our dress 😏. Otherwise should we come back again , yes we consider this one time and will come again.

I recently visited Panera Bread and had the pleasure of trying their new menu, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and excellent service. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the new menu items, which made ordering a breeze.But what really impressed me was the quality of the food. I tried the new Mediterranean sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious. It was perfectly cooked and seasoned, and was filled with fresh, flavorful ingredients. The portion size was generous, and I felt satisfied and energized after eating it.In addition, I also tried the new Strawberry Poppyseed Salad, and it was equally amazing. The combination of fresh strawberries, feta cheese, and the sweet and tangy poppyseed dressing was simply divine. I also appreciated that the salad was made with all-natural, whole ingredients.Overall, my experience at Panera Bread was fantastic. The new menu items were a welcome addition, and I could tell that a lot of care and attention had been put into creating them. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. I highly recommend trying the new menu at Panera Bread - you won't be disappointed!

I haven't even gotten my food yet and need to give a rating. Their service is incredibly slow for only 10 people in the restaurant. It's been 20 minutes already! They're out of things like white bread. The employees are just casually talking to each other like their not behind on orders.This place used to be good but now it's overpriced and the options are disappointing from where they started.

Every time I order a cinnamon bagel from here they put a napkin in the bag and it gets stuck to the bagel and it’s not edible. Also today I ordered tuna salad and got some bread with weird stuff on it? I’ll include a pic. Giving 3 stars because their tuna salad is THAT good.

Had an overall good experience at Panera in Exton today. The ordering system worked well and was intuitive. The food was prepared promptly and I was notified when it was ready. The food was fresh. And the dining area was clean and condusive to getting some work done. What more can I ask for?Vegetarian options: I had the Greek Salad and it was delicious!! Also enjoyed a couple of cookies and a specialty drink.

We have been to the Exton location many times. It was the first time a cashier didn't want to wait on us!! He referred us to the kiosk. We pay in cash, so he begrudgingly took our order. Really??? Then we expected to get our $1 cup of soup, of course we needed to use the app for that. Neither my sister, the cashier nor I could get that to work!! On top of that we waited about 20 minutes, way longer than ever before. So disappointing. Too bad they don't look at senior citizens and realize we might need a hand with technology. We won't be back.

The new menu overhaul they have been planning is a joke. The meat on the sandwiches did not increase like they claim they did. The new items consist of some similar items from before, and the enhancements are some sauces and bread types on sandwiches changing. Bread still stale. Not sure what the marketing ploy is here, but not worth a return visit.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly atmosphere

Usually love the food here. Came at about 3pm on a Monday, I know that’s a slow time but we ordered to eat in and our food was packaged to go. I had a salad with the smallest amount of dressing. My partner who normally loves the chipotle chicken melt found himself disappointed. Only saying because slow times aren’t the time to bend rules and disappoint customers.

It was ok, my cashier Taylor was curt and to the point. I honestly felt like I was bothering her. She was short with me that I didn't order all I planned on ordering. I was taken aback by her abruptness. Furthermore, I asked for my bagel to be sliced and it was only cut into at the top. Had to cut it myself at home. How hard is it take make sure a bagel is cut in half.

Sad portions at this location. When you pay $17 for 1/2 of sandwich and salad you should get more than 6 lattice leaves. They must be selling them for a $1 each.

Why else would you go to a "faster" food restaurant than the food? The food is delicious and fresh. The coffee is great! The smoothies are bomb! (That's really good if you're wondering) What keeps me coming back, though, is the staff. No matter what time of day I go to this specific Panera, I'm greeted by the the friendliest staff who always have great suggestions when I'm stuck on what to order. Ja'ala (I seriously hope I spelled her name correctly) greets me by name, and remembers my order. That blew me away since I just met her. It shows me that she, along with the other staff genuinely care about the customers. I feel very welcome when I walk into Panera, and it makes me want to keep coming back. Great food. Amazing staff. Quick, efficient service. 5 stars!

The food is usually very freshly prepared and tasty. It's frequently hard to get fast service at the registers so order at the kiosk. But, if you need freshly baked breads, bagels, etc, you have to go to the register and wait.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.

I got my toddler the cheese flatbread and it was kind of gross, honestly. She loves pizza- pretty much from anywhere - and would barely touch this. This is the 2nd time from this location that we've gotten just inedible flatbreads. For the price, I'm pretty disappointed. The lemons drop cookie was hard as a rock when I received it. So sad because it's my favorite. I feel like this location has been slipping lately 😔.

I often get catering from here for work and have it delivered (although I've picked up, too). When I'm in the area, I'll stop for a snack. I don't have a single negative thing to say. Our catering is always fresh and delicious. And the one day that I stopped in, they were short staffed and only packaging meals for takeout (although you could still eat in). They were still quick, and the employees were working together and laughing and joking, making the best of a bad situation. It was really nice to see. I'll continue to be a frequent catering customer.

I normally have a good experience at this Panera Bread location but yesterday wasn't good. While I waited and ignored by the front register lady, I watched how she handled the pastries with her bare hands and she could have easily slipped.on a pair of gloves which they have. I asked her why she wasn't wearing gloves and touching all the pastries she got annoyed and said she is not having a good day. I asked her to please wear gloves and she slammed the pastry box on the counter. Then I started getting annoyed. Number one, when customers come in, acknowledge them not ignore them. Number two, smile and ask what can I get for you today instead of saying you are having a bad day. Your customersare there to get food and they are not there to be a psychiatrist for you. Number three, wash your hands and put on a pair.of gloves and serve the person with a smile. All these are basic common sense and asking to wear gloves i didn't think was too much to ask. I asked for the manager and the manager came out and served me and I told her the story. I told her that lady was the face of Panera Bread because at that time she was the cashier and if that is the kind of employee in the food business it will get around in the community. So please, give your employees good basic customer service training. As I was paying, the manager offered me my free birthday pastry which i accepted and thank her for it what I did not like was when she asked me if she can discount my pastries I guess for the trouble. I said no, you.don't have to do that. After that experience, nothing could silence me! A good customer service is what i want!!!

Nearly every time I come there is a problem. The quick order screens at the front won't accept payment. Dirty tables. Tonight I did a curbside pick up, sat there for 20 minutes and the food was never brought out. I went in and it was sitting on the counter. If you don't have staff to do the job, don't offer the service. Also, they're ALWAYS out of ingredients. Give a discount if you don't have the ingredients to make the salad how it's supposed to be made.
