I brought my cavachon in for grooming and the job they performed was absolutely terrible. They told me after shaving a spot on her to the skin that she has hair knots and they don’t want to continue. They informed me I would have to sedate her to get the knots out. I was upset and went directly to the animal hospital near bye. They told me that she doesn’t need sedation and I needed a groomer that needs to take there time and the knots could be taken out without sedation. I took my dog to petco which wasn’t my first choose but my dog look homeless.They had to take all her hair off to match what earthwise had done. I do have to say my dog is a puppy and had been groomed at eartwise prior and the groomer that gave her a cut did a good job and said nothing about hair knots.The owner didn’t charge me for the horrible job but tried to justify the groomer mistake.So I believe the groomer was inexperienced and didn’t know how to properly cut puppy hair. I would have been ok if they admitted their mistake instead of giving me bad advice and trying to cover up the problem.

My little rescue came to us with a multitude of issues that still require special attention, monitoring and medications. Her immune system was literally at war with her little body. Jeanette was so very helpful in finding the right food and supplements to help in what has been a challenge and a journey. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

I NEVER leave reviews but I was so upset today I just had to.I have been taking my dog here since I moved to the area 7 months ago and have never had an issue until today. I went to pick him up and noticed he was bleeding, badly, from his paw and when I looked, he was cut. Now, I understand accidents happen and he is sensitive on his paws so he may have wiggled and Holly may have slipped. If they would have told me that, I would have been fine. But they tried to blame it on him being in the cage while waiting for me and he must have poked himself! He has been cut before on his paw so I know what it looks like and that business took responsibility and said they would pay for vet bill if I needed to take him. Earthwise did none of that but try to blame the cage! When I pointed out he was bleeding, they did try to stop it but it’s pretty deep and wouldn’t stop, he was dripping blood in the car. I had to hold pressure on it, clean it up and try to bandage it when we got home.To top it off, I then noticed half of his head is shaven! We will not be coming back.

First time here, always wanted to come since it’s right by my gym. Good selection of chews, treats and toys. However the owner didn’t seem very friendly when we came in and the prices were more on the expensive side of things. Was hoping to make it our regular treat/chew supply place since it’s closer to us but might just make a longer trek elsewhere.

The staff at Earthwise is very friendly and helpful. My cat has a very limited diet and is extremely picky. Earthwise has the food my cat likes. My cat can only tolerate one flavor/brand of treats. When I noticed they were out of stock the owner order a pack for us.

As first time doodle parents, they’ve been so patient and understanding helping my husband and I understand the best ways to maintain the doodle coat. Our puppy looks better each time we pick him up. My husband and I moved to the area not too long ago and have been on a mission to find a great groomer for our golden retriever. I am happy to share that Earthwise Pet has exceeded our expectations and we will continue our visits with them. He gets exactly what we ask for and he truly does love to be there as well. The cutest store! I took my small (6.5 lb) dog to get her nails cut and teeth cleaned which always stresses her out. Emily helped us and she was so gentle with her the entire time! Heady came out tail wagging. Will be going back here every time!!!

Groomers are quite good. However, the overall customer service attitude is terrible. we were told not to bring our Aussie doodle back to them ever again, because she did not have grooming manners, and our family did not take good care of her. Considering the amount of money we had to pay to get her cut, and the fact that we certainly understood what they needed to do for the dog it is completely unacceptable that they have that sort of attitude towards their customers. It must be nice to be able to pick and choose who you decide can be Needless to say, I will never recommend Earthwise to anybody again and I would recommend you stay clear of this establishment

Went in searching for a dog wash, and walked out with a wonderful list of new information. The owner is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to canine nutrition and holistic care. The store is packed with wonderful products and healthy choices for your doggos. I took my three dogs in to use the self serve wash - it was clean, easy to use, and private enough for the dogs to not get stressed! We all left happy!

Staff was SO friendly and helpful. We talked through all my dogs’ needs, diets, etc and I was shown the best food options for them. They also have the cutest toys, collars and leashes, and a great selection of natural treats. If you’re looking for some healthy food options for your dog and want to support a small business, this is the place to go!!

Very helpful. Suggested elimination diet as a step which might help resolve a problem with constant licking of the paws. I was given a sample bag to see if my dog would eat it. I returned for a full bag. If this doesn’t work, I will try elimination of a different ingredient. I appreciated all the help in trying to find a trigger for the paw licking.

This place is awesome! I used the self-service dog wash for my 2 stinky dogs. They supply everything from shampoo to towels to a dog hair dryer to an apron to protect your clothes. It's clean, modern, warm, and comfortable. I look forward to visiting again. Very reasonably priced, too!

The groomer was quick & efficient cutting my dogs nails so we decided to stay and use the self service dog wash station to give our doggie a bath before Thanksgiving guests arrived. It was SO nice not having to clean up a bathroom & wash a load of towels!

Wonderful customer service from Jeanette and Lily about products and ingredient knowledge for specifically what my dog needs without any sales pressure. The Zen like environment adds to the experience. I used the self service grooming room to bathe and dry my Siberian Husky. It has a bigger tub than I have used in previous stores as well as a built in choice of shampoo which is infused in the water. Making it easier and less stressful for me and my pooch. The high power blow dryer can also be used in the tub after the wash is complete; making it easier on my back than having to dry on the floor. I will definitely be taking my business back and happy to be supporting local establishments!

I have never had such a horrible experience before!! I had to give a star in order to post, but below zero is the rating. My usual groomer could not squeeze my 10mth old puppy in, so I called Earthwise and spoke to Jeanette, the owner. She was able to get him in a week later. Upon arrival she brought out Emily, the groomer, to meet with me. I was holding my dog and she walked right up to him to touch him without letting him greet her for first time and she said he tried to nip her and he must be aggressive! You approached a dog that has never met you before!! They then said he would need to be shaved because of his matting, which I understood, as he is fearful of a brush from trauma before I got him and did have matting around his chest and neck. Once on the ground he was hesitant to go, which should have been my first clue to trust my gut. Emily then pulled him across the floor to her. Jeanette told me they would call me when they went to bath him to let me know if they could continue since he seems aggressive. This puppy does not have an aggressive bone in his body. An hour later still no phone call, so I called to check in. Jeanette told me he had been pre-shaved and was not air drying before his next shave. When I went to get him he was shaved as close to the skin as he could be. While not happy I understood he was being shaved. The next morning I noticed his flea collar was missing. I called Jeanette who told me she thought it was too large to be his, so had put it on another dog there for grooming, but would contact them to bring it back. Later in the morning he would not walk without yelping and trying to get to his backside. He now is being treated for his severe razor burn and blisters and still does not want to walk after 5 days, shakes, and not himself at all. The vet and his normal groomer were both appalled at how he was treated and his condition and told me to call the owner. Obviously upset I called to speak with Jeanette who took no responsibility for how close the shave was and the injuries, instead putting it back on me, and refused any refund for grooming or lose of flea collar saying I'm not a responsible owner so why would they give me my money back, that they did me a favor that I don't appreciate, and continued to call me a negligent owner repeatedly. The only negligence was on these people and their poor treatment!

What a fantastic store! The owner was so friendly and asked about our fur babies! We have 4 cats and 2 dogs. She was very knowledgeable and helpful! We learned about silver vine and were able to take home samples for our fur babies to try.We purchased a pull toy for our two dogs and I am impressed at how well it held up!! My dogs loved playing with it!We will be back for sure! Stop by if you want to talk to someone who knows about pets and keeping them happy and healthy!

My girlfriend and I are new to the neighborhood and recently rescued a puppy. I've stopped in the the passed 2 days and my experience here has been very great. The owner and Ron have been very helpful and they make my experience 10 times better cause they engage in conversation about my new adpoted puppy Jefferson and ask about his well being. I absolutely LOVE this pet store! The food lines are the best healthy choices for my dogs. The manager & staff are very educated & they take the time to explain the best options and measurements for your pet, The merchandise is absolutely adorable. The groomer is very sweet & asks what you would like, rather than just shaving. I can not tell you how wonderful the manager, Kristen is! She loves animals & loves her job! I highly recommend this pet boutique.
