On 5/8/24 my husband and I decided to drive 30 minutes to Maggie Moo’s. Online said they close at 10:00. We got there 9:02pm to be exact, there was a long line. No more than 5 seconds after arrival, a young girl approached us and said we close at 9:00 we can’t serve you. Very upsetting as this is bad business to say the least. We politely left, it wasn’t worth explaining we had drove 30 minutes only to be kicked out. It was just myself & husband. I don’t understand how serving icecream to 2 more people could make such an impactful difference. It’s a real shame.Going forward, we will not be recommending this establishment based off the service and how we were treated.

They did an AMAZING job on my daughters birthday cake! She was beyond excited when she saw it, and I couldn’t have asked for it to be any better. And it tasted amazing as well! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Had the nicest experience with Logan, one of the managers here. The environment was super welcoming and friendly, and the ice cream was very much delicious. Definitely made our experience driving through the area all the more worth it! Thanks Logan🔥🔥🎊🎉

Review Update; Ever since they moved locations they have been much better with getting people in and out. before they used to be pretty slow no matter how many people were in line but now they really seem to have gotten a system that really works! Great ice cream, Best place for toppings, the staff are always super nice, and the prices aren’t too bad, especially if you sign up for the rewards, worth it.Dietary restrictions: If you let the staff know, they will assist with any allergy related questions or concernsParking: Parking is a little tough at times, but if you park across the street you will have zero issues.

OMGEEEE! Maggie Moo's used to be in Columbia Mall in Maryland, like 10 plus years ago, and I was devastated when they left! I JUST moved to Philly, and you guys are only 30 minutes away!!! I have found heaven, I can't wait to stop by!!!

I wish I lived closer to come more often. Their delicious ice creams are worth the drive. I've made the mini cake an annual tradition and love it every time! We were there at 9:30 pm on Saturday night and we were the only one in the store at that moment, we were waiting for somebody to take our order, one of the employees stood in front of us like she will take our order but kept talking with her coworkers. We patiently waited for her to respond but nothing seemed to turn her energy towards us, the customer. Finally I gave my order after they three associates continued their conversation for at least 3 minutes. After finishing the first request the young lady walked away without taking the next order for my friend. We needed to call her back to get additional help. There are lots of options and places to go for ice cream and will certainly not be going back there.

The ice cream is always amazing! Last night the owner was there, not only is he hysterical, his employees are having a great time working because it’s such a fun environment! This is how all employers should make their team feel. Keep it up!
